This place was horrible. I was visiting family and went here. It was dirty. Things in the floor. I couldn't even shop because there was boxes and other things blocking the aisles. AND this was in the middle of the day. Never again! Save yourself the trouble and just don't go

Not happy that they keep closing early. First they started closing at 8 now at 6. Management needs to step up their game. If you can't find employees, pay them. Large profit margins are great, but when you cannot make money because you're closed, you lose all profits.

I Love the digital coupons at DG. But the store is ALWAYS A COMPLETE MESS!! Isles blocked by inventory that seems to never get put on the shelves!! And this is a fairly new store! Seems like there would be more effort into making the store presentable, and keep the shelves stocked!! I can't argue with the prices though. And the digital coupons is what keeps me coning back!!😉

I was able to find a few Easter deals, however most items were picked over, sold out or misplaced. This location could benefit from hiring great personalities, not just bodies. That’s how I felt during my visit.

Customer Service is great.. although the store itself needs help. What I mean by that is there has never been a time where I've been able to walk in the store and not have to walk around merchandise single and excessive, in the entrance and almost every aisle. It's a safety issue positively.

Needs better organization. Watch people around this Season a grown man asked me to buy him a pack of lip gloss because his card declined. If it was a women or a child yes for a grown man to fix his face on my daughter birthday No. I had to double ask come again that's a strong No.

I used to love this store until I didn't. Shelves are never stocked and there's big carts always blocking the isles. The close when they want leaving customs unhappy and without.

This store is always out of the most needed home items. A lot of shelves are half empty. I went in there looking for five standard household supplies. They didn't have any. It looks like they are going out of business. Small, insufficient number of staff.

This place is always a mess and the shelves are always empty , i have gone there 6 different times in 2 weeks looking for purina indoor cat food and they NEVER have it plus the workers are on their phones or RUDE!!!! Not really sure its not like they work too much or too hard!! I've ask if they were hiring and they always say NO even when they have a sign up!!! Go figure!!!

I went in to look for picture frames. I found what I was looking for, but also found an employee, not wearing a mask, at the front counter. It was around her neck, while she waited on a customer. I told her that she needed to put it on and she told another employee, who was wearing a mask, that she refused to wait on me. The other girl did wait on me.

The manager would not let me use either of the two restrooms at the front of the store. I had an arm load of item to purchase but was doing the pee pee dance and still would not let me use it. Will not be coming back here.... went to Big Lots around the corner, was allowed to use there restrooms and now they have my money.

This Dollar General is the WORST one that we have ever visited. It is close to our house so it is more convenient to stop at. However it is ALWAYS out of the items that we are there to get. We will be going to a different Dollar General store

The staff is wonderful but i think they have a lot of trouble with the condition of the building. They close at least 3-4 times too early a month and that's because of bad weather, especially when it rains. Closed last night at 7:30.😭

Compared to other dollar-type stores, I usually do not have good luck here. Mostly because of its size.... this is a small store. They do try to pack in as much merchandise as possible, but IMO, it makes it VERY cramped and tight. The store is a little dirty. It's not necessarily filthy, it just old, worn, and in major need of an update.

Regular Dollar General, not too crowded so you get through checkout in short order. May have to make multiple trips to load your purchases into your car as the carts are blocked from going out of the building.

I have noticed that this retail chain (Dollar Store, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar) is short staff and desperately hanging on by their boot straps as far as keeping the stores looking presentable for shoppers. It's a great place to stretch a dollar though.

The only reason I'm giving this store a good rating is because their hrs are usually 7am-11pm witch is longer then most dollar stores and shopping here is more convenientthen going to Wal Mart

Wow. There was almost nothing on the shelves. That's probably cause there is 2 whole aisles with carts filled with stuff needs to be put out. So these carts are blocking 2 whole sides of the aisles. And no one will move the stuff for you to get what you need. Sad. By far the Dollar General store in Louisville.

Didn't get a receipt got home and items were missing. Will never shop here again. The cashier who waited on us you really couldn't tell if it was a man or a woman

A dollar Store can seem like a pain in the neck. But it can also be a lifesaver. They're close by. It's worth a little extra sometimes to have the convenience.
