I have shopped here a lot in the past year and a half and have always been happy with the prices and customer service, but the past few times I have went in the cashier has spoke to me with a very bad attitude. It's just one person that has done this, but I will shop somewhere else from now on.

I was very surprised with all that I found. I was a bit skeptical due to area but never again will I judge. The staff was friendly, had multiple lines open, store was clean. This is officially my "GO TO" Dollar Tree

Some times this store is not stocked, but when I go, I always find what I look for. One day I went to buy envelopes and I didn't find them, I asked to a lady to help me find them, and she went to the shelves and realized they didn't have. Next, she asked me how many did I need, went to her office and grabbed 3 envelopes and handled them to me at no charge. I loved the gesture she had since she was willing to help. What I also like is that there's always a man at the entrance greeting the clients when you enter the store and when you're leaving, which makes you feel welcomed. I love friendly people

Way more variety on the items that they carry than any other one I've been to, even the giant one in middletown. Great job yall! The gentleman at the door greeting everyone was an added bonus. Made my day

Your good unless your short funds and have to put something back like me and went over$3 on my $45 order....she got on speaker and check this out out made an announcement to make sure everyone knew it was 1.25 for items now and for everyone to make sure they had enough funds to cover their items purchased but me having morals I kept my mouth shut because her being a old lady I kept my cool and wished her a wonderful day and may God chase that devil away.... kill them with love maybe it will come back to them.

Very friendly store. Has decent stock. Supply is definitely not meeting the demand. Considering it's actually the $1.25 store now, I'm shocked that things haven't improved much since the changes first occurred. I guess time will tell, if management can pull off the reparations the store needs. #update : the store is staffed, but the sales floor is very unkempt. I don't know if it's due to mismanagement or just lack of training. Could be better, but still has been better at times and worse at others. It's not a very consistent store anymore.

I will say this out of all the times I've been in that place there's a select few that don't really need to be working there cuz they're not customer friendly or they do not know how to talk to a human being LOL but the other times and awesome the ladies running the cashiers are very very polite very friendly and then the gentleman that's the door greeter I don't think he ever misses a day he sits in that chair and reach every single person that comes in the door and to be honest with you I don't think I've ever seen him in a bad mood but they usually have everything you need trick is you got to get there whenever stocking because somebody let the secret out a long time ago and you got to get there if you want good stuff that's my opinion everybody's got their own so happy holidays to all and I hope your experience was as good as mine or hell if it was close then you was treated well again happy holidays to everyone God bless you all..

The cashier passed a couple of items twice. Like i bought a pack of sausages and the bill says i bought 2. Same thing with a rug. A few days ago. THIEF. And of course. As usual the store is a mess.

A great place to find alot of different varieties of items. Includes food, electronics ,household products, crafts, games, you name it. All for a $1.25 a item.

This place is pitiful. The store manager ray needs to be fired. Shatara has a nasty attitude. Just ghetto. The other clerks are nice. Stores always dirty and unclean. No food on shelves just awful!!!I bought frozen food and inside the package was open. I got sick I might call my lawyer!

I am actually shocked at the amount of Christmas Decorations they had. Cute little trinkets. You're only paying a dollar for anything in the store so just go in knowing you'll get your dollars worth. Very friendly cashier...lines could be better.

I visit this Dollar Tree often cause it's the closest to my house. The customer service has always been really well. The only thing is shopping here can be a hit or miss. Sometimes there stocked and other times you can barely find the essential stuff. It provides for what I need, so overall the shopping experience is okay.

The store was amazingly stocked and they had so much stuff I got everything I needed except one item. I wasn't expecting a Dollar Tree to have that much stuff in it. My only issues where some of the other customers in there. But that's not the Dollar Tree's fault obviously since for the Dollar Tree it was pretty good.

I arrived at 7:46pm store closes at 8:00. I was approaching the door woman at the door with braids said we are closed. I said don't y'all close at 8:00 she said we are closed and she closed and locked the door. I only wanted to get a lint brush. Seven people after me where turned away while I was sitting in my vehicle writing this review. It's now 7:58 those people are gone and left the parking lot.

It sure is nice to be greeted with someone saying, "Welcome." After numerous trips to Dollar Tree, I am still amazed how a store can remain in business selling everything for $1. On occasion, I have had to be wait awhile when checking out since there is a steady stream of customers. But how can I complain in a place that offers a large selection of products at such little cost. Be sure to grab a shopping basket because you'll likely pick up more than you originally had in mind.

I went there to get a soft drink for a $1. I came out spending close to $30. I said that to say this! I only grocery shop for me and Krogers was full. Quick, no bunch of waiting lines.

They always seem to be out of stock on many things and bc of being short staffed the store is a mess. But the people are great

Manager was rude and told me I am banished for life and out right lied that (EVERY TIME ) I change my mind Bout a purchase after the the cashier wrings it up that is 1000 percent untrue I had 5 items and changed my mind on 4 of them. He said i held up the line to insinuate I held the customer's up for random. The west end store at 26 the and broadway Louisville KY the store gets negative zero stars I choose one star so to submit the rude arrogance of a power hungry manager I am happy to say I am band to never return why WOULD I want to return anyway . Negative zero stars

Very clean store. As soon as you walk in, a clerk will welcome you, which is a nice gesture. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the employees. Definitely will shop here again.

Get ready to wait! The managers are rude and disrespectful. Seems like the other workers are more courteous. They only keep one register open everytime i go in there is a line all the way to the back of the store. It's backwards... And i don't get it?? I blame the managers. I wish i could give it a zero!

Although this store is located right smack in the middle of the West End of Louisville it lacks products geared towards it's residents. There's little to no ethnic hair care products, many shelves are bare not just the seasonal section.

Always have to wait they never have anything you are looking . Boxes be in the aisles and no one putting the stuff on shelves. The are always nice to customers I just prefer to go across town
