Very thorough, kind and professional.I’ve been taking my cat there for 3 years.The techs are all friendly and patient and Dr Connelly is really good about explaining procedures and allows plenty of time for questions.I can not thank them enough for their help in taking my very sick girl early this morning with no appointment. I just showed up after leaving a voicemail.They were so compassionate!I was a nervous wreck and they took great care of her.The prices are about mid range. I think it is worth it for good care.

I had an appointment for my yorkie at 2:00 pm I was running late and called them they refused to see my dog that day and he was very sick. They didn’t even offer for us to bring him in first thing the next morning. So the take I have is the people who work there only care about getting paid and getting off work on-time. If it was their pet I bet they would make time so I have lost all respect for this organization. I WOULD NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT TAKING MY DOGS TO THIS Facility. Please stay away from this organization for your pets sake.

This has to be the best veteran clinic in Louisville not just because of the Dr but the whole staff is amazing and well educated in thier field I will always bring my babies here !!! Great job girls!!!!

Everyone here is extremely kind and makes you feel like family. I never have to wait long. I've been taking my Oreo to see Dr. Connelly for over 4 years now. When I got a new puppy Oakley, she was extremely helpful in giving me the knowledge to take care of him and train him. Great place!

I've been taking my sweet dog to All About Pets for 10 years now and they have been wonderful in every way. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. My dog's boarding experiences, yearly vaccines, & surgery to remove a cyst were all completed in a very professional manner with great results. I'm very pleased and honored to have these wonderful people in my life.

We've been taking our pets to these folks for the last five years. The staff have come to know our cats by name, and get excited when we bring them in. Doctor Connelly (sic) is wonderful, willing to talk with us, answer questions, and her recommendations for treatment plans have always been very good.

1st time visit was due to a referral from our regular vet for a surgery on our dog. I was very impressed. The facility was super clean, the staff were all friendly and pleasant. Pre-visit and post surgery instructions were detailed and easily understood.

So glad I found this place right around the corner from home. I've always dreaded taking my animals to the vet. I always feel like I don't have enough info and that my dogs hate to be there they are. NONE of that is an issue here. All of the staff are amazing. The vets have taught me so much about how to care for my furry family members. We are all thrilled with the service here. I feel like I am actually don't the best for me and my dogs by taking them here. Couldn't recommend more!

Been going there for 7 years with our 8 dogs today i go with my daughter and her 2 dogs and we were treated and talked to very bad. I will be moving to another vet who can talk to people this is second time she has spoken to me like this. I thought Dr. Connelly was more professional and caring but I was wrong. The staff they have there are not friendly at all and speak down to you. Almost like they are above you.

Dr. Jennifer Connolly is the best! I used the same vet office for 30 years & switched about a year ago. After being at an awful animal practice I went to All Abouts Pets and my dog and I are so happy that we found this place. The entire staff are people that seem happy and organized. It's also the cleanest veterinarians office that I've ever visited.

I wish I could give them not even a single star because Dr.Connelly made me cry after talking down and belittling me today after I left the vet with my mom, she spoke rudely and down to us when the conversation that was had could have been more professional. Not to mention my mother has been going there for 7 years. they will not be getting our business anymore. The staff just seemed so unfriendly, we also sat for 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. Way to lose 9 furry customers in one day.

This place has a full staff and they take good care of your pet. Friendly staff and Doctor actually spends a few minutes with you to discuss your pet. It is very expensive compared to other vets I have used over the years but I have found the price to be worth the better care that is provided and that is why I decided to make the permanant change here.

Dr. Conelly loves the furkids. She goes above and beyond to accommodate Pets and their humans. My big dog is a handful and she goes out of her way to make sure he can get in even if it's under light sedation and office staff has to come out and help him in. They are all very sweet there. My cat is terrified of strangers. But... I took her to All About Pets and she acted like she was in love with the staff..lol.. They have a spray that totally relaxed her. We love this place. We have never had to wait. We go right into a room at appointment time.

Dr. Connelly is extremely thorough. She gives you her full attention and goes over everything with you about your pet, even their diet. Your baby will leave there feeling so much better. My dog had an ear infection that other vet offices would just give me pills and drops for and send me on my way. She took the time to irrigate his ears, put in a medicine that requires nothing of me..no pills, no drops...just relief. She even did laser therapy on his ears which completely relieved him of his suffering, which was off and on since October. My boy is like a new dog today...it is a little more expensive, but, it's true that you get what you pay for. My two appointments at the other vets and the medicines cost more. If you want only the best for your fur kids as I do...this is the place for you.

Dr Connelly was so rude over the phome with me! She was dismissive, condescending, and extremely disrespectfully unprofessional.Hanging up on me before there was even a Legitimate conversation about my Mom's dog's situation. And made unnecessary and unfounded comments regarding the situation. It's a complicated scenario as my Mom is under Hosparus Care, never knowing what comes everyday when ya wake! More bad days than good. So it's difficult to leave Mom alone due to falling problems. So, Mom doesn't drive anymore and I can't due to being legally Blind. Because I tried to get Meds sent from Chewy to our home to simplify and mke sure her dog doesn't run out of her Thyroid Med, and keep her Meds going to be able to get her back in to be seen, She, Dr Connelly, without even a courtesy call to me as to why, decided to decline doing so! Dr Connelly literally DENIED filling her script and didn't notify us. I found out 2 days after the Denial, which made Sassy run out!!! So much for being so caring about the Animals!!! When her staff were actually endorsing the Simplicity of doing scripts sent to home thru Chewy! Then had the Nerve to tell me she wouldn't do it because then she won't have to come back in for 90 days. Maybe it was a money thing.... since Chewy was gonna charge $3.00 for 90 days versus getting 60 days from them for $40.And because Dr Connelly shocked me so much with her disposition, I misspoke and wasn't even given a chance to reflect back to clarify, Dr Connelly rather was quite Rude saying..... " Well, that's clear as Mud"!!! Really!!?? I have read other reviews that Reflect this same behavior with other people, people who have been with her for Years! I'm not sure what is going on with her, Dr Connelly, but it will continue to cost her clientele should she choose to Not Resolve whatever it is!!!From what I have read, it has cost her plenty already. She doesn't know that I can prove every step of our dogs situation , including dates and times that I attempted to get in contact with her about this very same situation, one call in which I was told Dr Connelly was in Surgery All Day so it would be a Monday before I would hear from her and was told the Folder and Note would be put on her desk to be seen ASAP. AND STILL NO CALL UNTIL I CALLED AGAIN!!!Dr Connelly teied to make me feel like it was my fault that our furbaby had ran out of her Thyroid Med, when She, Dr Connelly, chose to Not Allow meds to be sent from Chewy so it could get here before running out without a courtesy call to discuss it when Denied!!! I found out 2 days later, when I had not yet received the order and upon inquiring, learned of Dr Connelly's Denial. I don't need to tolerate, as no one else should have to, this Very Inconsistent and Unprofessional disposition with clients!

Been going here for about a year with my 2 cats. The staff is very friendly, and the Dr. is awesome. I highly recommend this vet for your pet needs. They board cats and dogs for a good price as well.

Small friendly animal hospital that can answer all pet needs from routine shots to surgeries n lab tests for illnesses. Dr. Connelly is a caring person who takes the time to know you n your pet. My pet has had everything from major back surgery to pet boarding with this facility, all handled with love n care.
