I usually have my roommate go for me, because she visits a few times a day anyway.They serve you right up til closing @10pm..Alot of us that live close by, run in @ last minute. The ladies are helpful and friendly, but hurry after a long evening's work to get out, but do so in the kindest way...its a very comfy, country atmosphere.I highly recommend ..:) :)

The employee was very helpful and friendly. A big variety of things that were affordable. The bad part was there were cloths all on the floor. I could not get my cart down for clothing everywhere.

Its one of the nicer DG's out there. I mean, you already know you're going there to save money, so its nothing fancy. But I think this store has a better selection than most and had a good lay out. And the ladies working were super nice.

I didnt hate this store. Clerks are always friendly. Just the last couple of times i have stopped in, it has been quite messy and lots of empty shelves. Not what i am used to seeing from a dollar general.

Jessica manager extremely unprofessional and behaved like a street talker / very loudly in the presence of many customers. This store is responsible for canceling a very large and timely order of almost 2 hours. Jessica handled the canceling of my order. She was not willing to adjust prices that were being registered incorrectly. She used bad language and insulting names toward myself . I did call corporate and they did not offer any recompense. I do not know if Jessica is still an employee. This took place almost 2 weeks ago and I have not and will not be entering the dixie highway / Watson lane location of dollar general anymore.

Prices a bit high. Long line waits at times and CSR's dont seem trained in customer service or people skills. Went to have a pre paid visa loaded after waiting what seemed a eternity in line for the CSR to tell me i dont know how to load cards. I put down my items and walked off. Wow i couldnt understand i thought training was key not here. My expirence tho dont let my attitude on the situation stop you from shopping. All in all your typical dollar store.

This particular dollar store still today in these times showed prejudice. She made me feel that if she were to touch my skin or hand while giving me back my change that I could harm her in some way.

The lewisburg and russellville dollar general are always a mess, out of stock. Not customer service but always talking( friends & family- to busy for real customer service and when you need help they act as though it's a bother.

Floors are clean somewhat of a cluster aisles are close together. But anytime i have a question the employees are very helpful.

Went in for 2 items. They didn't have but one of them. Store aisles were crowded with merchandise. But, one customer was homesteading at checkout so they opened up a second register!
