Great place for finding a lot of discounted items. Quite a bit of Target's brand of food, and a lot of clothes and shoes. It's grown quite a bit since I've first gone there. Expect some chaos when it comes to the aisles.

It was a madhouse everyone trying to find a good deal. But gotta be careful on some items they rack up the price and after they take off 40 percent it’s still more than at Walmart/Target. I’d recommend to scan each item on their app to find out the real retail price.

You can find bargains here and everything is at least 40% off. There is no real organization, you have to dig for stuff. Sizes are mixed together and the merchandise is in different rows. You will see the same stuff in 3 different areas. There are workers all over the floor, and they are busting your tails. The problem is that most of them do not speak English. They are nice enough but it maybe a few minutes before you find someone who you can communicate with. Some will find a person for you, some will just say no English. My wife loved the place. It reminded me of a goodwill but with new stuff. I have never liked these kind of closeout places but you might. Give it a look.

I have noticed a lot of over priced items, then with there 40% off it’s a little bit cheaper than retail some things a lot cheaper something’s not so much, just depends on what you looking for if you have time to browse you can definitely find a good deal!!

I always find the best deals at Benz Bargain Center. They always have it VERY clean and organized. The prices will have you walking out with your whole cart full of things you didn't know you needed until you look around. You get so much for a bargain and these items ARE NOT used! BRAND NEW STUFF FOR HARDLY NOTHING.

The store is highly over priced even with the 40% off that is on many things. Lots of workers don't act like they speak English.

Ben's is an incredible place to shop with lots of amazing bargains around every turn! You never know what you'll find when you go in there! Always worth the time to go look!

They do have some good deals! However, you need to check prices. Some of Ben's prices are A LOT more than the prices at other stores. The Walmart app has a UPC/Barcode scanner that will give you Walmart's current prices. Or you can use Google image search where you use Google to take a picture to get prices from across the internet. Also, check the dates on any product you buy. Careful about what you buy because ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED!!! THE ONLY GUARANTEE YOU HAVE IS "IF YOU BUY IT....YOU OWN IT!"The store is junked up and needs to be cleaned and straightened up very badly. It's hard to find stuff sometimes because it's so piled up. You would think they would heavily discount items that aren't selling to move the product off their shelves. To make room for new products and to keep current products straight and clean. The store needs new management who knows how to run a retail store...imo!!!Also, some of the employees are rude and nasty! This kind of treatment makes me nit want to come back!

You can find decent deals here, but I hate their pricing system. They have goofy price tags then you take 40%off. Reqires you to figure it out or look at one of their charts to determine cost. JUST PUT ACTUAL PRICES ON THE ITEMS. I guess you're supposed to think it's a bargain ...

Decent place to buy a good variety of items, really good deals on jeans, cargo pants and other pants. The main detrimental issue is there is no uniformity to their floor layout. We went in the store again, today. I walked around and looked at the shelves, you could spend 4 hours in there and still not see everything. 11/25/22, my wife and I went in there today and we found that they have shoes on sale, now. My wife picked up a pair of nice Skechers, with the memory foam inserts, for $34. We went in the store today (2/18/23) and looked around because we saw on Facebook that they had furniture for sale, but we learned that there was no furniture. They do have 65 inch TV's for sale, though. 6/19/23, we went in today to look for shorts but we didn't find the size we were looking for. 8/26/23, we went in today to look around and see what they had available. We found some jeans but the jeans are hard to look through because everything is just thrown in together. 12/7/23, we went in today to see what kinds of snacks they had and we actually found that they still had quite a bit left. 2/10/24, if you can get in this store when the lady posts about having new items, that is when you can find the newest items easily. 4/13/24, we went in today to grab some cheap candy bars and found, to my surprise, a whole bunch of fishing items. If you are a fisherman, you should go check out all of the stuff they have available.

I rated Ben’s a one because they need to work on customer service. I was in your store Tuesday July 17th. I was in the line being checked out when a customer had a problem with the change she was giving back because it wasn’t correct. Instead of this being handled professionally. It was handled so poorly. It got so loud that everyone could hear the situation. Security guard told the woman to never come back. Why because she wanted correct change. This was handled wrong on so many levels. Maybe customer service isn’t important to them but that’s what breaks a lot of customers from coming back. This is the second time I have witnessed poor customer service. The security guard should stay with security and not problem solving because both times he was involved and it was handled poorly. It will be awhile before I come back. I feel sorry for the woman who had to deal with this. Customer should never be treated like this. I hope management reads this a handles the situation.

Prices are 40% off from retail except when they aren't. We both selected several items. One item, a toy ship, had three different styles, all from the same line, were all priced differently. One was five, one ten, and the third, $15. In no way could all be correct. We went to check out and rather than check with the manager like we wanted, the clerk said these were the prices. We both left our items and did not purchase anything.

This place is a opportunity to get some things at a discount. The young man at the register did a great job and had a sense of humor. I will go back to this place but if you buy clothes make very sure that nothing is wrong with them.

They have it all tvs candy crafts shies clothes one stop shop and phones the onmy issues is no returns if u get something that damaged u don't get a discount cause it's already discount like buying a can of paint with no lid u can't be sure if it works

Things are a bit messy, but aisles are categorized. Most of the staff speak Spanish, but they usually have some English speakers there as well. You'll be able to find a large majority of what you need here. They almost always have a sale going on. Most things are 50% off right now

You can find things you didn't know you could possibly need 😏.This time I found these little Light Up Christmas Figures. They were so cute that I bought two sets, one for each of my daughters family. Similar to the store in Jeffersonville. Not quite as organized. Most shelves items are just tossed on shelf. Prices are inconsistent on same products. If you are able to shop at either pick the one in Jeffersonville Indiana.

Me and my fiance went to the Clarksville Ben's Bargain Outlet and spent $800 on all sort of neat things at a good discount but when we went back to pick up the couch we had purchased we were very disappointed to find the couch we had purchased had been moved to the front and now had a rip in the material. We of course did not take possession of the couch and asked for a refund. Management refused to refund the money. We are very disappointed and of course will be going back tomorrow when real management will hopefully be there to handle the problem. Ironically if this is what it feels like to save a couple dollars for me and my family to say I'd rather shop elsewhere

When we first started visiting there, the place was a disaster with no organization and everything was everywhere. Now it is very well organized and is much easier to find what we are looking for. Everything really is a bargain there, and the quality is better than what you are paying for. Of course the return policy is very strict because of the extremely low prices. It very much worth checking out. I also love how there is always Christian radio playing over the intercoms. God bless your business and increase His favor for you, your family, and employees.

I have purchased several items here on different occasions. What you have to understand is all the items in these stores are liquidated. You would usually pay pennies on the dollar for buying in bulk as they do. When you mark items at the original MSRP and then discount it 40% you are still selling them for the same prices you can find online or in some cases more. It’s a business and they have to make money but for the consumer it’s not worth digging around through poorly organized items. There are no employees besides they security guards on the floor which makes for chaos and unorganized shelves. The occasional fights breaking out and strange security lingering around doesn’t make for good family store trips. I also have never felt like I got a great “bargain” once I get out of the store where my phone reception returns and look things up online. There are NO returning items and I doubt I will be returning either.

They sold me faulty equipment and none of it works. I've tried every outlet in the building and come to find out that if you don't bring electronics back in 7 days (unlike most places, which it's 30 days) they won't allow you to return it. Really bad business. I figured the price was too good to be true but said what the hey anyways right? Wrong.
