if I could give 0 stars I would. workers are rude and they close early like 15 to 30 everyday. this is no exagerration either. they don't open 15 to 30 minutes early though. and they always lose out on about 10 customers around that time. and that's like half there daily sales. I have yet to have one good experience in there. hell gimme a job there. I'd work all day as slow as the business is. and the doors would close and lock at time. not a hour before looooookin passes. for real though. zero stars. people working there that don't want to work there apparently.

Customer Service is always been above par. My only complaint is the parking lot it is always nasty. Trash everywhere all the time. Surely a huge corporation like Dollar Tree can hire anyone, someone to clean it everyday. You wouldn't see all that trash out in the more affluent neighborhoods. Dollar Tree could be a better neighbor.

Wonder staff and its a large store so they have the plus items like a 3.00 and 5.00 section!! Wonderful craft section!! I'm so excited to have this Dollar tree so close to me, and over time I might regret it lol

My family came in today to shop. My son had his back pack on which we didn’t notice. One of the employees came up in front of my son who is 7 and said he need to put his backpack in the car. Totally unprofessional!! I understand rules but my son did not have to feel like he did something wrong. She could have quietly asked me that away from my child. Worst customer service ever. And I hope they change the way they approach people and children !!!!

So I'm going to get corporate's number I am falling a complaint against the dollar store team that's in there Dollar tree team that's in there now due to the simple fact they made racial remarks with my boyfriend inside the store I don't think this is how it's supposed to be conducted it don't matter if you're white black purple green Hispanic whatever no one has the right to judge anyone so at this time I will be asking for corporate Dollar trees number and the Dollar tree on Algonquin parkway you lost a customer a couple customers cuz if I would have been there oh we would have been fighting cuz we don't discriminate at my job and y'all have no rights to discriminate there so as of right now we are following discrimination against the store as well as the staff

The lady that was running shift wed oct 18th. Closed the store at 8:45 and said the store closed at 9pm. Which in the website and the hours posted it closes at 10pm. And even if it was 9pm you don’t close at 8:45. She was rude and nasty with me and very unprofessional. Someone needs to make sure she’s closing the store at the scheduled time. Because some people count on Google to give the correct closing times bc I work till about 9pm. So I try to hurry there before 9:45 so I can make it by 10. Who can I contact about this problem ?
