We were traveling through KY, when our truck tailgate opened and fell on the power jack of our travel trailer, lowering it to the ground and destroying it. A call to Duke's let us know that they had power jacks in stock and that they would let their repair technician know that we were enroute. We were in and out in about an hour and cannot be more grateful for the friendly, quick service. We made our destination as planned. Thanks so much!!

The owner of Dukes, Bill, and his son, Michael and Michael's buddy, went out of their way on a holiday to help my family during an emergency, when we were stranded on the highway miles from their business. They were closed, and it was around New Year's, but they still responded to my cry for help. They even tried to help get our small camper towed to their shop since our insurance company left us stranded without a tow. I feel like they are trustworthy, genuinely kind people who go the extra mile. I wouldn't go with anyone else! These guys will have your back.

I used Dukes to replace the leaf springs on my boat trailer and replace the trailer tire. They did the job quickly. They spent the time to go over everything and answer my questions. My boat was stored in a safe place until I could pick it up. I was very impressed with the front office staff also. I highly recommend Dukes.

Needed a grille guard for my truck to provide an extra measure of protection in case I hit a deer or other animal while hauling RV’s. Spoke with Bill and explained that I understood nothing would prevent all damage to the truck. I asked for something that would hopefully limit damage enough for me to finish a trip and get home for repairs. I also expressed my desire to keep the stock bumper and avoid units that replace the bumper. Bill fixed me up with the Tough Country unit and I am well pleased. They were great with accommodating my schedule and getting me back on the road as soon as possible. Great business I highly recommend.

Great people at Dukes always the best service. I've used them for 10 years now and am always happy with the work the do. Paid extra for a gast turn around because I am a small business and can't be without my trailer. I couldn't be happier with how fast they got me back on the road!Would highly recommend them to anyone needing good quality work on their trailer or truck! Big or small. They treat you the same!

Traveling thru and our factory installed hitch broke. Dukes is so awesome they got me back on the road by Monday afternoon. As a gay dude you never know what your going to get in southern towns. Dukes was amazing never made us feel any type of way except grateful and thankful. My new hitch is badass and we appreciate Dukes so much for there kindness and southern hospitality.

Very customer friendly and knowledgeable. Had my gooseneck installed and I am taking off two stars because whoever did it was probably new and had only done a few before. The safety hook tie downs aren’t perfectly centered in my bed and look kind of sloppy. They also did not use the factory connection for the 7 pin they installed in the truck instead they spliced it into the existing wires which works just isn’t how it would be done from the factory. Not a huge deal it doesn’t look terrible but on a brand new $70k truck it is slightly annoying. There was also a grease left on the passenger side seat I had to wipe off. However I will add a star back because when I bought a used trailer they did a very thorough inspection and saved me quite a bit of money and found some serious problems with said trailer.

Dukes saved the day!! The day we picked up our U-haul to move out of state to NY we realized our lights didn’t work. Dukes was able to fit me in and fix the issue at a great price and got us on the road for our move the next day. Highly recommend!!

Had a custom hitch installation made for my 2017 Honda civic. Most definitely recommend this place for hitch installations. Had a 2pm appointment, dropped it off in the morning 9:30, and they went and got it done in less than 30 minutes before 10:00. They know what they're doing and very good at it.

What a wonderful group of people. We broke a leaf spring on our trailer and showed up first thing in the morning unannounced. They were able to get us 2 new springs installed immediately. We were back on the road in an hour. I highly recommend.

We are on vacation in our RV and unfortunately we lost electrical connection between RV and towed car. Not a great situation but fortunately due to finding Dukes AW on Google review, our vacation was saved. They actually took us in on the day I called, due to a cancellation. If I could give this business 100 ⭐️⭐️ it would still not be enough. Michael was working on our problem, within 5 minutes of arrival and had us back on the road within 45 minutes. The only bad thing is they are not located in Fl., where we live. Thank you, to Michael and the entire staff. You rock.👏👏👏👏

No one else was willing to help me with issues I had with my Redarc break controller on a 2019 Ford Ranger until I was finally referred Duke’s by another brake installer. After the very last disappointment that U-Haul gifted me with, I called Duke's to see about getting a hitch installed in my new vehicle. I called late Monday and asked if they could do it for my specific vehicle, and by the end of the week because I was heading out of town for Labor Day weekend and needed it to haul our trailer.In about 30 seconds she said "If you can let me now by the end of the day we can get you in Wednesday afternoon". A quick phone call to the wife later and I called her back to confirm.After the runaround and the lack of interest in what I was trying to do at U-Haul, this was the best news I could have gotten.Wednesday afternoon I showed up at 2pm, gave them my keys and sat down in the waiting room while they installed the hitch.All of the staff I interacted with at Dukes was knowledgeable and friendly. The sales floor is packed with more stuff having to do with hauling that I ever imagined existed.About an hour-and-a-half later they came to get me, I paid, and I was on my way.Sure, I paid more than I would have a U-Haul, but there's something to be said for convenience and a staff that cares about their customers.I know it's a short order for a big ask, especially with a holiday weekend coming up, but when the voice on the other end said "Yes, we can!" I knew I'd made the right choice.

A-1Top notch service. ordered a hitch at 3:00pm in their shop the next morning at 10:00. Was going to put it on myself but not used to all the undercarriage sound proofing. Called the next morning and they got me in and installed the hitch in two hours. Very pleased. Very courteous. I’m currently using a cane after back surgery and they offered to carry everything out to my car without hesitation(did have my own help there). Can’t say enough about how good service was

They had initially installed my hitch 2 years ago. I noticed that one of the lights on my trailer was not as bright and I thought it was a problem with the wiring at the hitch. The technician at Dukestook the vehicle in promptly and within 5 minutes he told me that the wiring was fine and the problem was probably in the trailer. Great service.

Great peope and company! I brought my tandem axle boat trailer in for my 2007 Chaparral 256. It needed a lot of love. New bearings, hubs needed packed, new bearing buddies, breaks were not working, bunks needed felting, new tires and my roller assembly was bent. I got there early and talked the mechanic myself and he explained in detail what he did and what I should do in the future for routine maintenance. They fixed it all in a day and for a reasonable price all things considered!

Best place ever. John there knows his stuff he got my hitch put on a Toyota RAV4 and the bolt holes were stripped out and he was able to fix all 5 bolt holes and fixed my bad wire job. Everyone was so nice and welcoming.

THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING!! I called Dukes to have a few questions answered and the SUPER nice and patient lady who took my call, gave me 100% confidence in which part I need to operate my equipment. She took the time (even though phones were ringing off the hook in the background) to go over options for my specific setup and had answers that left me with zero doubt of where I'll be making my purchase. It's hard to find great customer service nowadays but NOT with Dukes, you've definitely earned a lifetime customer! Thank you!

The staff originally quoted me $1,100 for a service. Come to find out I misinformed them on my vehicle tow packge and they only charged me $680 for the services. Extremely honest and reliable work. The staff was friendly and checked to see if I needed water while I waited. It was a great experice top to bottom.

My trailer hitch failed on I65. Rite stop RV recommend Dukes AW for the repair. I can only say this with heartfelt gratitude that there are Good ,Kind, Talented, Helpful, people that did a major repair on my old Scamp trailer. Our 5th wheel plate was severely damaged and we were on a trip up to Maine. Michael worked with Pullrite to get us back on the road. Only a one day delay. We have never had better service. Would highly recommend them.

With a trailer loaded for vacation, we discovered we had lost power to the lights. Dukes A&W got us in that morning. Tom diagnosed the problem and one of the service techs had it fixed in minutes.
