They made the experience seamless…continuously keeping me informed of what to expect, reminders etc.My moving team, Madison and Curtis, did an excellent job on my move! They were professional, efficient and extremely careful with my belongings (I’ve never seen so much furniture wrapping). Plus they were a joy to be around.They arrived on time and Madison made sure I knew next steps along the way.If I ever need movers again I would hire them again!!

Had used them a few years ago to move from a 3rd story apartment, into this house, and was fine. But moving from the house this past weekend, they showed up with just 2 people, rather than 3, so it was already off to a bad start. Then, they walked through the house a few times, and decided the move wasn't for them. Said "trash was everywhere, and it smells, and there's no pathway to work in." They said "if we fixed it, they'd return in a few days." Um, no thanks.-There was hardly "trash." There was a very small pile I'd swept to the side, of some drywall rubble from a wall I'd taken down.-There were plenty of trashbags - yes, they can be used for shipping as well; they had blankets, stuffed animals, coats, and other "soft" type stuff in them. I apologize we ran out of boxes.-No clear pathway? I had put most of the boxes in the living room near the door, hoping to make it easier on the movers, rather than them having to navigate the entire house for some boxes. Start with the boxes in the way, put them on your dolly, and make room.-for "the smell" I assume these people don't have pets. We've got 2 dogs, a cat, and some mice. Perhaps it was the cat litter box (though it's a litter robot, and essentially cleans itself), or the mice cages (which my wife tries to keep clean often). For the people who we did get ahold of and were lucky enough to get a same day move, I asked their honest opinion and was told "it just smells like animals"Attached are pictures taken by my wife IMMEDIATELY after they left, just as the workers saw it, and as I got their Supervisor on the phone who didn't help at all. I'm expecting my deposit to be returned this week now that the banks are open.

Brandon and Javon hands down are two great guys..they were very respectful to me and my family.. offered advice on what they thought would be best..they answered every question we had. These guys are great! There bosses are lucky to have these two hard working guys..They wore the name proudly on there shirts and the big boss should be proud of the men he has on his crew. This company deserves 0 stars based on my experience with them.I scheduled a move for 04/23 with arrival between 3-4 pm per the sales person. Couple days later I received a call from someone calling to confirm my move but she advised my move was scheduled between 8-9am. I advised that’s not what I was told but decided I’ll figure it out. Fast forward to 04/23 the morning of my move 9am and no one called or showed. I called the company and was told by someone I believe his name is Scott that the arrival window is actual 8-10 am. I waited and of course 10 am came and nothing so I called again only to be told by someone else I think his name was Sean that they’re delayed because some of their workers didn’t show up but they are in the process of dispatching a crew to allow 1 1/2 hrs. I also told him I had an appointment scheduled for later that day which I cannot miss. At this point I really started losing all hope but Still tried to stay cool!!! 1 1/2 hrs - 11:39 am to be exact I receive a call from the driver saying they are on their way but it’ll be 1 1/2 hrs before they get to me. I explained to the driver what the office advise and to my surprise the driver said “yea I’m sorry they sent us on another job before yours”. I called the company and advised I have an appointment that I cannot miss so they can cancel my move and refund my deposit because it was not my fault they didn’t show up as promised and they also lied to me saying they were short staffed but they actually dispatched the crew to complete another job before mine with ZERO communication from the office. Scott promised to cancel the move and refund the deposit.Soon after getting off the phone with Scott I called Cardinal Moving and they were able to dispatch a crew that same day just at a later time which worked out because it was after my appointment and guess what THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AS PROMISED!!!! I will NEVER again schedule nor would I recommend All My Sons to ANYONEVery unprofessional!!

Zero transparency with this company afterA $800 dollars quote and ending paying $1700 for the total move, items where damage , claim was submitted but of course movers did extra damage and hide it with my moving boxes!! They damage my brand new floors! Call them to open a claim and they didn’t do nothing about it !! Won’t recommend this company for your near or future moves!! See for you self all the damage and no intent to try to fix it!!!

*****UPDATE 09/25/23 (added a few more photos for your viewing).... All My Sons reached out to me in June for a settlement. We discussed all the issues and I sent all the videos and photos. We decided to settle, I signed a RELEASE AND SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT on 07/17 and so far they have disappeared. They told me to update my Google review since we were "settling". Well, guess what? I told them I would update once the settlement was completed. It is 09/25 and still nothing. I emailed Bianca Garcia on August 22 and again on September 2nd and still no word.. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I have saved so much headache for my friends and colleagues by sharing our story when they were moving this summer. I will not stop! They ruined our experience and our personal belongings and THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go with anyone else, Cardinal Moving, Two Men and a Truck... God.. a toddler could do a better job.......Open to legal recommendations since what I have signed was a legal document and they have not fulfilled their part._____________________________________________Worst experience we could ever have… our personal belongings were not wrapped properly, a lot of items were not even wrapped at all, and some items were wrapped using our bed pillows and bed covers…… our daughter’s dresser was broken, our sheets mixed with rugs, door step broken, they put personal belonging in trash cans (with trash), I could go on and on and on. Our service was $3,600 .. I talked to several different companies, Cardinal Moving, Two Guys and a Truck, and All My Sons .. we went with them because we though we were paying more for a better service … but man we were wrong. They claimed they ran out of boxes, which at the end of the move we saw a bunch of unused boxes in their truck (we have photos and videos of everything)... I don't understand.. we really want an explanation. They used out blankets to wrap even though we had way fewer items than the original estimate that came personally to our house…. What a sad day. Seeing our belongs been handled with such careless really broke us. The answer for them now is .. file a claim …
