They took such good care of my rabbits! It’s hard to find a place that will board them and not charge exorbitant prices because they’re an “exotic.” That, and they actually know how to care for rabbits and were able to fit me in when I had a family emergency, they’re just amazing. They always seem excited when I bring my rabbits in!

I took my dog Leo today and they were wonderful! He’s a 1 year old Australian Shepard so very hyper, and very fluffy. He’s pretty skittish around new people but by the time I picked him up he was smiling and letting the staff pet him which made my heart happy! On top of that he looked very handsome they did such a good job!! Highly recommend

Very disappointed ☹️ Being new the the area I “Googled” for a pet groomer. When I called to ask questions, I was very interested when they told me they offered puppies (up to 16 weeks) first time grooming “free”….. So, I’m thinking ……..this is a great way to earn clientele. Hey was impressed and decided to take my 4 month old Labradoodle for his first grooming experience. Please let me be very clear…. My baby, Baxter, is full of puppy. He is very hyper and playful. I did express my concerns to the owners. However, I also told them that Baxter desperately needed a cut and if he was too difficult, I understood that their time was important and I understood if they had to charge a fee if Baxter wasn’t cooperating.I walked in to pick Baxter up. The owner walked over and said they had to cut him “pretty short” because his hair was so matted. I was like, ok that’s cool. I’m sure he feels so much better but I was a little confused as to why his hair was so matted. I had just brushed him a couple of days before his appointment. But, I just went with it.When they walked Baxter to me, I literally was in shock, I understood if I had to pay something towed his grooming if he wasn’t cooperative.They shaved him to the skin. He didn’t even look like the same dog I dropped off. How unprofessional that No one called me to discuss the situation, options, or concerns. They just shaved him down to the skin and charged me $100. They did not cut his nails and I honestly, don’t think he even got a bath. He still smelled like “dog”, just not as strong. And, they didn’t put his collar back on him, that I just bought for him.I felt very much taken advantage of and would not recommend their services.

Boarded my lab here for about a week and can’t recommend enough!They sent pictures to update on him and even let him keep a toy that my dog loved!I will never use another boarding place in Louisville.

Took my dog here to get groomed a little over a week ago or two. Although, they did everything fine with the grooming, my dog just got kennel cough. The vet told us he got it from other dogs and it makes sense because he is never around other dogs until I took him here. He started feeling the symptoms a few days ago and it makes me feel so sad. He is sneezing so much that his nose is bleeding. Please keep you all’s things sanitized and don’t have all of the dogs ALL together. My poor baby is so fatigue and not the normal dog that he is.

Very nice people, however - they didn’t do everything I asked and charged somewhat outrageous for the service. Wash and groom (aka shave but that’s no biggie it’ll grow back). But to charge $165 and not clean or pluck my doodles ears as requested was disappointing.

This place is exactly what I was hoping for. It is like a little country house that sits behind a two story older house on a quiet road. There's nothing flamboyant about it not even the sign. Make sure you have specific directions or you may just pass it by which would be a huge mistake. The people really love their jobs because they love the pets. They listen to you ( I can't talk ) they are patient and just so kind and caring. The owner even came out and said he would pray for me. This was the first time I had left my dog with a stranger. They are friends now. Foxes is a cooler and happier Chihuahua now.

Our Daisy loves going here. They are so nice and friendly. Whenever I pack up our dogs food she immediately knows where she is going and gets so excited because she gets to go play with all the other dogs. I definitely recommend Kyle and his staff.

Beware of this groomer! I called earlier this week and scheduled an appointment for two of my dogs, and i was given the prices over the phone $40 for my small Jack Russell and $75 for my mini Australian Shepherd. I specifically asked to have my mini trimmed with scissors because she has a double coat and was told absolutely they could do it. I came in for my appointment at noon today and they said that they couldn't scissor cut my dog and they would be using a clipper comb on her and that they wouldn't scissor cut her because it would take all day. So I immediately removed her from them and brought her home. I left my Jack Russell with them to be shaved down and proceeded home. We receive a call back after Five today saying they were almost done and the price was now $64. I hope whoever uses this company doesn't have the bad experience and the wasted money and time that we have had because there are many other options of qualified dog groomers, and some of them are even mobile dog groomers, in the Jeffersontown / Louisville area... I have already scheduled with another company and they will be coming to my house to groom my three dogs going forward.

This is the opposite of a "resort". Not sure how its presented that way if theres a tarp on the roof. The facility is decrepit and the owner *Kyle is extremely irresponsible with the cleanliness of the kennels. Feces and urine were left my dogs space. The one compliment I have is for Casey, an amazing groomer.

We've boarded our dogs twice here for about a week at a time. They're super easy to work with and schedule boarding and were flexible when I had some last minute changes and the boarding was very affordable. My dogs always come back happy, healthy, and freshly bathed after their stay and we feel really comfortable that our dogs are in good hands when we leave them here!

It’s true. Staff are amazing. Took my 2 dogs to be boarded for the weekend. My dogs have never been away from myself and family. I got updates on my babies. Drop off was super easy. I loved that they asked for all information on my dogs. Appetite , schedule , vet information , playtime. Picked my dogs up today. They brought my dogs out and they were clean and healthy. Don’t judge a book by the cover. The outside isn’t what you would expect. But I would definitely take my dogs back after their stay this weekend.

Initially it may look a little different but this place lives up to the old saying don't judge a book by its cover. The people that work here are so so nice. You can tell they genuinely care about every pet that comes through their door. On top of that, they do wonderful work. I brought my boarder collie in to get bathed and trimmed up. She has never looked better. Especially since she's all black they did such a good job of making sure her coat wouldn't make her too hot in this heat. I can honestly say I highly recommend them for anything grooming. From a nail trim to the full treatment. Thank you all so much, I will be coming back!!

We left our dog here and he began showing symptoms of gastric distress. They immediatelycalled us and got their mobile vet there. They coordinated with us to get him to his primary vet, to an urgent care, to get food, and to get him to another urgent care. They then called us to check on him afterwards. Their main concern was his well being, and I believe that if they had not acted so quickly, and had been so caring, we would not have our dog here with us today. I cannot express my appreciation for the staff there enough.

I have been been going here for years. Recently we tried out some groomers that were more convenient to our home. They were more expensive and my dog just didn’t look as good. AAP actually realized that I hadn’t brought my dog in a while so they called to check on him. I took him back and he has never looked better! An amazing job!

We've been taking our dogs to All About Pets for boarding and baths for over 5 years. The place is not fancy, but they really care for the animals. Our dogs always come home happy and in good health. Our dogs are always eager to return here and seem to really like the staff.

I have used the grooming services offered by Kyle & Christine and their crew since 1999. They always do an excellent job of bathing and grooming my dogs. The boarding kennel is also well managed and rates are reasonable. Many times I have boarded my dogs with them for extended periods. When I pick them up they are always clean and happy. It's obvious to me the are well cared for in my absence. Kyle has given me good advice about my dogs on many occasions. I would never consider leaving Archie and WeeMo with anyone else. No, I'm not a relative or an employee. Just a very satified customer!

I was referred to All About Pets by my Vet (Lyndon Animal Clinic) and have taken my dogs (shepherd size) there for more than 11 years for grooming and boarding. In all these years, I have NEVER had a single issue, complaint or problem with the facility or its staff. Each of the employees know my pets by name and have a true concern for their welbeing. I have repeatedly toured the kennel facilities and can say they are clean and smell good - no urine or feces odor at all. I would recommend this kennel and the groomers without any reservation whatsoever! Their prices are very competitive! And finally, my dogs seem happy to go to the kennel/groomer. They are never reluctant or nervous, and this tells me a lot because my pets do not lie!

Friendly , down-to-earth and seemingly just kind & warm hearted people. And Maya got her shots and Kyle let me to pay upon pickup which was cool. And she slept like a baby for a whole day when I picked her up so I had a 4 day much needed break with the 3 day doggie day care and her sleeping for 12 hours after pick up.

We took an unusually long vacation and trusted our much loved dog with Kyle at All About Pets. This place had been recommended and used by a trusted friend. We had used this kennel several times before. Kyle required flu vaccine for all dogs. Our vet told us that Kyle goes overboard making his kennel clean and safe from contagious known diseases. This being said, I called checking up on our dog during this recent long vacation. I was told about the flu that had again come into the kennel. We could not pick up our dog. After we weighed all options, we decided Kyle was best qualified to take care of our dog. Kyle kept us posted. Our dog eventually contracted the flu and had to be quarantined. Kyle consulted w/vet and gave meds to our dog. The flu proved mild and our dog recovered. When we returned, we were pleased with our dogs care and grateful for the attention Kyle and staff gave. We will not hesitate taking our dog to Kyle again.

We had our 2 year old Golden Doddle "Georgia" groomed here and couldn't be happier. They did a great job. Best we've had yet. Don't let the drive around back or the size of the office detour you. She was happy when we picked her up and she looked great !
