Don’t come here if your expecting to be even treated decently, we stopped by after looking at a piece online Chris was either too lazy or simply did not care enough to take the time to look up if they had that part in stock, if it wasn’t urgent that we needed the piece we would’ve looked elsewhere but we went to the Dixie hwy where the employee was extremely helpful and looked it up for us and informed us they didn’t have it at the Dixie location in store but they did at this one so we had to come all the way back and he gave us a lame excuse that he didn’t see it, but if a employee from a different location can see that’s in stock why didn’t Chris take his time and treat us fairly and decently so buyers beware if you want to waste your gas and time head here but if you want a good experience go to the Dixie hwy

The manager with whom the interview must have been in very bad form told me that he couldn't do the interview with me. for X reason I felt. Too bad, it made me waste my time. Bought a 2 seat attached recliner. One side attachment broke and wouldn't open the foot rest. No one could tell me where it was made or who I could contact for replacement parts. One day I dropped something and saw on under the foot rest it was made in Viet Nam! Just glad I bought the extended warranty, because I usually don't. Won't be buying any furniture from them every again!

They have a PayPal installment plan that is easily managed through PayPal. When you do pick-up and see that your charge had been complete:PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THE PURCHASE AT THE PICK-UP DESK. IF YOU DID THE ONLINE PURCHASE WITH THE INSTALLMENT PLAN WITH PAY-PAL, YOU-ARE-SET.You just need to let the clerk know that you did the online installment purchase and they will provide the receipt, you may need to cancel the charge at the card reader for the receipt to process fully. You will be charged regardless AND KEEP THE RECEIPT.

When I moved into my apartment two years ago, I got a bed frame and a dresser. Still have them to this day. I still shop here and get snacks all the time. They always have the weird kind of snacks that Kroger’s or Walmart doesn’t have.

Great staff. Another furniture store closed early and I couldn't get my order.I called Big Lots and the girl working the furniture counter checked, and had the mattress I wanted in stock. I arrived in store, and got to check out the mattresses. I chose the one I wanted (they had multiple in stock), and they even loaded it.Amazing service and great staff. I wish more places had employees like the ones here.

Went to this location to get one of the infamous cat backpacks. None were on the shelf, and I found Josh and talked to him. Josh is amazing. I think his name tag said freight manager. He made it his personal mission to find me one of those backpacks, and he did. He was so friendly and he really seemed to care about the big lots brand image. I’m not a normal big lots customer but I am now. Thanks Josh!

The prices are not as low as they used to be like in 2017. Every thing is too high for my pockets. Although Every time I go I get asked if I need help seriously...idk if it's because I'm a black man. Or is it just that they are being extremely helpful Every time I enter. Like there isn't other customers. I just laugh and say. I'll find you if I do need help. And then like 10 min later I'll ask if they have something just to show them that I can pay for anything I am coming to purchase from them .... big smile when I pay for my items then I leave. Oh the cashiers are awesome tho ALL OF THEM. I LOVE BIG LOTS. BUT I GET MIXED FEELINGS WHILE I SHOP LOL NOT FUNNY sometimes I feel uncomfortable when I'm the only person they ask if I needed help. Well thats how I felt. Might be tripping tho. Again they all could just be nice or sum. Idk. Still a nice place. But to high items

Staff have always been friendly. However, they tend to follow their customers around the store, and not so discreetly may I add. But whatever, doesn't affect me. Went in there today with my wife who has 5 blood clots in her brain. She had a seizure on one of their living room displays. The manager who was about 10 feet from us (getting a seizure patient to a safe place can cuz a little ruckus), turned and walks away from the entire area as soon as her seizure began. There were no other staff visible the entire time! So, about 30 mins and 1 seizure later I get her safely in our vehicle and look over to see the same manager sitting down smoking in front of the building! So, I get it now. If someone is possibly stealing a basically non consequential item let's follow them through the whole store but if a patient is having a seizure, falls and busts their head open on the tile floor because you walked away and did not alert any other staff: let corporate pay out millions in a wrongful death suite. Or even worse, pay for their care for the rest of their lives while they wither away in a comatose state from staff negligence. Smart financial decisions. I have never had this happen in a place of business where someone didn't come running to us immediately and say my name is so and so I'm the supervisor for tonight. Are you okay? Do I need to call 911? Is there anything I can do for you? It's typically those same sentences no matter where I'm at. So I know corporations teach these things. I was completely shocked and baffled this man walked away from her. Good things she's married to a nurse!

Very rude cashier. She acted as if it was a bother to check me out. Tried to get discount coupons onto my bill and she argued with me about no coupons accepted, but they were big lots coupons.Will not shop there againBoo hiss on her.

Normally this store is neat and clean, however they must have been in the midst of restocking because I could not make it down half the isles due to merchandise stacked up on the floors.

I took my 3 yr old daughter here and she picked out some squishy toys. When we got to counter to pay I realized I left my wallet at home. The gal that was working the cash register was very sweet about it. We told her we was gonna run home and grab wallet. She said she would hold the squishie's at counter for my daughter. When we returned she remembered who we were and greeted us with a big smile. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Very much open people are in and out. Needs were met as an item my sister wanted was in stock then later it was not and a full refund was given in which she was able to transfer over to another item with ease. I must add it was way cheaper then what she wanted at 1st.

Wonderful sales girl, Constance (I think) went out her way to price check, be attentive and listen to my questions and so pleasant. Even with her mask on you could see the smile in her eyes. Then cashier, Richard, brought me a cart to help me. When ringing up my purchases he checked the tops on hand soaps to be sure they were not loose, bagged them separate from my food items and double bagged for safety. Both of these helped and explained how the Wi-Fi was weak and to stand close door to pull Big Lots coupon. Made my day and made me feel they were glad to have my business.

Wish they would update the store fronts and the landscaping. Would really like if our community spruced up our southern to resemble the east... but i would love to keep the south end style. Our people in government only clean up our side of town during derby.....

My fiance and I went in 20 minutes before they close yet it being close to time for them all to go home they welcomed us with open arms smiles and hellos can we help you find anything are you doing okay today I was never rushed to check out actually they stayed an extra 15 minutes just to let me finish my shopping I said that's pretty darn good

This place was recommended by my salesman.After paying for my car wash and paying for the VIP club I'm not sure it's any better than any other car wash I do like the ideal that I can stay in my car as it goes thru the wash( I didnt) didn't know I could till my car was done it seems as though some residue from the wash or the ceramic shield was on my car afterwards wasn't happy about that not sure I will go back quite a way from my home and I have had just as good service from another place closer to home

Stopped in here to find a bday gift for niece and found a cute outfit and a few toys. Get to register to pay and the cashier rings up my Barbie doll and she flips out saying I changed the price on the Barbie. The Barbie said $4.00, well it wasn't it was $10.00. well I took offense to it. Really I don't need to change prices on a Barbie. Needless to say I will never be going there ever again. She had a never to accuse me of something, really. Watch the cameras, I'll be polite and not stoop to her level. But watch the cameras.

Why is big lots so expensive!! Geesh! Haven't shopped here in years! Nice couch pillows I wanted so bad, but so expensive!! I'll shop on Amazon so I can get a set of four for a reasonable price!!

Bought couch that im exceptionally pleased with. The young lady was very professional, friendly and thorough explaining everything. My only friend was the delivery. The delivery truck is a third party and starts at $75. I rented a truck and brought to my home for ,$40.

Big Lots has came a long way! New merchandise and with the exception of the good aisles, shelves are neat and uncluttered. As I stated, good aisles need work. While I won't but good there, I will shop for everything else there!
