Poor selection, 1 staff member with toddler behind counter, no manager, stock in boxes everywhere. Can barely walk through aisles. Only perk is it’s walking distance from my house.

Just have to say, my last trip into the local Dollar Store was just as comfortable and smooth as ever.... Of course, strapped up with the ole trusty dusty dust mask, I got my goods and got cashed out by the same lovely lady who's worked there as long as I've shopped there... fast and friendly.... It's nice to still have places like this to do business with, just thought I'd say so...... thanks!

I am literally done with Dollar General. They put items on discount with their colored dots and they never honor the discounts and the cashiers are not nice. I will go somewhere where I'm appreciated. They are much nicer and so helpful at the dollar tree and the family dollar. Dollar General is a horrible store and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!

Staff are friendly. They keep the place clean aside from some cluttered shelves in the back aisles. The grocery side is always well stocked, and organized.

This is my go-to Dollar general Even though I live down the street from the one on national turnpike they are always closing early they are never stocked and the employees are usually rude at that location so I do go further to this location in fairdale The staff employees are usually friendly check out is fast and they are always overstocked and they never close down early and when I need to find something nine times out of 10 they have it and they have clearance things always and the little ones always seem to get along with the employees so it's more like a family environment so I would recommend this location

I love this DOLLAR STORE...it's the MOST CLEANEST & NICEST Dollar Store I've ever been in...I WILL LITERALLY drive out of MY WAY just to shop here... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS DOLLAR STORE.. AND I also LOVE THE employee's here too there a great help & super nice!!!

ALWAYS A MESS!!! Its mediocre for household staples if you can get to them! The aisles are always blocked and they are not always friendly in there.. What a disaster that store is!! Shelves always empty, people smoking right by front door, very poorly ran...

Where do I start! This place is poorly managed, if there's even a manager. Haha the employees look like they're all on drugs. I don't feel safe going in there half the time. Doesn't matter when you drive by the place there's always someone out front smoking. Not sure if they work there or not! Just your typical dirty, Fairdale crew. The only reason I gave them more than one star is because the building is still new and somewhat clean-looking, give it a few years and it'll look like the Family Dollar down the road. Better have your TB shot.

This location is just awful - it's a brand new store & you'd never know it! I just left there - trying again today - & like always there is so much stock out on the floors in the aisles that you can barely walk/move in the place & to actually "see" the items & "shop" at this location never happens - everything is stacked throughout the aisles - Always! And you never see any Employees except for the cashier - I don't know what they do but it's sure not clean this store up - at least make it presentable - I'm ashamed this is my Fairdale location!

It is Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 8:42am and guess what the store is still not open. I have been waiting since 7:55am because they were supposed to open at 8:00am. This is the second time this has happened. I understand it's a new store and good management is needed but this is nonsense.I called corporate two times already and they have no explanation. I work at Dairy Queen in Fairdale and if we were to open late or not at all we wouldn't have a job. Dairy Queen is a small business privately owned and we don't have these problems. Dollar General is huge and this is the experience. You tell me what is wrong with this picture. I'm over it as much as I like Dollar General, (was happy there was one going to open in Fairdale), I'll just walk a little further to Family Dollar. At least I know they will be open...

This location often closes hours before its' posted time of 10pm with no notice. They just lock the doors.

Always stock in the middle of the isles, only 1 cash register, and when u got the at 9:30 p.m. they already had the doors locked and were mopping.

I go to this location only when I'm in the area. I don't go to this one that often but when I do, they have really good service. I'm in & out quickly each time & the cashiers are always courteous.

It's Sunday afternoon and all the lights are on. They have signs hanging up on the door saying CARD ONLY but the sliding door is locked??? #Frustrating

I needed balloons for a under planned party and I was helped without rolling eyes or sighs. They were so nice and helpful probably the first time that's ever happened to me at a dollar store!!!

Here at 12:35 PM on a Monday and needed something behind the counter. Apparently nobody works here. Scaled the whole store. Not an employee in sight.

The store is closed has one employee can't do her cbls cause the system is down can't run the store until her cbls are done they won't shut the store down and they waste payroll on one employee they can just have that employee work until cbls are back up

This store is great, but they close too much cause of computer issues. Also tbey need more employeese, I've been trying to for months now to get a interview, but I guess they aren't interested in hard workers.

It's actually one of the few Dollar Generals that doesn't treat you like a criminal as soon as you walk in the door I hate how when I go to shop at any Dollar General besides this one how you have staff members on each into the aisles staring you down like you're going to put something in your purse know your audience ladies

The customer service at this location is TERRIBLE. The cashier was extremely rude when you ask them for anything and I went to reload a prepaid card and the cashier didnt even attempt to look for the barcode to scan
