Went to get a pet for my daughter and ended coming home with 2. The store is big and has a lot of stuff for all types of pets. The also have a lot of pets in the store bunnies/guinea pigs/birds/hamster and plenty of fish.

They were very clean, very polite. I feel that they should have a little bit more selection of doggy. Gates or puppy gates play pins. They have a very big variety Of many things for many different animals and different chemicals, etc. Just would like to see a little bit more stuff for the puppies in the dogs. Crates, doggy clothes etc

Fantastic service, friendly staff excellent location. Prices are good, their on par with similar pet services. Pets have plenty of room, both indoor and outdoor. My dog was very comfortable with her surroundings and staff. Will absolutely use again.

Great place for all your pet needs. Nice, clean, friendly, and well stocked.Rose spent two nights at the pet resort. She had a great time. Everything was so clean and well organized. Will be back..7/13 stopped in for a nail trim..they do a amazing job..

Boarding and doggie daycare are fantastic for our dog! Friendly and kind would best describe our experience with the staff members who care for our dog. The photos sent throughout his stay and summary of actives is very appreciated.We also have tried the groomers a few times and the inconsistency between the grooming staff have left us no choice but to use a different groomer. There is one young lady who does a really good job but it seems impossible to schedule a preferred groomer.The self-serve dog wash is very hit or miss. The wash bays have been dirty and short on supplies the few times I have tried to use them. As a result I have left and washed our dog at the house.The staff at feeders is also very hit or miss. They are hard to find in the store to ask questions. They can't or don't have the information to answer basic questions about service offered. The amount of phone calls and visits to the store to speak to someone for a clear answers on boarding and daycare was numerous.Overall Feeders in Valley Station is good. I will keep going back because they are in our neighborhood and I feel like they are trying to provide good service.

This is where I have bought my 2 rabbits over the past few years. I love how friendly they are, and the food the rabbits eat is a variety and great.

Never buying fish from here again. I bought 2 pleco feeder fish, one died before I got home. Got a replacement, but that one also died as soon as it went in the tank. Now 2 of my own perfectly healthy fish have died. Clearly the fish from the store are spreading an illness. Last few times I’ve been there the tanks are filthy and there’s dead, emaciated, or upside down struggling fish in the tanks. I’ll drive the extra 30 minutes to Sandy’s pet shop or Petco from now on.

Love the pet washing service more than anything. Only 1 thing I wish they would add. One of those bag thingys that you can hang your dog in to clip their nails. Pitbulls don't like their nails clipped.

Absolutely love Feeders Pet Supply. 10x better than Petsmart and Petco as far as selection, and the staff is always friendly and they love dogs. There are lots of aisles dedicated to each type of pet. The newest location is only 2 miles from our house and we take our dog every weekend

This place used to be one of our favorite pet stores but boy has it gone down hill fast!The people in from of us spent over $200 on a rabbit and cage and when they asked what kind it was the cashier told them it was a "floppy eared rabbit", and that it "might be mixed with something else because of how puffy its face is." Then they asked her how to hold a rabbit and were told, "all I can tell you is that is they are uncomfortable they will let you know" right before she began explaining how they should hold the rabbit on its back.It is next to impossible to get any help in the fish/reptile department and I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Yes those are dead fish EVERYWHERE! The snake that looks terrible and is obviously having issues shedding is priced at nearly $1000. It was hard to even get a picture of it though because of how dirty the tank was. They don't even have basic supplies needed like dechlorinator for reptiles & amphibians.If possible please avoid this place at all costs.

The one guy in the fish department will avoid you at all cost. He will walk past you 10 times and not ask if you need anything. I go here weekly to buy bulk mice. He avoids me on purpose because I've pointed it out everytime I'm there and he's there. ALL other employees have been a great pleasure to deal with. I'm there for one thing, in and out. No reason to not want to help me. I'm always friendly and they all know what I need when I walk in with my tub. This guy is the ONLY reason for the 3 stars. Otherwise, it would be 5 for me.

We use this location all the time! Staff is friendly and courteous, they will ask you if you need help with anything and the store itself is always as clean as it can be for having pets onsite!

I went to several pet supply stores trying to find a harness for my chihuahua but they were either too big or too small. I went to Feeders Supply and the first one I picked up was just right and it was $10 cheaper.

Although they didn’t carry what I was needing this Feeder’s Supply is absolutely awesome! It puts the old location to so much shame! It was most definitely a great decision to move to this new location it’s as if Feeder Supply has been born again as it brought so much more of a positive energy upon walking through the doors there… They have soooo much! The workers up there were all friendly, respectful, upbeat, and last but definitely not least seemed to be very knowledgeable. Even though they didn’t carry the particular item I was needing I must admit I left there quite impressed. Keep up the good work Feeder Supply your store located in valley station rocks!
