If I could give NO STARS I would! This place is ridiculous… Very SWEET cashiers but ALWAYS closing whenever they want! NEVER HAS MEDICINE stocked… I mean not even sitting in a case beside the racks… they just don’t order it I’m assuming…. Back to the closing, it’s ridiculous since I moved here a year ago. At least 3 days out the week, they close early or open late. Management is lacking and the cashiers can’t carry the store alone!!

Stopped for a restroom and baby clothes. They don't have a public restroom, but the store looked well stocked and the cashier was very polite and friendly. Thank you.

The new manager there has that store organized and everything is great. All of her staff has great customer service and the manager has excellent customer serviceIt's a must go. Check them out

Manager Beverly Barnes at family dollar on market street drinking colt 45 beers and legit slaving people talking to them any kind of way all she do is stand and sit around and eat chicken and tell people what to do. Friday August 12,2022 I was in the store all day by myself and it was Beverly and me she is very rude and very disrespectful 4 people quit after I did she needs to be fired I can't get ahold of corporate can someone find the corporates number and shoot it in the comments please

I got there at 9:03 and there was a young man who had also just got there to work and there was a white lady with a short haircut that was the manager but the young man said that they didn't open until 10 minutes I'm guessing cuz I worked in retail before that he just got there he has to get a drawer I understand that but y'all hours need to change if that needs to give you enough time then you need to change your hours to 10:00 a.m. instead of 9:00 a.m. I needed toilet paper by the way LOL

If I could leave a negative review I would! On three separate occasions I've went to this store before 10p.m. which is the scheduled closing time per the stores website and posted hours and it was closed! Once there was a young man (did not appear to be an employee had no company shirt or badge on and seemed to be too young to work, but I could be wrong) who came to the door and said "they're closed" my response was "THEY are not scheduled to close until 10". His response "she said (not sure who "she" is) we have to close up so we clean up and leave at 10".🤔🤔🤔 If you are going to close the store at 9:30 or ANY TIME BEFORE 10p.m. then CHANGE your listed store hours!😠😠😠

The girl at the register was really helpful. She even helped me put my items in the car since I had alot of heavy items. She was also patient with me when I had to keep asking how much an item was. She exudes great customer service.

This family dollar is under new management and what a huge change.. I love it. It's nice and clean and doesn't smell anymore

It's really hard to shop in this store. The aisles are cluttered and messy with freight. The register area is not presentable and unorganized. I believe this store could make better profit if it's customers could find what they were looking for more efficiently. I'm unsure if the issue is poor management or lack of employees, but being that I encountered 4 employees working on stock including the cashier/'shift manager', I'm leaning towards the probability that it's lack of people or management on certain shifts. This store has a lot of potential.

I currently work at this store and although this store needs improvement, it has a West End charm that you can't get anywhere else. I display excellent customer service and try to get customers in and out as quickly as possible, but if every customer has 15 million items (exaggerated number) and there's only one cashier then....

31portland Ave. Closed at two. What a way to run a business. The store at 38th market. Were loading a truck and most of their shelves were empty. The employee said they can't find people who want to work. It not the fault of Family Dollars Stores are not hiring people just don't want to work for a living.

Shelves was empty, refrigerator was nit stocked. Wanted 1/2 pint of milk. There was none. Boxes out in the aisle way, making it very hard to get through!!

Wish i could take stars from them worst family dollar ever rats in the store they dont clean the store and you can basically walk in and rob them with no consequences cuz they dont care about the store at all and if you call corporate to complain they hang up on you family dollar is the worst store ever in the history of stores dollar general here i come

The manager will take time to help you with whatever you need an answer all your questions and IF that store doesn't have it SHE will find out who does have what you want and need!!! LOVE THE MANAGER SHE IS THE VERY BEST AND HELPFUL!!!

This is the most messy store in Louisville ky. The manager of this store just doesn't care. About the look of the store or it's customer services service she needs to be fired. And replaced with someone that knows how to run a store
