I bought a thermostat today and paid $34 for it. I checked Home Depot and they have the exact same thermostat for $19! I've checked prices on other items and they are always marked up also. This is robbery. Another business exploiting West Louisville.

I go to Ace to refill my propane tanks because it’s so much cheaper than exchanging or buying a whole new one and every single time I stop in, the service is speedy and the associate doing the tank refill is always welcoming and usually entertaining!! Thanks Ace for making the experience easy and enjoyable!!

Rudest staff of any store I've ever set foot in. I walked in with a good mood and smiled and said hi to a staff member as I opened the door, but he said nothing and gave me the stink eye back. The gals at the counters were both glued to their phones and loudly arguing with each other. I asked one for what I was looking for and she rolled her eyes and yelled across the room for another staff member to help me, when that person shuffled along she didn't even address me whatsoever and then led me to the wrong item first even though I had my phone out with the Ace Hardware site and an image of what I needed. Wouldn't set foot in here again if you paid me.

5 years later I felt I needed to update this review. I have had countless good experiences here. The help is excellent. It Is exactly what you want from a small local hardware store. I highly recommend.I found the staff really helpful and was impressed with the selection of faucets.

Went there for plug in electronic sound wave pest controllers. They are a little on the pricey side and we have yet to notice their effectiveness. Still have signs of pests. Bought 2 of them may need a few more.

I was born and raised in this church family. My mom was pianist and active choir member for over 40 yrs. Tho times have changed and most of the older members have passed on, I still feel the presence of those old souls thru the passion and traditions of the younger generations worship experience. I'm not ah regular member but when I do visit, lm treated like family and consider this church a comfortable place to be fed and and call home.

Talk about clutter and tight spaces. The store had cheap prices, but is definitely not for anyone claustrophobic. It's also got a very confusing layout with a random fenced in area with an open gate.Parking lot is small, and difficult to get in and out of.
