Really frustrated that it took 7 hours to get my 2 dogs back. I had an appointment and asked at drop -off how long to expect but she couldn’t give me an idea on how long. This was a long day for my 3 month old pup. It also tied up my time as I had to stay near the phone for hours waiting on their call to come pick up my dogs.

Updated from 2021Arlo LOVES happy paws i think more than home sometimes. He smells great and looks amazing. He is so happy after going. Feel like close friends or family with the care we get and responses we receive. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!Happy Paws was quick with response and quick service, bandana was nice touch and cute.. except now my wife wants more for him. He seemed very happy after. He is our 10 mo old Australian shepherd. Only down was he didn't necessarily smell good he was clean but didnt "smell good". Also a lot of loose hair.

The whole team is amazing! I have a 6 year Husky who sheds like crazy and brushing him out can take hours. This is the 2nd time Manson has been a client and he will continue to be as long as they are open for business. I wish I had taken a before picture. He always smells so good and looks so cute in his bandanas! Thanks guys and we’ll be back soon!

Ashley was very professional and did an exceptional grooming on my dogs! She bathed, trimmed nails, deshedded, and trimmed their hair. They are both long haired dogs and the cuts she gave them looked great! They also smelled really good and was super soft. She was also able to get us right in. I highly recommend her!

Happy Paws did an awesome job on my shorkie Nova! They all were so friendly. I’ve already made a appointment to get my shitzu Harper groomed. That’s for making me feel comfortable leaving my fur baby with you!!!! It means a lot
