My special needs daughter went in to buy a bag of ice for me. I was waiting in the car for her. She came out with an opened bag of ice that had been torn open. I was furious and took the bag and receipt back in the store. The lady checking out said she sold it to her for $0.75 cents. Now I'm furious. I don't know about you all but I do not want ice that God knows who's hands have been in it. This is just gross. I told the lady to keep the $0.75 cents because she obviously needed it. I will not go back there again. She took advantage of my special needs daughter and should be ashamed of herself.I try to let her have some responsibilities but now I feel like some people take advantage of the mentally challenged. This was at the store in Valley Station by Walmart.

I just drove 15 minutes to visit a different Dollar Tree. While I'm writing this review four other customers were trying to visit also. The supervisor just said she was waiting on this employee who just walked up. I will come back and add more stars if I found the things on my list.

I visited this location 12 minutes before closing time and the door was locked and the sound of me pulling the other door went unnoticed by the 2 employees that were less than 15 feet from the door. I could see several customers roaming the store and a few in line. I called and asked what time they close and was told 9pm. I told him I just tried to go in but the door was locked. He replied with, "well actually we had alot of people in the store so we locked the doors so we could leave on time, I'm sorry"While he was nice and also apologized, I found this to be very frustrating. I understand that you want to leave on time, but what happened to customer service and satisfaction 🤔Been sitting here writing this review and the last customer left around 9:05 pm and the store was dark and employees were gone in less than 5 minutes after that. Is this normal? When I worked anywhere like this, the door locked at closing time, we used the overhead paging phone to announce that the store would be closing 30 minutes BEFORE closing time and every 5 minutes after that if there were customers in the store. But the door remained unlocked until closing time....

Yeah Dollar tree there doesn't have a public bathroom and they're not allowing customers to use it

I love this store. Great deals and a staff that goes out of their way to help you just can’t be beat. They are knowledgeable about where they place their products for sale. They pretty much know you by name when you’re a repeat customer. I go there a couple times a week at least!!

Checkout line was 12 customers deep, stretching to the back of the store. (6' social distance would've wrapped around the store!🤣) But 2 other employees chit chatted near the office. I even overheard one say he was from another store because this one had poor attendance and work ethic was minimal. (🤔👎🏼)

Very dirty store, we've been to this location a few times and it looks like they are going out of business. Empty shelves, floor looks like they haven't been swept in months. Definitely will not be going back. Yuck!

I was having a bad day, the friendliness and eagerness the staff showed me in helping me locate items for my daughters birthday party was amazing. The manager, Adam, helped me carry my purchases to the car, because of my broken hand. He even gave me a helium balloon to take to my daughter. That is customer service!!

The supervisor is horrible!! Where is the manager? She's the nicest woman ever. The cashier ring up my balloons too many times. They answer the phone and hung up on you.

This place must get more business than Walmart! So many people coming in and out that the door broke. And I could tell they do tons of business, all of the isles had many many empty shelves. And everywhere I looked they had a huge variety of items so conveniently place next to each other.. I didn't have to walk around searching for what I wanted, it was all right there, the bulb I was looking for, the toothpaste, the pack of ink pens, the dryer sheets, the lint roller all right there with the ponytail holders. I dont think that tornado could have done a better job of product placement. I didn't need any break fluid today, so I decided I could buy candy another time. I mean, chocolate covered raisins with break fluid on top just didn't sound good to me.I cant be mad at them.. they were keeping up with their neighbor, Walmart, we only saw 1 employee the whole time we were in the store.

Friendly staff, clean store, huge variety and a great place to get shipping supplies as well. Occasionally there may be a wait but other then that definitely good for quick trips!

I, was standing at checkout with two other people in front of me with arms full of items... Than a, store personal walked behind me and said I'll take care of you at isle 2... Wow I, was in and out... In just 5 minutes...

I will say this again. I never pass up a Dollar Tree.They have their gardening stuff in and a lot of the S hooks and that kind of things are good stuff fir $1.00.

Worked for this company, and had alot of issues they wanted to talk about stop the theives yet they wont stop them, Had a woman pee on the floor, had glass plated and bleach thrown on me and had no help whats so ever, Not to mention they have failed to pay me my last check....
