I'm a customer that was just in the store on April 2nd, 2024 and purchased some milk that has expired and has now gotten my man sick. I need a manager to get a hold of me ASAP cause I'm either needing a refund or to get a free milk when the truck comes in!!!!

So this Family Dollar there was a manager and my mother asked him if there were any Charmin he politely went to the back came back and said there was no Charmin my mother proceeded to walk out and there was a nice lady working at the register who asked what was wrong and my mother said they did not have any toilet paper Charmin to be specific so the lady goes in the back looking very confused and turn her back and said no ma'am we do have Charmin then my mother looked even more very confused and now upset and didn't understand in why she was being lied to by one of the managers there. We walked outside me and my 1-year-old daughter and my mother and we seen one of the higher managers above the other manager we approached him and he called it a miscommunication because if he didn't see it and the lady had went back there and probably moved some stuff around and seen it as he said "it was probably hidind" he called it miscommunication I call it laziness and did not want to stock the shelves from yesterday or anyday the store itself was disappointing and disorganized .. please black people do better.

The place is a joke . Even for a family dollar . Shelves were bare from non stocking it was in the isle ways .check out lane was crowded .the person running the register was untrained .with management just walking around idling doing nothing to help . Poor service poor attitudes. Would not recommend.

In my opinion, this store needs to be shut down ! They close hours early almost everyday and the store is very messy. There are a few good employees here but some of them can’t even acknowledge a customer at the register and have the decency to pause their conversation and greet the customer.

This place is ghetto as hell very unprofessional. They are supposed to close at 10pm according to the website. Here recently they close at 7:30pm or most times 8:00pm. They never have anything in stock always a mess, I hate this particular location.

OMG!!!! The best Family Dollar store experience I have ever received!!! Yes Ma'am's, and No Ma'am's we're flying all around the store!!! And the best parts were their willingness to help me find products, the way they treated each other as a family team was out of this world!!I will most definitely be making this my Family Go To Store! Thank you so very much for having such a wonderful team who works together to make sure I had a fabulous and fantastic experience!

I didn't know when you go into this store; that you get treated like a criminal. Today I went in too look around and I was being watched like i was a criminal, then they called Metro Police on me just for looking around the store!!! I will never go too that store again.. I did buy something i had money I wasn't going to steal anything!!!
