A rare, over and beyond customer service experience. Not only can you talk with a live human when you call, but our dog passed away and Chewy refunded the items that were en route and sent flowers with a condolence note. Amazing. Thank you Chewy!

Our dog Elvis had passed away and Brandon helped answer questions about what to do with his food and he even refunded the amount we paid for his last box of dog food and even had flowers sent to the house! I was shocked and chewy have five star customer service and will always trust that I will be in great hands when dealing with them.

I Switched from California pet meds after a decade and my first experience was terrible. I order alot of food monthly from Chewy an even helped them shut down a scam ring that was on ebay selling chewy products an I needed my rescue dog Toby Macs heart medication, it was delivered to someplace else an I was told by fedex to go look for it myself an chewy assured me they would next day deliver an I never heard from them again. What a horrible experience I went through, undue stress gave me severe anxiety because he can't live without the medication an I can't get it unless I drive hours. So disappointed in Chewy pharmacy so if you need a must have medication I would not use FEDEX OR CHEWY PHARMACY. Very 👎 bad customer service on both companies in this situation.

Chewy rocks. Customer service is exceptionally well and response time is as quick as lightning. I order my dog's food through Chewy when PetSmart runs out of my dog's usual brand and they never fail to deliver. As long as I have pets I will always continue to use Chewy.

You cannot shop here! Google needs to fix that its in store. I did place an online order. I placed my order at 5 pm and got my order the next day. Less than 36 hours. It's an awesome place to order all your pets needs.

Had a job interview scheduled, had the time changed on me without notice, and then they never showed up to the interview, at either time. I was also ignored after reaching out, and asking what happened. so if Jessica Coryell reaches out to you for an interview, I wouldn’t get your hopes up.

They need to switch the security contract, the few skilled guards that have been great have left due to terrible management or out of petty have been removed from post by once again the terrible management therefore leaving guards that have been caught smoking marijuana in the building, sleeping, being racist or have ditched their post halfway through their duty.

I have been getting my dogs prescribed food from Chewy for the past few years. I have never had any issues with the auto shipments. They have always been right on time, and flexible if I needed to delay a shipment. Unfortunately I lost my sweet girl recently and had just received a whole new case of her food. Chewy was kind enough to issue a full refund and encouraged me to donate thecase. I think that is above and beyond good customer service. Thank you Chewy ❤

I have used chewy auto ship for years only 2 issues so far. The last one is really an issue with zero customer service resolution. I shipped my auto ship order early and didn’t hear anything for 5 days then got an email saying out of stock. I had to stop take my time and order basically the same food but now wait additional 3 days when I need the food. Not to mention I’m about 20 minutes from the warehouse. I asked to expedite it she simply replied it will be within 3 days. Im not surprised though this is what Louisville, KY customer service equates too, chewy you can keep your 10% discount obviously you need it to hire better employees.

We ordered a prescription through the pharmacy and it has taken 3 weeks and it still hasn't been shipped out. This is frustrating because we need this medicine for our dog

Chewy has the absolute best customer service around. Have spoken with them a few times over the years for various reasons (never their fault) and they have been nothing short of professional, compassionate, and helpful.

All good experiences. Recently ordered prescription medication and when the vet clinic would not provide a prescription online the customer service department helped me through the process.About 2 1/2 yrs ago, I had just ordered some dog food when my dog passed away unexpectedly. When I called to see if I could return it for a refund, I was given a refund and was told I could donate the food to a shelter which I did. Then, out of the blue, about 3 days later, I received a dozen red roses from Chewy as an expression of sympathy! Who does that! What great customer service.

Chewy was fantastic processing our cat’s medication request most expeditiously. We needed a hard to get medication and Chewy was there to answer our needs. We sent the hardcopy of our Veterinarian’s Prescription overnight. Chewy received the prescription, processed it within twenty four hours and had the medicine to us, across country the next day. That was most appreciated and shows how Chewy cares about it’s pets and pet parents.

I loved working with Chewy! Absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, they do not stand up well for their employees. Respectful and eager to initially hire and train but too many now have left or been dropped. In other situations I was genuinely placed in a very life changing situation due to the lack of employee support. I've never loved a job so much, until they did that.

Loved Chewy. Past tense. What is going on over there lately? I've had problems with three of my last four orders. I don't include my last order that I just canceled because it was sitting unshipped after 4 days. I just placed the same order on amazon.com. Didn't want to but 4 days without even shipping and zero communication. This is not the Chewy I loved and it is not the Chewy I introduced my friends to in the early going.

This is a long one but please read and steer clear!! I worked for chewy for a very short period of time. The training is 4 weeks and everything seemed fine— easy job. Everyone is bubbly and happy on surface level but this company is disorganized and they don’t really care about you. I worked in sdf2 and outside of Travis and Kelsey and Megan the rest of the place is a joke. HR is a joke. In my second week of training my nana who is more like a mother passed suddenly! She passed Wednesday morning @1:18a we pulled ourselves together and still went into work @8a. After asking if we had an obituary only hours after her death We were told by Taylor; someone in Hr, that we could have 3 bereavement days, that we would be paid for those days, I asked her if we would have to restart training and she said she would get back to us. We never got an email and went in that Friday to find out that we had to restart training because we missed too much of training . We missed 3 days that I would’ve gone in for if I knew I would have to restart this Godforsaken training. It didn’t stop there, after restarting my sister and I were repeatedly being pulled out of training for unnecessary things. At one point I was told that by me slouching in my seat was affecting the morale of the class, although I sat in the back of the class and barely spoke; considering I am still grieving my Grandmother. This woman sat and said that I should be more attentive in the class, I felt like they were telling me I wasn’t allowed to feel my emotions at work. They were very insensitive to our situation and showed their lack of care for it by threatening termination because of our attendance , which was mostly affected by preparation for my nanas cremation and memorial service. They didn’t give us the bereavement pay because of false information, still haven’t received it even after turning in documentation. I have never been so poorly treated in all of my work history. My sister and I were basically faced with being fired of quitting because of their rules for training regarding being tardy. You could be tardy for 6 minutes and they were down your back stating you can’t miss training you could miss something when most days started with a game, and we had just gone through the training . They faulted us for having to leave early for having to handle things regarding our grandmother. We ended up just quitting. The pay is not worth it, $14.75 is not worth people treating you terrible.

There was an active shooter within that facility and they expected their employees to sit down and continue to work like nothing happened. They do not care about the well-being of their employees nor do they respect them. My close friend told me there was no counseling after the incident and fired people who didn't show up the next day. HR is none exist there. Questions? Concerns? Haha! You'll receive an answer quicker from a brick wall and don't even get me started on management. They told me there is no communication there. I feel bad for them I hope they leave that horrible facility soon.

They have great pricing on most items, the aluminum frame dog beds is what sold me on shopping with them. I now get new toys for all my critters here. My dogs, gerbils, hedgehog, and bird are all happy campers.

Don't work here and don't give them your business. There are a million and one reasons I could explain as to why it's not a good organization, however just googling "How is working at Chewy Pharmacy" will net you plenty of results describing the abuse of their employees and the favoritism of staff. They do not care about your pets wellbeing. They care about hitting the "Solve" button as fast as possible, disregarding any errors that may put your pets life in danger.

I like Chewy’s but l dont know what or where to turn with shipping issues. They continually package boxes so heavy a older adult cannot lift or even move with foot. CHEWY will give no options, even for me to pay shipping, for another service. I get no help when l try to work both from their end and mine.Twice l have had to call some in another area to come get them out of middle of sidewalk where FEDX threw them.I have talked to Chewy and talk to FedX terminal supervisors, yesterday made pictures, where they were blocking steps, walkway and label said put on deck. Post large sign on door, if nothing else put on porch (front door), they ignored. I am going to make sure the local terminal supervisor sees these pictures.One box was 87 lbs, one was 65 .... l am being forced to stop using Chewy’s. I thought having it sent to my home would help. It is worse. If l go to a store l can let it stay in back of car till someone comes. Blocking front entrance is not optional. I had to go around house and because cat litter was packed sideways could not lift to cut plastic and get handle, thus having to call for help.

This place is awesome. I've heard so many great things about it my brothers girlfriend works here. If u do good work u can win like chewy bucks, and they let u bring ur pet to work. I love this company, im even thinking about applying here

Pretty sure this is just a warehouse front for a foreign business. I would think long and hard about ordering any more pet supplies from this company, in particular rx. My heartguard rx has yet to arrive after 4 weeks. The shipping tracker shows it all over the road before it gets to Chewy fake office in Louisville.

It took over 3 weeks to get a prescription. This is the vets prescription on 1 sheet of paper, and mailed 1st class mail to the Fern Vslley address . They say that is normal shipping time -- I called bullpuckey on that. So if you have to send in a script mail it 2 Day Priority mail............ P.S. there prices ARE good and it only took 2 days to get the prescription.

Had to call multiple times to motivate somebody to find my pets prescription. Roughly an hour of my life I will never get back. Would not use them again if they were the last option on earth.

If I use Chewy again I will give myself 10 days for a prescription. I mailed it. They got it 2/19 and the prescription is scheduled to arrive 2/26. There were no problems with the prescription. So much for a 2 day free delivery for a $229 script.

If you do not want people parking in the lot that many who are visiting the senior apartments across the street who have been parking there for years. Please post signs!!! I didn't have my car towed and even with the guard out there he did not say anything to me! I had to be told by a resident here.
