Just call me unstable. $1.25 for 4rolls of toilet paper. 10 went in my cart. $12.50 .I must be loosing my mind. Traumatic memories of being stranded on the toilet bowl. I'll get over it.

Few great item's purchased today. Candles are my favorite smell so good Great Positive sayings.Don't purchase the Star 🌠 light's they're not good...Flower light's are beyond great I wish I would've bought few more months ago as I did those.

Love this location! As a teacher, I visit Dollar Tree locations all over the city. This is by far one of the nicest, cleanest, and organized stores that I have seen! I don't live anywhere near this location, but when I get off work, this is my favorite location.

I haven't had any problems at Dollar Tree 😊 & have been shopping there for over 5 years. Sure sometimes the lines are long on the weekend , but that's to be expected.The employees are very nice & helpful when they can be. I just wish they could take over the old Kroger store & expand they're 😊 merchandise.👍

I’ve always been a dollar tree shopper. I have visited several dollar trees in my area and not one of those can compare to the dollar tree at Southland Terrace. From the moment you walk in that store you’re greeted with a smile every time no matter how many questions you ask someone is going to help you and they’re going to do it with a smile on their face every time !!!! I I visit a lot of other dollar trees and they just don’t seem to compare with the kindness and the friendliness of all the workers at the Southland Terrace store here in Louisville I highly recommend going there. If you need help finding something they will do their best to help you with whatever you need. Thank you to all the employees and managers of the Southland Terrace store !!! I give this store five stars because they deserve it

Awesome store stock the best I've ever seen Dollar Tree oh, very courteous people and that's all play deserve a raise. I've been in a lot of Dollar Trees and this is the best one I have found. You can shop all the time at Cane Run Intel it went downhill, go in there how do you find is carts in the aisle and nobody's talking not just once every single time. Take my advice or not just telling the truth that's why I shop at 7 Street Dollar tree please to give this info

I used to love going in this store, but lately the store is a mess , shelves are empty, product still in boxes. i am a senior and it is difficult to get down to the products, that are on the floor in boxes. also they now don't have a public bathroom, which is very inconvenient . what happened to this store, it is close to where i live and really loved it before. I think they need to hire more help. thanks

No Dollar Tree deserves 5 stars but today this one was close. The last time I was here it looked like a tornado swept thru the inside. Today it was more neat and orderly than I have ever this at this location. I actually had to commend the manager there that day to which he gave a heartfelt thank you. Keep it up and you might become worthy of that final star. No where near as nasty as b4.

Hey! It's the Dollar Tree!! $🌳 But the sales associate was very friendly today! And I did tell her exactly that! Good customer care and service is truly becoming more difficult to come across these days! When I realized that being around other people's offspring was NOT what I wanted to do, especially in this third stage of my life, I quit working at JCPS! Good customer service representatives make spending just a dollar feel as important as spending $100 in WHOLE FOODS for the same roll of toilet tissue! Again, this IS the $🌳!! THE place where MY $$ go very far!

I can usually find what I need but this location is always messy compared to the others nearby. The staff is usually friendly but slow at ringing people up so there is usually always lines. I go here if I need anything ASAP but I prefer the more organized locations. They also don't have a fridge or freezer section so that limits the availability of food. As far as stores go though, I've definitely been in worse

The location of this store is close by and use to be a great place to shop. The store is definitely understaffed. Shelves and empty or in a mess. When you walk in it looks like the place is going out of business. I don't blame the staff I blame the manager. He won't hire more people and wants his short staff to try and fill shelves when the store is less busy. Then who is left to cover the cashier or front door. Another problem is the panhandlers and the fact that there is so much merchandise being stolen. Again due to lack of staff. I hope the right person/ persons see this and work on bringing this store in Southland Terrace on 7th St Rd. back to it's outstanding performance it once offered. Thank You.

Pleasant shopping experience. I was greeted as I walked in. Cashiers were very friendly and I found everything I was looking for. Even though they were stocking the shelves, I was able to get in and out without waiting.

This store has came a long way since I worked there, with providing you with the products you need.They had a lot a lot of stuff in the back that needed to go out on the floors.New management is awesome!!!!!!!!

It's came a very long way. Since they have hired a few new people over the last few months it has really improved. The store looks so much better and everything is put in a ceecert place and it really looks great. That's my favorite DollarTree.

Been shopping here regularly for a little over a year. Went in there on Wednesday and it smelled moldy, my husband pointed up and we noticed several black mold places on the celling panels.. that isn't safe given you sell food products and it can make someone very sick if not kill them. I would suggest you fix it before someone sues you.

Most of the time only 1 cashier are open then I have to wait long lines . Since I no like because I am handicap also most of the time some products are out since I think no enuff workers for restock the shells.. but price are good.. ... that's my personal opinion.. ty..

Challenging. Everything is a dollar twenty five, so one is tempted to grab more than what you go for. Some deals good and a lot of items are poorly made. You get what you pay for. They do NOT kerp the contsinwrs and luds together properly. I'll go back though. It's a fun store. Blessings

Will never go back. Cashier scanned several things with one item and it wasn't correct. She wasn't going to fix it. I need to be reimbursed for such items but she would not correct it. Plus store was in terrible shape and the rude cashier made me never want to go back.

The last time I was in this store it looked like a bunch of kids had been in there all day playing with the merchandise. Merchandise was all over the floor, half the shelves were bare. When I asked one of the cashiers about the mess and empty shelves she told me the manager was not scheduling enough employees to keep the store clean and stock the shelves. I called their corporate office and filed a complaint about the store.

This is by far the worse service I have ever had. Shoplifting out in the open. Employees would rather flirt, and conversate with each other before they offer service to a customer.

Dollar tree has some surprising items for a dollar. 6 packs of batteries , Gatorade’s and propel water. Even 6 packs of water. All the workers are cool and friendly
