A little disheveled but they have the best prices in town. The employees have always been friendly and very helpful. And the $1 aisle is unbeatable!! Most Products in this discount section go quickly and they get new products stocked daily , so I suggest checking it out often.

At 7 PM today, Wednesday, December 20th I had a bad experience with the workers. I was with my sister and my son and we were all speaking in Spanish because it is our first language it is normal. This African-American lady says to the other worker who is a bigger lady by the cash register near the balloons, when they talk all you can hear is a screech and she says America can't have people like us. Then the bigger lady turns to us and starts laughing. I guess they didn't realize we also speak English and understand 100%. That was regarding us speaking Spanish. That is a racist comment and uncalled for. Is this who you guys hire for your community racist workers? My son has autism and can understand English and he should have not heard that comment. We are bilingual all of us and we have every right here because we are citizens of this country. That was very rude and unprofessional on their part. Besides this New Cut location in an area where there are a lot of Hispanics if it bothers them people speaking Spanish, they should move to another site. Actually, they shouldn't even be hired anywhere if you are going to work with the public, you can't be making racist comments. Imagine all the trash they say and some customers can't defend themselves because they don’t understand.

If you've been to a Dollar Tree in Louisville Kentucky expecting it to be open after 8:30, you know what I'm about to say.Dollar tree employees close whenever they feel like it. I rushed to get here in plenty of time. The listing on the net says open till 9:00. I walked up to the door at 8:30. They're closed! It is typical for this district.They need a new district manager because it's not an isolated event. Dollar Tree is a joke, we all know. Get some management that's not afraid of the help!

This particular Dollar Tree was surprisingly well organized, neat, and clean. Aisles were not cluttered, and shelves were mostly well stocked.

I don't know what's happened to this store but I've noticed a slow decline the last few times I've visited. I walked in yesterday and first off noticed the Dollar Tree sign on the front of the store is missing letters. That wasn't a big deal but what it was just a precursor to what was inside. The majority of shelves are half empty, nothing is organized, random items are just sitting everywhere, there are boxes of random items sitting around that appear to be a "catch all" for the stuff no one is putting back on shelves. It literally looked like a bomb went off. Only the first few aisles at the front of the store appeared in order. Beyond that it's a hot mess. I was so disappointed. It's really a shame because this used to be a nice store. I do want to add that the ladies working the check-out counter are always super friendly. That is a positive. If it weren't for that I would have only given one star. I've been to other Dollar Trees around town recently and they were all well stocked and organized so this is not pandemic related. I would venture to say it's poor management. I really hope they can get their issues care of because I would hate to see the store shut down.

This Dollar Tree is the best location I have ever been to, hands down! :) The manager and employees were all super helpful and welcoming.All of the displays were well stocked and organized. On top of that, I also found four items that there were only available in Bulk online and were not available at other locations.If you love decor, crafting, cosmetic items, have a kid that loves Halloween/ Super Hero’s /Princesses or just have that one item that you can’t find at other locations, I would try visiting this location!I will definitely be back! :)

Staff were brilliant. Prices are brilliant. No public bathrooms - but you can't have everything, I suppose. It's a way of controlling costs, I guess.Honestly, some of the home decor stuff they have for $1 Wal-Mart sells for almost $25. No joke. And the stuff doesn't look hokey. It looks passable decent - the mirrors and picture frames and such. There's always an influx of new stuff. And if you have kids, there's a great toy selection. I could go on.I guess we can thank China and other poor countries for the cheap merchandise.

This used to be one of my favorite Dollar Tree's to visit. The first time I found it I thought I had hit the jackpot. It was always clean and well stocked and had nearly everything I needed when I went. It quickly became my favorite DT. I will say that in the last 2 months or so, every time I visit the store seems worse and worse. It's no longer as clean as it used to be, there are now boxes all over the store in the middle of aisles ripped open or not on the shelves. The shelves are half bare and what is there looks like it was thrown there without a care. I also have seemed to get the same check out clerk the last few times I have gone in, that seems to have no interest in being there. He has been watching tv on his phone with the volume up very loud a few of the times or listening to music others and hardly speaks during the interaction. I am not sure if there was a change in management or a staff turnover or what, but i really hope they can get this store back to it's former glory.

I had a lovely experience with a cashiers by the name Cory, he has a lovely spirit and great costumer service. He greets everyone that comes through the door even if he's taking care of a customer. Thank you Cory God bless!!

I've worked in retail, so I know the behind the scenes trials and tribulations of getting stock to floor, however, almost every dollar tree that I've been to looks terrible. I hate to speak negatively about any establishment because I've never established anything in my life, but the shelves are usually partially stocked with merchandise, the aisles are usually cluttered with unopened boxes of stock and all I ever hear is complaining employees. And it's sad because I know several people who love the items that Dollar Tree have available. I love their themed wine glasses. It amazes me how well Dollar Tree has done in the NYSE because if the appearance of the stores reflected how well they performed in the stock market, their stock would only be worth a dollar.

First visit to this location. Not awfully crowded (thanks, Coronavirus...). Well-stocked shelves, everything clean, no clutter on floors. Wait in line was very short. Cashier smiling and friendly. Plan to return to this store again 😊

Horrible customer service. Would not sell me licorice because she said it was "too cheap" and she would have to figure it out. Well that's not my problem. I grabbed an item on your shelf. Attempted to pay the price requested and was turned away. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. I'll never be back

Most employees especially one inparticular I've experienced are very helpful and friendly , management should practice the same. I would choose a different Deals location to frequent if my fiancee and I weren't collectors of ball cards(NFL,NBA). We were and are still waiting the arrival of New ball cards to be stocked, as we were told are delivered every other shipment, and to check back on fridays, as we have amongst other days as well. This was 2 months ago and No New cards yet. So when I frequently ask when or if they have been stocked, a particular manager is always very rude and short with her response. I'm sorry, but I've spent a lot of money in this store and I told them we're LOOKING TO BUY THE WHOLE BOX OF NBA CARDS. I've bitten my tongue for the last time. I will visit this store one more time hoping she Keeps the hateful attitude at home. If not and still no ball cards, it will be my last.

Dollar Tree in Auburndale has all ki ds of things I've been looking for and a good stock. The Crafter's Square has more than I've seen at other DT. The associates' name that helped me and checked me out is Alma. I will go back. They have such a wonderful selection. I was however too late to get one particular calender. They were sold out of that one.

Deals is a discount store where one can purchase various goods a lower prices. They have lots of things to choose from, such as food, clothing, household items, health and beauty, gifts, toys, school supplies, and many other items. The staff at this particular Deals is very friendly and helpful.

We showed up and all the lights were on, but it was locked and there was a hand written note taped to the door: "store closed, may open tonite or in a.m." What a great way to run a business.

This store is one of the cleanest Dollar Trees I've been to. The employees are really nice and friendly and the store seems to stay stocked up on items. Love the Dollar Tree

An employee of dollar tree told me a particular item was at another location and I made the extra trip to find out the item was not at the store. She said that the new cut was her main store and she was filling in at southland terrace. A wasted trip. No cake takers/carriers at either site. Blessings

Love this store! It's great for when I'm traveling and need to pick up a few things for a temporary stay.
