These guys do a great job repairing just about any vacuum. Charges are reasonable and service pretty fast. Also have a great selection of new vacuums and just about every part or bag you would ever need. Have been there since at least 1967 and have used their services many times.

Long story short: Quick turnaround (1 wk) on repair for two vacuums. Two repaired and serviced for the price of (almost) a brand new unit.We have 2 Dyson units. One is an upright that was my MIL’s for several years before she gave it to us, and we purchased a handheld one a few years ago. Well, as wonderful as Dyson units are… they crapped out at the same time.Handheld needed a new battery, Upright needed a new belt and clutch setup. Batteries are inexpensive, sure, but why wouldn’t I trust a business with both vacuums, literally five minutes away from home? Local business with excellent reviews, quick turnaround, expertise, and has been here forever. It was a tiny bit more than I “wanted” to pay, but that’s not their prices being too high - that’s me being cheap, and I recognize that!You’re paying for the service, and the service overall is outstanding!

This place has been in business a long time. My wife is from the area originally and we used to visit my in laws living less than a mile from this store. I've been in twice during the past and need to stop by again next time I'm in Louisville to replace what has gotten worn down (purchased from here) in the last fifteen/twenty years of use. Still using the hose and attachments I bought to replace my originals for my central vacuum unit. They were nice guys then and from what I've seen on here, seem to still go the extra mile. See you sometime this spring 2023.

Great service, I came looking for a specific attachment for a model that I received second handed. They were happy to order it for me, but before they did they realized that had the same attachment on a used vacuum cleaner that they sold to me. I was highly satisfied with my experience.

I went in with question and they was all answered. They took my order and placed it and I got my order in 2 days. It was very clean and the employee's was so very nice and helpful. So I give them 10 star's and if you need anything done to a vacuum this is the place to go.

Guy was friendly, quick, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, prices were cheaper than Amazon, he explained to me how to do everything he did so that I could do it on my own, showed me a bunch of stuff on my vacuum I didn't even know it could do. Felt like I took a skillshare course on it. These guys were great, I got this stuff done quicker and cheaper than if I had ordered the part and done it myself.

The owner here is classless and very unprofessional. Had my vacuum for 6 months and still has yet to fix. Everytime i call for an update i get hung up on rudely with none of my questions answered. I will be going to pick my very expensive vacuum up from this clown and take it somewhere that will fix it in a matter of a week or 2. Ridiculous to hold somebodys product and then hang up everytime they want an update about it. Very unprofessional and would highly recommend to take your money to somebody that actually cares about serving their customers properly.

Took my Dyson in for repair said it could be up to two weeks which I expected because I knew the motor head would need replaced. Was called in 3 days and works better than it was new. Staff is friendly and store is very clean!

Online the wholesaler didn't have my part, the Hoover website said my part was out of production. After checking the picture in the parts list they checked in back and had exactly what I needed. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Totally satisfaction. Nice people.

Took my Bissell Crosswave Por in and they sent it off and I got back a new machine. Took about a week, excellent staff and they helped a lot with looking up warranty information (I only thought I had a year and they found out I had three). I’m a pleased customer.

This is the shop to go to for the best service. I needed the vacuum hose replaced on the Bissell pet spot clean and they replaced it under Bissell’s warranty. And they did it in a week cause Bissell shipped the part ASAP!

Well there bags belts are nicely proved but to do amything to your vacuum it's outragiously over price. It's like taking your car to the shop. The things never stop about wat it needs. No tjanks
