Used to be a nice little place to get quick items from. Within the past 4-5 weeks this place is no longer a friendly environment, and staff is completely DISCUSSING and RACIST!!!! Pretty crazy that I've been going there for 12-13 years with no issues, and I go in today and was looking at some hair products for my son and didn't see what I was looking for. So I walk around to the next isle just kinda looking. After walking down the isle back to the front of the store, I walk out of the building and get my keys out of my purse. As I continue walking across the parking lot, 2 employees come out accusing me of theft. I didn't even put a finger in my purse the WHOLE 3-4 minutes I was in there. I will never go back at ANY Family Dollar again. I will also not use anything that I have already bought from there and it will be taken back to the store and set in front of the door.

This Family Dollar is "ABSOLUTELY, 100% WITHOUT A DOUBT" the worst store I've been in. If you shop more than 10 minutes they will stalk u and/or accuse u of stealing or trying to steal stuff. Every single one of the employees working there should be fired "IMMEDIATELY" because I know I would be fired if I treated ppl like that while at work. I will NEVER spend another dime or step foot in this store & I hope nobody else ever does either! I plan on calling their home office to make them aware of the conduct of the employees who work there & "HOPEFULLY" they do the right thing and fire EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM! I have never been so discriminated against in my ENTIRE LIFE" & I'm 48yrs old.

Such nice staff here! Every time I come in... :) but it's says on here open til 9, but they close at 8 on Sundays, so help the awesome staff out n update that for em Google! ;) thx again guys!

They’ve really stepped it up. A year or so ago I didn’t like coming here because it was never stocked and stuff was lying around everywhere but now it’s clean and organized . It’s a busy store so they do run out of stuff but hey can’t control that. The workers are cool and helpful . Download their app

For a Family Dollar it's a good store to drop in and grab a few things. It has most of you basic needs and some food also. The store is usually clean and safe to do your shopping. It is a small store in size so if you are in a wheelchair need room to move this is not your store.

Well, there were coupons (buy 1 get 1 free) on Cesar 2.7 lb dry dog food and it wasn.t even in the system so it took me like 20+ minutes to get checked out because they had to check the system, ask another clerk, then find a manager to override the system to get the price right put in. NOT GOOD!!! That.s not all, the store is ALL WAYS DIRTY.

They rearranged the store about a year ago making it more spacious. Employees are a lot friendlier than they used to be. Clean in the store, but a lot of trash outside on the sidewalk and parking lot.

As I walked into the store this evening with my small children, the store manager was speaking to a customer in an aggressive way. The customer was standing in line waiting to pay for his items, he never got rude with store manager and yet the store manager proceeded to try to antagonize this customer. His exact words were "when you are finished paying for your stuff, don't come back! You're banned!" the customer said "ok" and the store manager proceeded to flaunt his authority in an aggressive manner. I left without purchasing anything and I spend atleast $50 a week in that store. As we were getting in our car the store manager was hanging out the front of the store on the phone looking towards the direction the man was walking. By the time we pulled to end of parking lot there were two LMPD police cars blocking Taylor and frisking this man. I just don't understand what warranted this type of response?! There was no threat. That store manager needs to be replaced. I've seen him act this way with several other customers as well, its just upsetting and I refuse to go in there anymore.

They honestly don't deserve the 1 star I gave them. The staff is ridiculous, they smoke right infront of the interence of the store, the store was beyond nasty. They had dog food everywhere, totes, boxes, and trash stacked and thrown literally everywhere. They had walk ways completely blocked. Dirty mop water right in the middle of the store sitting there for anyones child to get into. Worst store I have ever went to. I will not step foot back in that place. If thats how Family Dollar Corporate allows their stores to be ran I they won't get my business period. Dollar stores seem to be ran alot better anyways. Im about to pictures but I took a video that I will be sending to corporate and the health dept as well.

Everytime I go in there the shelves are empty and all their stock is in boxes in the middle of the aisle waiting to be put on the shelves. They have no baskets or carts you have to carry everything up front to cashier then go back and shop. Not very clean place either parking lot looks like it never gets swept.

There is a need for your services, I also feel that if your ad says an item is on sale or just available, it would be nice to be able to buy want you say you have. Went to three stores and not one had Charger plates.

Great place for the neighborhood. They have a little bit of everything in there, they're nice people and their prices are awesome. Love having this store in my community!

A good standard store for when you need something quick and not pay too much. They do struggle to keep some shelves stocked. The staff are kind and courteous.

I have visited several Family Dollar Stores in Louisville recently and have been both frustrated and disappointed every time. Shelves are bare. Boxes of merchandise cluttering up every aisle waiting to be shelved. Employees are either rude or they ignore you completely. Definitely recommend seeking out a Dollar General Store for this type of shopping in Louisville.

Regarding the hours, why do they open after 9:00 am and close before the time they are supposed to close and there are some products that have a price and charge you a little more than what is indicated?

Front of store always litter with trash and ciggerett butts. Some employees are loud and rude the store itself is usually cluttered and dirty. I won't be back anytime soon unless they clean it up.

The only thing I can say is , it's ok for anything else you need, not recommended to go there first, you never know what you are going to pay, the prices go up and down

Store was dirty inside and out. Lots of trash in front of store. Employees not friendly at all and one was outside smoking and talking while one was trying to cash ppl out causing a long line..... this needs to be fixed!

The parking lot is disgusting. You shouldn't have to walk through trash to get to your store. Its sad the community treats this shopping area as a dumping ground.
