I got 2 of the sweet & crispy chicken sliders this morning they... was a 1.50 not to long back now there 2.24 a piece now... my opinion that's a bit overpriced there very small sliders

This particular super center has a lot to offer and while sometimes there's an off moment because maybe there's something going on I have really enjoyed shopping here.They have a lot to offer and their cashiers really do make a lot of difference. I just hope that they can reduce the amount of self checkouts they have because the recent change they have made to trying to weigh fruit is goofy.Used to be that you would set your fruit on the scale and then select the type now you have to balance said fruit while clicking the correct picture and hope when you set it down it'll weight it properly.

Seemed clean and well stocked. Sometimes hard to find a worker willing to really help u much especially if its not their particular area of store and the lines can be so long sometimes its exhausting. They will only open a few registers with a worked at it and half the time close at least one side of the self checks .

I can’t believe I have to give this Walmart a low score. The exterior of the building itself was very nice. I imagine the inside was just as good. But this Walmart was a little messy in the parking lot. Don’t worry, I picked up some of it. This Walmart and the whole city really was a bit noisy. It’s just unfortunate that some of the people there have such loud vehicles everywhere and all the time. I imagine the local residents are loving that on a daily basis. It was a distraction to the beauty I could have seen. On a lighter note, I was approached by a young man named Nick. Nick was tall and lanky and a little wired. I could relate because when I was younger I was the same way. To Nick: it never really goes away. We just learn how to make the best of it in life for ourselves and others. No offense to anyone, it’s just a little odd to ask someone if you could walk their dog. Scenarios were running in my mind and of course I said no because they are my babies. I’m sure he had good intentions but what if he didn’t come back? I would have been devastated. Nick was kind to show me his dog he said he lost a while ago. I shared my lost Lucy story with him to give him hope. I guess I should tell that story to all of you also. Well, Lucy got away from me once and didn’t return for a year and a half. I assumed the worst naturally. But, just before my trip to the west in 2018 a family member found her on Facebook. She ended up just a county away with a young family who was thoughtful enough to post her. Lucy almost missed the bus but I’m glad she didn’t. The stories I could tell about Lucy. Anyway, aside from the distractions that were around the city the views were good. My comments here are to be taken as constructive criticism not insults.

It's a traditional Walmart. Alot of people say they hate shopping at Walmart, some say they do. It's all preference. This is your traditional Walmart. You ain't getting in and out quick, half the time the time it depends. At the mom just hoping they stop working on the parking lot. You can't get in and out of the parking lot well currently.

One of the best run Walmarts in the country. Valarie was extremely helpful, organized and knowledgeable in sporting goods. She should be on the fast track to management! Keep up the great work London Kentucky!

I hate the construction going on right now there is literally no parking. People are taking all the handicap spots so people in a wheelchair have no where but the end of the parking lot. No one really knows what’s going on except Tammy! She has always been friendly and helpful

The auto department workers are great. But when it comes to the clowns in the shop area, they are useless. Only 1 or 2 of them take pride in there work. The rest only walk around with there hands in there pockets while hiding from work. Just 1 vehicle was getting tires, no vehicles getting oil canange. Nor was there anyone waiting in line for oil change. About 5 or 6 workers in the bay areas. Was told it would be a few hours b4 they could get to my oil change. Keep in mind they told me there was no one in front of me waiting. Again 5 or 6 workers in tge bay area with just 1 car getting tires installed. Walmart needs to do better than this.

I ordered a ring on January 16th was told it would be in 2-3 weeks because I had to have it sized. I called two weeks n they said it wasn’t in. The third week I went to the store and had an associate check and she had to get someone out of customer service to check as the lady over it wasn’t working. The lady from customer service came over and was very rude to me she said it could be up to 8 weeks before I get it. That they wasn’t going to check the safe. I told her I didn’t even know about the safe I was just enquiring about my ring that I already paid for. I left and then called back the following week. Still no ring and by the way trying to get customer service or jewelry department to answer I’d like getting in touch with congress. I was expecting my ring before Valentine’s Day but we was now at February 20th. I went in and checked again and finally got a manager to look and my ring was not even sent off. I was very upset as it was now way over a month. He said he would make sure it got sent off and it would be 2 more weeks and he would give me 20% back when it came in. So we are looking at a ring that should’ve only took 2 weeks to being 6 weeks. I just tried to call and check on it and agsin it’s like calling congress to get someone to answer the phone. A lady answered and again said the lady over jewelry was off. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there was no manager there and put me on hold. I set on the phone for 15 minutes and finally hung up. I am going to go there and I’m going to request at least half my money back for the time and effort I’ve put in getting my ring. And the rudeness from the associated.

This store is filthy, the dirty registers is just one example i've highlighted (check the attached photos). The employees just stand around doing nothing playing on their phones most of the time and act like it's a inconvenience when you ask one of them for assistance. Me and my wife also constantly find old outdated food products because the people stocking the shelves don't properly rotate items to avoid old items being left on the shelf. The higher ups need to have a talk with the management of this particular Walmart location, you can tell whoever is in charge doesn't really care about the overall customer experience or safety. I would highly suggest anyone who reads this to visit a different Walmart location.

Visit this walmart location multiple times a week. It's always clean and fully stocked. Anything you need whether it's home supplies, electronics or groceries it's there! Everything is organized so well that it's so easy to find what your looking for.

Went here to use pharmacy in a pinch due to being New Year’s Day. Staff was very helpful. Only complaint is they make it difficult for veterans to fill prescriptions as they now need a voucher to get their medicine.

THIS REVIEW IS DIRECTED AT THE DELI SERVICES AND DOES NOT REFLECT MY OPINION ON ANYTHING ELSS IN THIS STORE.Can never get a good bite to eat at the deli, its either shut down way too early (more often than I know is necessary,) food is super old or just plain cooked wrong. I usually love the boneless chicken bites from other stores but this location can't seem to get it right the vast majority of the time. Consider new staff.

After driving from Barbourville to London for a deep freezer was disappointed to find a huge dent in the front after i got it home. Looking at the reviews for their chest freezers it seems to be a very common problem. They told me over the phone that i could return it to my local walmart for a refund. I used my credit card to pay for it but on the receipt it said "unspecified funds". Because of that they couldn't put the refund back on my card nor give me cash. With a purchase i made less than 3 hours earlier WITH receipt in hand they insisted my only option was putting it on a gift card. WATCH YOUR RECEIPT when making large purchases here. Make sure it shows how you paid for it.

It's hit or miss, but mostly you can find what you're looking for. One of my biggest annoyances is the pallets that need to be put away. I'm thinking their back room is fairly empty. There are pallets ALL over, filled with products for the shelves. I'm not talking at 10 pm or overnight, this is 4 pm on a Thursday, or pick any random time in the afternoon/evening. The are placed between center displays (three spaces in a row) which means if you wish to go around someone to get to the next isle over, you have to walk down 3 or 4 rows to get to the next break between displays, the double back along the other side of the display. Same thing if you just want to cross the isle. You must walk two or three isles past where you want to go, walk between the displays (these have intentional spaces between them for customers - or so I thought - to pass thru with a shopping cart, plus a bit more width. Apparently, these are really places to store pallets of goods until they make it to their shelves.Now, if THAT isn't annoying enough, say you want to get some eggs. You are in luck IF you can get to them. Often times there is a full pallet, roughly 4 1/2 to 5 feet tall. It's not just the eggs. Often in front of the frozen section - NOT the upright freezers with the doors (well, sometimes), the ones you have to look down into.I can say many of the cashiers are attentive and are helpful when needed. Some are not, but I think that is anywhere.OH, and I find this annoying because - NO ONE IS EVER PUTTING THE PRODUCT ON THE SHELVES. There is absolutely NO reason for the pallets to be on the floor if no one is putting the product on the floor.Otherwise, hey, it's Walmart.

I like that Walmart has a much bigger variety of food brands than Kroger. Kroger has been phasing out nearly ALL known brands for their own cheap poor quality Kroger brands so we shop their less and less.

I've had trouble before where a cashier rang things up, set them to the side, took them home. Was reported and seen on camera. Just keep an eye on your receipts for double and triple charges and check to make sure you have everything you paid for.Just plain rude to customers.

Me and my wife along with 3 other customers stood at the desk in electronics for about 45 minutes one night waiting for someone and NOBODY ever showed up… TERRIBLE place then a manager came out and he looked like sloth from the goonies and was of NO help.

Bought a set of tires not even a month ago an was told I had road hazard an life time rotation an balance ended up with a screw in my tire came in to get it fixed an was told they couldn’t fix it an found out also they took the screw out before finding out they couldn’t fix it which lead me to having a blow out not even a mile down the road from the store
