I switched to this pharmacy about a year and a half ago best decision I have made. They are super friendly and helpful and go out of the way to help when there is a issue with my prescriptions. I never have to wait long times or make multiple trips etc. I had been with my prior pharmacy for 30 years and I have not been this happy since switching to Coxs in years

I have used Coxs pharmacy for over 24 years at least since moving back. I adore everyone tht works here they will go out of their way to help u solve anything tht may arise.Here u are not just a number or a name they call over the speaker I truely know each of the staff is fully aware of my many health issues and always watches out for me. They are family. U guys rocks can't say enough of how great u all are

This has been my pharmacy since I was 12 years old and I'm 45. They've always been beyond nice and very helpful. I define recommend them as a pharmacy to use.

Last month the Pharmacy staff was very very rude when I asked if my prescription had either been delivered or filled. I normally had good encounters but due to my one star review, the owner of KUPPER & DAUGHTERS LLC decided to come out to the waiting area and stick his phone in my face asking if that was me who left the review an was visibly upset, in my opinion harassing me. So if you like your freedom of speech and feel that you should be able to say whatever you want then I wouldn't go there because he's the owner. What I find disturbing is pharmacist have access to very sensitive information and if he was willing to confront me over a review and use his position to find out if that was me or not, what would he do if somebody really made him mad? Scary stuff

I was shopping today looking for some Easter stuff that may have went on clearance during that time I overheard a conversation between the owner/ pharmacist and a man picking up his prescription, the pharmacist was basically harassing the man because of a bad review had apparently left. I feel so bad for the guy because he was stuttering and couldn't get his words out or anything and apparently was a veteran. I don't know about you but I find that extremely alarming considering that man is the owner and has access to very very sensitive information and he apparently used that power to find out who left the review that is very very alarming to me I feel so sorry for that guy won't be going back ever again

Fast prescription fills, they don’t take anything not insurance, which is a down fall. Most techs are super sweet! Pharmacist tried to convince me they don’t get paid overpriced with insurance for their bulk bottles of meds. I’m in the insurance field anyway pharmacists also create their own prices, so I had to ask for a lower price because on some of those I can’t afford that price nobody can and my insurance already paid for that last month.

I love this store bc they have a unique variety of a little bit of everything. It reminds me of a mom and pop store mixed with Walgreens. The pharmacy is quick and caring, unlike other major stores. Walgreens everywhere in Louisville have been having major issues, like not receiving prescriptions. But this store had an old fashioned gumball machine that my kids love!

Started going there back when Mark was there, before his sons eventually started taking over for him. Then when I moved, I switched to the other store where his brother David managed the pharmacy. This was the nicest family I've ever met!!!! Not only are they the best prices in town!.....but if I ever had problems where I couldn't pay my bill or couldn't afford the cost of my medicine, they ALWAYS worked with me, and gave me my medicine ànyway, and just told me to pay it when I was able to. I was going through a really hard time in my life, newly divorced, a new mom, had just been put on disability and was on a very limited income. They will never know how much their kindness meant to me and how appreciative I was and still am. They even bought diapers for my son a couple times when I was there!!! If I had a car and was able to drive I would STILL be going there because this family were angels in my life and I would LOVE to see them again and say THANK YOU one more time for all the kindness they shown me and my son in such a dark time in our lives. Do yourself a favor folks, CHOOSE COXS PHARMACY FOR ALL YOUR PHARMACY NEEDS!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!!!! They really are wonderful people who go above and beyond for their customers!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Great place to go pick up your prescription and a last minute gift for someone. They have some items that other stores don’t carry too just in case you have a child or grandchild that has a last minute report due for school. Staff is very polite and friendly. Spend your money at a Mom and Pop store like this one to help keep it thriving!!!

Always very personable and pleasant. They go out of their way to help with transferring prescriptions and working with insurance. Plus unlike some chain pharmacies you can actually reach them by phone!

Wonderful pharmacy, I would never go anywhere else!!! All the pharmacy technician's and pharmacist's know by name. You're not just a prescription number there. When you walk in with your prescription (s) they fill it right then and there. Longest I've EVER had to wait for them to fill my medications was 10minutes, and that's when they had a line of people ahead of me. Mike and Debbie the pharmacist are extremely knowledgeable,and always happy to help. Same with the pharmacy techs. I've been coming here for all my family's meds for over 10years, and wouldn't dream if going anywhere else!!!!

I'd give it a five star but their is one older lady who's a unno what, rude and trys to act like God w your meds. But I've been here awhile now and I plan to stay unless I have to deal w the sergeant again...lol

Best mom and pop pharmacy/store left in louisville. They take the time to get to know the customers and always offer to help with prescription information and lower drug costs. Very quick in most cases less than 10 minutes to get refills. Staff is always friendly. I reccommend to anyone, even worth driving out of the way.

I have been with Cox's about 20 yrs. I am treated like a person, not just a customer. I have been disabled far to long and I have required pain meds over the years. The other 2 pharmacies treated me badly because of my meds. From the beginning, Cox's treated me with respect and that treatment was given at both locations. They are a great bunch of people. Thanks Cox's🙌

I like using the local pharmacy. They are very nice. Just wish they would communicate better when their is an issue with a prescription. I've had two occasions where if they had called me, it could have saved me an extra trip back.

I had been at a pharmacy that work required me to use for the last 6 yrs & needed a new pharmacy. I was having trouble finding one believe it or not. I went in, talked to pharmacist who was extremely helpful and very nice. Within 15 mins. I was new customer, had my prescription and left satisfied.

They are moving to the building next door and will just be the drug store then..no variety, not that there ever was a lot.The lightning fast prescription refills, though, is a delightfully refreshing change of pace and the staff are all also delightful!

Need to add frozen food section with meltons being closed down and get rid of expensive toy and model car section and add like soups crackers isle. Dor people in neighborhood who don't want to go all way to dixie or valley college dr people who walk or bike.
