Their manager, Mr. Steve is rude nasty and does not know how to do his job. One of his employees asked him to come up front it took him 10 minutes! so he can do a return for me. He told me it’s not his problem. He cant do return to and he is The Store Manager he needed to be fired and got mad when I asked why

Funny story wanted to add money to cash app. So I open cash app to see the nearest place to load Family Dollar is the closest. I put on my hiking gear and off I go. Get there line is down the aisle but no problem dude was doing what he could. So no complaints on him. GOOD JOB.. I finally get to the register and I'm ready app open money out only to hear..WE DONT LOAD CASH APP HERE.. 🤯🤔🤨 The app says you do.. "Sorry we don't."Warning make sure you refresh apps before you travel.

Just left this family dollar 's and one of the head managers name Ieshia told my husband to leave! We come in here EVERYDAY and spend money! She didn't tell me husband why she wanted him to leave when he asked! So my husband and I will continue to call corporate and whoever about this young lady! We come in this place almost every day to spend our hard earned money!!! Very upset 🤬

This store is clean, but that's about all...! Some of the workers are ok, but i see that this store stays with business so why they can't break $100 bill...?! I brought $30 worth of stuff and when to check out, she said i can't break that....😳😡 how in the hell... So had to go to the store next door, that don't have alot of business to get change, which they did....! NOW MAKE THAT MAKE SINCE. i shop at the dollar general down the rode now.

Fast, friendly and efficient service. Also found Great deals. I only wanted two items. I was able to get them plus 3 more items within minutes. I was the only one at the checkout. Had two registers open. I was greeted at the door.

After purchasing 2 bottles of Aleve pain medication from the Family Dollar Store on Wilson Avenue and experiencing severe side effects I returned the medication for a refund and was denied according to a so called store policy of product being opened!CALLING CORPORATE FOR REFUND!!I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE PURCHASE ANY MEDICATIONS FROM THE WILSON AVENUE STORE BECAUSE THEY ARE TAMPERED TAINTED OLD AND OUTDATED!!!read

This place don't seem to be together right It's like the inventory never ends . I mean there is always stuff out that needs to be put away . I can say I do shop here and one lady in particular is the greatest !

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Store never opens on time, employees are rude, and they are always short handed! The only reason I even bother with this store is because I work across the street.

The store hours say that they close at 10pm. Went there at 7:51 and the security guard stated that they close at, get this, 8:15!

I don't understand why they sell money cards and load them up in the process, but when I go back to reload it again, they say! We don't reload money card's.
