They have an older blonde hair employee that is rude, hateful and always seems to wake up on the wrong side of the bed. I called corporate on her. The general manager called and basically told me to go elsewhere so don't worry I will. My money spends anywhere.

Have been there 3 times between 8:30 and 9:00pm. Doors are locked and told they are closed. As them and they're family are standing on the other side of the door looking at me. If your going to be closed get out of the window. Needs to shut down

Would give 5 stars but the due to the upper management team yelling at the general manager about how her store was laid out for social distancing all the while being within inches of staff and customers without following store,state, federal, or CDC guidelines for wearing a protective face covering. Seems counter productive to yell at staff in front of customers, to not be in compliance yourself, and to just be a plain old jerk. Store staff was excellent.

The manager, Mr. Charlie is one of the nicest managers I've met.He is so helpful and if asked a question, he will answer right away or even show you where it is located.The Dollar General Store is lucky to have him.

1 person on a register, a line backed all the way up to the second row of shelves, and she only rang up some of my stuff without me noticing so I had to do two transactions on my card back to back.Only positive is they had what I was looking for. Otherwise I would have sat it all down and left.

They never open on time hardly open at all. These pictures for this store is fake. Its look nothing like that on the inside. They make up their schedules when they open and close. Blame it on staffing but none of them want to stay open til 9 like their suppose to so they close it at 6. Just because their scared to work 3 hours by themselves. Just close it down n let a family dollar n new employees take over

A very nice store. The friendliness of the staff at this site is the reason why I drive an extra 7.5 miles, past 3 other stores to shop here.

The store on Terry Rd is a joke. Closed more than open and when open the shelves are bare. Better off doing shopping at a yard sale.And please spare us the latest news at the checkout counter.. especially who got lucky last night and how the whole store knows they have to PEE !!!!!!!!!! Ever since the store closed for " Remodeling " they have nothing on their shelves and we have to listen to the newest gossip every time we are these besides trash talk. Everyone in there looks likes at you like Dam l have to get up and work! What the hell is going on !! It wasn't that bad before the doors were shut for almost a month and a,half . It said remodeling are you kidding me!!! The floors are still the same and look like it's a house that should be condemned. The store is open one day and closed for two etc. We have to drive 15 min to get there for what to find its closed again!!Obvious the owners dont give a damn.

Any time I have been in here, the workers have been great. They will ask you if you need help and are always friendly. Just wish they would expand the store.

I went in the other day and asked for an employees name because she was so rude to me. I reported her to corporate. I came here on Tuesday January 26th and it ruined my thoughts on this dollar general. DO NOT go here if you see her at the register she was giving me dirty looks and did not have her mask on all the way. Then she said something under her breath when I was walking out.

The isles were to crowded with merchandise, it made it feel claustrophobic. The worker's were okay answered the question I had, I didn't even go all the way in. Looked like they were stocked up.

I had a young lady wait on me at the Dollar General store on Terry and she was the best one that I've ever had wait on me at that store it just needs to be a little bit bigger and there's all kinds of room that you could expand please do so there's a lot of people depend on your store thank you

This dollar General always has signs in the window saying there closed at least once a week because there systems are down. I have personally heard one of there workers say " mess the system up so we can close early" you would think that after getting remodel they could get new systems. I'm surprised this story isn't closed down. It's poorly ran.

They had everything I needed from puppy dog food to six packs of mountain dew and a remote to replace the one I got broke now I can watch TV and relax for a little while.

This store is ALWAYS closed!!!! Something is always wrong with "the system" today it's due to the toilet over flooding!!! Also the workers are always outside all together at once smoking in front of the door, and the store looks dirty in and outside!!!!
