Just so happy with the service I get here. My baby, Zebo, gets the works a shampoo, cut, nails, and all the fluff yhey can give her. She doesn't seem to mind going to The Dog Wash which is hard to believe since she's not big in going anywhere without her mom or dad. It's a great feeling to know she's ok when I take her to the Groomer. We are definitely forever customers. This is a before and after pic of my girl, she goes from an older looking dog to looking like a puppy. These pics are just over a w day period. So they did a great professional job. My Fur baby is a Toy Poodle his name is Quincy and been going to Wash Wash since he was 5months old and they have always did him a great cut...i love his spring and Summer cuts they listen to what you ask for in a cut and its on point thank you for caring and making my baby looks good.

I called one afternoon. I was surprised to schedule an appointment at 10 o'clock the next morning. It was the 1st time that I took Lucky try here for a bath and a nail trim. People were friendly and service was quick. The groomer even brought Lucky to my car when I went there to pick him up. I have no complaints. Lucky was happy and I was completely satisfied. The cost was reasonable. I will not hesitate to return.

They were very friendly and accommodating. I called trying to get my Pomeranian groomed last minute, they got me in the next day and provided a great cut! The price was the most fair I have ever gotten and I will for sure be back.

This was the worst experience I have ever had concerning my dog and so it deserves no stars and a long review. Please understand that I have never written a poor review on any business before this.Short background info:We moved here from WV two years ago. Our dog had been groomed a few times in the past with no issues whatsoever. We hadn’t found a groomer in the last year and started looking. Now for the review:On Wednesday, 8/19/20, I started researching groomers in the area because our dog just completed the second flu shot that same day and therefore was up-to-date on his shots. The first two highest ranking groomers were not taking on new customers. Dog Wash was ranked 3rd and had several high ranking reviews so I called. The woman was very eager to work with me and said she had an opening the very next day. I asked for closer to the weekend and we scheduled for 10:30am on Friday, 8/21/20.So today, I take Howard to Dog Wash and should’ve gone with my gut because things felt off. The woman asked for Howard’s name and my contact info. I thought she was checking him in for our appointment, but instead, she wrote our information on a notepad far down a list of other names. She shared that Howard was “12th” in line. On the phone, it was not told to me that this place is essentially first come, first serve. The woman shared that it’d be roughly 2-3 hours. This made me feel better because that was about the same timeframe given over the phone so I assumed they bathed and groomed a lot of dogs at one time in a large setting. The grooming area can’t be seen from the front. Another thing that was not voiced on the phone was that it is CASH ONLY. I ordered a bath, nail trim, and hair TRIM. She asked if we wanted his tail TRIMMED too and I denied need. He’s been TRIMMED before so I knew he wouldn’t look weird leaving it. The woman shared she would call once he was ready and I left.I call around 2:30 because it’s been 4 hours and I haven’t had any update. A woman answers and she shared it’s not his turn yet but it will be “soon.” Frustrating, yes. But, at least it was about to be his turn.By 4pm both my husband and I are WORRIED because we’ve received no communication and it’s been over 5 hours! So I call again and put her on speaker so my husband can hear too. The woman says they have started on Howard but they were taking their time because he was scared. That seemed odd as he has been groomed a few times before with no issues. Before I can ask what time to come, she says they will be done shortly and hangs up. My husband immediately calls back and demands a time because they have been so VAGUE this entire time. They say 5pm...6 hours after initial drop off! At 4:44pm, they call to report he’s ready. We arrive in less than 15 minutes. My husband goes in while I wait in the car. He comes out fuming. He explained that he was standing upfront and could hear they were having issues putting on his harness so he goes back there to get him. They shoo him back upfront but not before he sees the “grooming” area. He shared that it is a tiny area with many cages and ONE showering/grooming area. My dog was scared because he was locked in a cage in a small room with several other animals for a FOURTH of a day. Not only that, but they didn’t trim my cattle dog. They SHAVED him. When he got in the car, he released a fowl smell that dogs get when they’re scared. I was so upset with what he’d been through and upon getting home, immediately rebathed him. DO NOT GO HERE. I’m attaching a picture of my dog prior to being groomed and then one of after and a close up of his tail area where you can really see how much they took off of him.

It's been over a decade since I took a dog there. And I still love this place.they are fast, friendly and fairly priced.Just got her nails cut and tear stains cleaned up today. I will return for a full groom when time comes cause they so awesome...... I do not want to take my baby any where else

My girls were treated great picked them up they were butchered but it's hard to do husky and their hair will grow back. Recommend for short haired dogs.

Every time I pick My Baby Goldie Mack up from Dog Wash he is always Handsome & Smells so good. Every time I pick him up I am always overly satisfied! I will never take Goldie anywhere but The Dog Wash. I give The Dog Wash 5 Stars!

Had a dog dropped on me with bad matting, sores and a huge knot on his belly. He smelled of urine and I couldn't even tell what he looked like. When my mom picked him up for me and he walked in my door I was shocked to see a beautiful dog with a lot more happiness than he originally showed up with. Thanks to Dog Wash he feels much better.

I have taken my (difficult to groom) dogs here 3 times and incredibly happy with eh results. So happy, I took my mother in law's very old dog with lots of matts and he came out looking like a puppy! The staff is incredibly nice, and friendly and the turnaround for appointments and getting the dogs back is incredible The prices are very competitive and a great value. Honestly never going to another groomer again.

I took my dog to get her hair cut. First of all, the groomer cut her hair too low, it was uneven. Absolutely by far the worst service I’ve ever received. Definitely won’t be taking my pup back here.

I have a very temperamental dog also being able to deal with my dog they're awesome in my book although they say he's fine when he's there and never goes to try to bite them amazes me cuz he bites me im his owner but other than that he comes out smelling good he's lovable he's happy I can't complain he does spend a long time there though but other than that they are wonderfulbite them but he had to talk to text me that's okay

First time. I am very particular about the grooming of my long-haired dachshunds. They were modest in the trim which I prefer opposed to taking off too much. So they were very accommodating to clean up areas that I pointed out right then and there, which made me feel comfortable and happy with the service.Plan to return!

1st time customers the other day and was very satisfied customers. Took my 2 Chihuahuas there just to get their nails clipped and they did a great job and fast. They also worked with me and let me hold the more anxious one while he clipped her and my more chill one was also clipped out in lobby right in front of me, which is very important me and the dogs. I will definitely go back.

I hesitated about taking my pomeranian to the dog wash because I use to take her there a couple of years ago and the last ti.e I took her they messed her hair cut up. I decided to give them another try. Well low and behold I had another bad experience. First of all her appointment was at 11:30am. We called to check several times. After 4 hours went by, I was told she still wasn't ready. Called back at 5:45pm my puppy still wasn't ready. I arrived at 6:15pm to pick her up, and she wasn't cut right. There was a gash on her lower back were she was nicked really bad. One of the employees told me that the one that grooms the dogs have had medical issues and they was trying to get him to retire. She also stated that they had over 30 dogs that day. My thing is if you had to many dogs, why would you have me bring my dog in at all. You didn't even tell me that you was over booked. She will never return there anymore. This place isn't what it used to be just be aware.

My nephdog had a bad experience with his hair it looked like my 5yr old niece cut his hair. My sister asked for a simple trim for him. It seems like the person cutting hair is rushing or simply don’t know how to trim dogs hair maintaining the shape of his fur. However this will not happen again Bc we will not be bringing our pups back. $45 gone down the drain. Never again!

My dog did not like this place. Usually when I pick him up he's smiling and happy. Our 1st and last time there. I asked for the works but was told that she brushed his teeth as best she could. My dog is 8 pounds... Other groomers haven't had a problem. Didn't feel I got my money's worth

Tim is the most awesome guy and groomer in town! the dogs always come out looking, smelling great, and so happy! The Dog Wash also boards dogs and Tim treats them so well!
