Staff is a bit unorganized and strained. Inventory is usually in the isles right in your way when your trying to shop and not on the shelves as it should be. Staff has a weird attitude with people assuming theft as soon as you walk in. I hate the fact that the shelves are never stocked , you get watched as soon as you enter the store and if you go to spend money use a card but they give no cash back even though there is the option. Big bills forget about it they will tell you no change. If the right staff would command this location then id give it 5 stars as a good team is the foundation to success.

This Dollar General is a little more organized then most of the other dollar generals I've been too. I've never seen the Isles in disarray.I have 3 major issues with the store though. There is always a long line at the cash register. They have two cash registers, but even if there is a line 12 people deep they won't open the other cash register. The manager walks around and does other things, stocking the shelves, keeping things in order.The issue I have is why doesn't she open another cash register and take care of the customer first! This is a constant issue, as I shop here often.Second issue, the store closes early and not at the posted closing time. It may be 10 or 15 minutes, but sometimes that matters, if you say you're going to be open till 9 then be open till 9. I'm sure the manager wants to get home, as we all want to when we get off work. If I left work early from time to time, I wouldn't have a job after a while.Third issue oh, and this is a big one! Why do they allow some homeless guy to be there doorman. He'll open the door for you as you enter and leave. He never asked for money but it's kind of a given. Some people will feel obligated to tip him a quarter or so, but there's some people on a fixed income, who might be shopping at Dollar General just to save a quarter. This fella doesn't act like he's disabled. Why do they allow this type of activity? I've never been to any store anywhere in the United States where they allow some homeless guy to me they're doorman!If he was a disabled veteran oh, maybe I could see it. That doesn't seem to be the case here. I don't get it. I can go next door to Save-A-Lot and spend $0.25 more for a pack of hot dogs, and I don't have to deal with this.

Store was packed with merchandise all over the store and one person stocking. One cashier, but she was doing a great job. Don't blame the workers, because they can only do so much.

How do you close at 8pm but you have the doors locked for almost half them hours you’re open? Your Shelves are not bare and the young guy ( always wearing joggers) is taking his extra slow time stocking the things that he is (as we see through the window). Is this to eliminate how much time you actually have to work? Make a profit? You have a sign up saying the new closing time but not one saying you’re locking up to do whatever. Seems like every time this guy works it’s extra slow going or some other BS!🤦🏾

The Dollar General store is well organize and clean. It has everything and affordable. Cashier is customer oriented and polite.

Great customer service, stock person asked what I was looking for and he let me know if any of them were in stock. Kept me from searching all over the store.

I do like this place because they have friendly staff which always nice and comfortable and they do have the same good pricing that other dollar generals have

Every time I go in there half the shelving is bare, don't have what you need,an the weird thing is there are rolltainers sitting full on the floor an never see anyone working it or maybe they were on their breaks.REALLY gone down hill at that location.
