This family dollar is a short walk from my home and it's different from the other liked types dollars I been to. The others are poorly stocked but this one is always well stocked with enough employees to take care of you. At the end of the day family dollar isn't a bad place to shop

Very nice people. Doing the best they can with the location and costumers they have to DEAL with!? And they try to stay open till 10 pm to..all other stores close by 7,8,9.

I have been coming to this store regularly over the past 7 years, overall I have been satisfied up till recently. The manager closes the store and opens whenever she gets ready to. I've seen good workers come and go quickly.. I'm sure the owner isn't aware of what's going on, because they are loosing thousands of dollars a month from all the hours being closed when they should be open. They have become the worst business that I've encountered. New management is most definitely needed if this place plans to remain in business much longer. Today I went about 12 noon, and there's a sign on the door, [Will be open at 4]. This has started to become and everyday thing. Very unexeptable!!!

Store closes before time. Workers close it an hour before close time so they can “count there draws”. Very inconvenient because there ALWAYS closed. Their rarely an time they open or close their posted business hours. The aisles are ALWAYS pack with boxes can barley get to stuff. Worse family dollars specially for it to be the only one in area

There have been so many times that I've stopped here and this place has been closed. Even during the day with hours their sign clearly says they're open. It's definitely inconsistent. Other than that, I enjoy shopping here because of low prices.

This store has a variety of items for personal needs, clothing, cosmetics and vitamins. Also household goods, curtains, rugs, home decor, groceries. You can find pet food and small automotive maintenance items. Quality of items are: you get what you pay for,,, meaning some items don't hold up well and are good for temporary use. Friendly customers and helpful staff.

This is absolutely the worst Family Dollar I have ever been into. They have nothing on the shelves and just boxes sitting in the floor. You can't find anything that you're looking for because there's nothing there to find. They don't unpack anything. It's a total disaster don't waste your time going

Used to love this store but the older lady isn't there anymore. New employees are rude and the store opens and closes whenever they want. Went there before 8 on a Saturday and they were closed

How does this have 4 stars? Nothing is organized, merchandise is all over the floor. The employee was rude to me when I asked her to repeat the price due to her mumbling. It's just gross. Someone from upper management needs to clean this store up because it makes the brand look worse.

I shop here regularly. They usually have a moderate selection at reasonable prices. Never wait in long lines, it's never packed with people, yet has a constant clientele. Most of the staff is friendly.

They were sold out of a lot of the cold and flu medicine and didn't have any Powerade at all. There was only one woman working by herself and seemed out of sorts or just tired.

Cashier ignored me at register. Acted like I was bothering her, I mean hell, it's only her job. Stuff in isles. Store dirty. Employees apparently feel they are not there to work

This is Ralph burchett I gave Family Dollar five stars of they have everything put up on the Shelf everything was filled up stort is nice place for the handicap so they can get in and not worry about falling from.the chair so take it out gas Family Dollar on Cane Run Road y'all come on down Family Dollar on Cane Run Road you'll love it

I run into the store at least twice a week. They are open late and have great milk prices! I love their seasonal merchandise as well.

This store is never opened there hours are clearly posted on the store window but this store doesn't go by the schedule. I use to come here all the time but now it's nothing but a waste of my time. This store needs corporate to come in & clean house or shut the damn store down

I love this Family Dollar store, it's really close 2 me...super employees, I always find what I need including food 2 cat food and litter...store always looks nice considering what employees they have...I used 2 do Dollar General but no more....

Service was exceptionally well under the circumstances there was only one elder woman working at the time I was there and there was quite a long linebut she didn't let it bother her she stayed at it and took care of everyone and thumbs up to her get that woman some help

Just called them on the phone and the girl just said "Hello?. I had to ask "Is this Family Dollar" and they want to pay these people $15.00 and hour and they can't even answer the phone properly.

Well stocked on items i needed, but this isn't the norm for this store. They were usually out of dog food that I need.The store seemed to be in disarray as well.

Debit card machines not working and I had to keep putting my card in and every time I tried to hit accept on the amount,it would cancel it out. I ended up having to get cash to pay. And the Cashier sad the machine was messing up on everyone

This is one of the worst Family Dollar's! They never open on time. Says 8am, and at 9:30am it is still not open. Aisles always has boxes in them, but not much on the shelf.
