I can’t say enough good about Doerr. I can always get in quickly. The entire staff is knowledgeable, kind, and clearly and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of my dogs. They are available 24/7 and readily invite me to call and speak with a vet if I have questions. They are a breath of fresh air and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who desires such great and consistent attributes.

I would give more stars if I could!!! Doerr is the BEST Vet we have ever had. Everyone there are the kindest, nicest people, it's obvious everyone that works there are animal lovers. They are concerned about all aspects of your pet, and making sure you are comfortable with the answers, They have all the time you need, they never rush you, they discuss all treatment options and Dr Turns is Amazing! But the real gem here are the people, you walk in or call and it's like they have known you forever. You always leave there with a smile on your face . Check them out, you won't be sorry

This was the first time we had brought one of our pets here and the staff were so kind and helpful. We were taken right into a room when we arrived and they did the exam/vaccines so quickly. They answered any questions we had and discounted our first time there. We loved how homey it felt inside and the office kitties! Will be bringing all of our pets here :)

Doerr is amazing. Went there for the first time today in an emergency because every other vet in existence was either closed/fully booked/didn't take rabbits. Thanks to them we got some Medicam+Ragdolin and she won't die from GI stasis. The people there were all very calm and kind, there are four sweet cats who hang around, and the vets were very clearly used to handling rabbits.

Dr. Turns is the best veterinarian! 10 years ago, my new kitten fell from a second floor landing in our home and he fixed her tiny bones in her broken leg. I never thought she would jump! At 10 years, Buffy can jump onto kitchen counters with no problem (even though that’s a no-no). I took my new puppy to him because I trust Dr Turns because he is the best! Linda

Staff are nice but I think they gotta do a better job about informing customer of the charge / fees for the first visit and maybe ask if any insurance information, instead of just getting everything done and ask you to pay for whatever amount. I didn’t get the chance to know any fee or charge related information before taking my cat for the first medical check. With all due respect to the vet’s work but checking on the cat literally for 5 mins for 68$ (which doesn’t even include medical waste?) was not what I had expected.

We have taken our Golden Retrievers to Doerr for their health care for 15 years. They have always shown tender loving care to our fur babies, and amazing compassion at the end if our sweet Maggie's life. We will never take our babies anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, our cat was sick and we didn’t know where to take him. We took him here from a referral and this place was wonderful. We ended up having to put our cat down but they were so thoughtful during the rough time. We did the cremation process and this was amazing. They gave us a certificate, a nice box with his ashes, even gave us his paw print on a piece of clay. Thank you so much for being so wonderful at a hard time in our lives.

My Kensington is an APBT and he is at times stereotyped. I loved that the staff did not treat him as a bad dog and made accommodations for his personality. They checked for the resident clinic cats before we walked through, so he would not get excited because I advised he had high prey instinct. I explained how he has developed anxiety with vet visits, so we worked together. I put the muzzle provided on him and we all worked to reassure him and keep him calm. I greatly appreciated the team effort. It eased my mind as well, so I would recommend this practice to everyone.

I had the opportunity to speak with a veterinarian on their emergency line outside regular hours, and they promptly scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I’m a newer customer with 2 senior dogs and a puppy. Everyone at the Doerr is so friendly and helpful, whether you are in person or on the phone. Very sweet and accommodating. The docs are great too.

As a senior, I am on a fixed income and I feel taken advantage of by this Clinic. Internet showed all kinds of 1st time discounts and I was not given any. New cat with a viral infection (cold). $224. Over kill in all the meds given. Definitely won’t be back. But very nice staff. Illness still not cured. My kitten is still sick.

I had been taking my sweet Damien here for a few years and thought this place actually cared about him. Last Monday he woke up terribly sick. I rushed him to the clinic. He had the same condition 6 months prior so I figured he needed an IV of fluids like last time, they suggested an x-ray this time and I said yes do whatever you have to do. They then come in and tell me and my fiancé to go run errands and they will call back with results. X-rays take 5 minutes so I was confused why I was being asked to leave. Biggest mistake of my life leaving that clinic when I did… over two hours later they called me back and said he was in extreme pain and needed to be euthanized. So you’re telling me my sweet baby spent his final hours alone in extreme pain in some cold kennel while you took other patients and ate on your hour lunch break?? I have never been more devastated at the thought of me being able to spend more time with him and made sure he didn’t feel alone. You care nothing about the animals well being all you care about is the money. My poor Damien suffered from your greed… it makes me sick just typing this. Oh and another thing while they were doing the procedure on Damien and I was laying over him I could hear the staff outside my door laughing and talking about corgis. He was a corgi…Have some freaking respect. He may of just be a dog and paycheck to you but Damien was my everything and I’ll never forgive you for making my baby suffer and feel alone for over two hours.I don’t need a response from anyone my fiancé called the manager and she showed no remorse I just wanted the public to know my experience.

Everyone there, from start to finish, is amazing. You can tell the staff enjoy being around these animals and go out of their way to make them, and their owners, comfortable. Plus, our dog gets so excited to go to Doerr, even after her spay surgery, so clearly she can feel the good environment. The vets and techs are skilled at what they do!

The staff is friendly. The service is quick. The lab is on site which means the results are returned. Within 30 minutes. Pricing is fair and everyone is so kind to all the animals around them five stars.

It started with Tug. When it was time to let Tug go, it had to be immediate. Too long of a wait at our life long vet. Others were closing and couldn’t wait for us to do make one of the most important decisions of our lives. But doerr stayed open and allowed us to say goodbye to my best friend of 15 years. I knew then they would be our vet from this point on. Sasha, was given to me when my grandmother died- then it was time to let Sasha go. Doerr took care of everything!! Then I adopted Jack and Stella. You will never make a mistake going to Doerr. They care and to me that matters! You wouldn’t want subpar taking care of your children would you??

I have always had great experiences with the entire team at Doerr. My dog Emmy is naturally a ball of nerves and quite shy but she warms up to the team so quickly each visit. Dr. Kurtz is very attentive and is always so kind to answer all of my questions. Maggie (I think this is her name at the front desk, I am so incredibly sorry if I am wrong) helped to ease my nerves before Emmy had her procedure. I cannot remember the name of the person who works the checkout, I want to say Vy but not certain (I am so sorry for not remembering), but they are always so friendly and helpful as well.

My Cat Linxs doesn't like vets and has anxiety. From the fiest moment he actually allowed the tech and doctor to pet him which was a complete first ever. They where kind in listening and caring about me as well. Doctor Kristin was the sweetest person and Laura was Linxs new best friends he just her love on him. Linxs ESA so this just warmed my heart. The front desk staff works great together with such compassion. My cat Linxs and I are very blessed to have found this veterinary clinic. Linxs sends love and thanks.

If you want to be ripped off then this is your vet! Would give zero stats if I could. Every time it’s a new insult. This time almost $250 for some ear drops and a cotton swab in the ear. I called and said I just needed drops and they said I had to bring him in. Boom 75$ then they swab his ear to “just look what’s in there” without telling you it’s a charge boom another 60$ then they say they’re just gonna flush his ear out which i thought would just be a courtesy since I could do it at home free in 2 minutes. BUT NO boom another 75 dollars that they don’t tell you about. I’m absolutely fed up with this vet and will never be going back. I wouldn’t piss on this building if it were on fire

Only our second visit. Still adjusting to changing vets after decades. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and they seem pleased, so if fur babies are happy, Mom and Dad are happy! The folks at Doerr's are very knowledgeable and kind. Yep, think we're gonna like it here!

We love Doerr.We started just as an emergency visit for Buddy. He was super happy and not scared to go to the vet at all.Clean facility and great team. We are so thankful for all they have done for Buddy.Veterinarian was gentle, kind and informative. Gave us plenty of time to address all of our questions and did a great job explaining treatment for our Kitten to us.My husband and I left feeling grateful we had found a wonderful local Vet. Great experience from the start. The vet assistant was informative and caring and the Veterinarian couldn’t be better.Now we have taken our Dog Rico in, he knew the staff was great humans, Rico was nervous 💗 he knew he was in good hands.Some of the prices are higher than the previous Veterinarian.
