They are horrible.. my mom called for a week trying to get her meds and the boy that answer keeps hanging up on her.he thought she was on hold and said her daughter can pick up all her narcotics but can’t come get her other meds and they all was laughing!! This is her daughter I own a business and work very hard. Mom didn’t tell me about needing her meds I guess she didn’t want to Trouble me .. idk ..I could care less what anyone at Walgreens think you beneath me .

Normally I would give 5 stars but not today! I got a bag of chips and a bag of popcorn that was advertised and marked on shelf 2/$6. I realized I was charged more when I got to my car. I went back in to question it. I was told they are not on sale like that because they weren't the same brand! What???

Zero!for westernUnion service one day I go to send money by westernUnion they said go to fill in computer .But I have app by phone completely I told them but they don’t listen me .so I don’t know how many years the have experience

I always get my medicine filled here and there’s always a long wait, I never complain because they do have a lot of customers; however, today I scheduled to have my COVID 19 test administered here and was literally made to go to the pharmacy drive-thru, the line was wrapped around the building and two trucks were in the middle of the road due to the line being so long. It was such a cluster!! My appointment was at 3:15pm and I arrived 15 minutes early and still had to sit in line for over an hour. Why even schedule appointments? You should just allow everyone to “walk-in” (aka Drive-up).And waiting on test results isn’t the problem, they have another agency to email us our results.Wal-greens, you all can do better than this!!! I actually called the store and asked if I could do anything to help speed up the process and they said no. You all need to have another process for the COVID test so that it runs more smoothly or don’t even agree to administer them.I’m grateful that I’m not deathly sick and only made to get a test by my employer due to being directly exposed. Some of the other people in line appeared to be sick, I could tell by just looking at them. This is pathetic and you have definitely lost a customer!!

Horrible unfriendly staff, with bad attitudes, that do not need to be working with the public at all. So extremely rude. And if your in a hurry to drop off or pick up prescriptions, you'd better be ready to wait. I called about mine at 9:20 am The lady on the phone said 45 minutes, I went to pick it up at 1:20 pm and the lady at the window said it wasn't ready yet to give them another 45 minutes, two hours later and after waiting in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes, it still wasn't ready. ???? Folks find yourselves a better pharmacy, you'll be so glad you did!

Today I was travelling to Canada and in order to cross the border I needed a Covid test.Jennifer in the pharmacy department helped me and even though it was time for her to leave, she stayed behind to administer Covid tests and was most helpful and courteous. What great service. thank you Jennifer.....

Would give no stars if I could. Took hour to get 2nd shingles shot with no one else in line. No one knew whst they were doing. Just kept saying how short handed they are. Never again for me.

They are incompetent. They screwed up my prescription twice. Attitude from pharmacist, head bobbin and all. Not professional at all. I went without my medicine for a week because of incompetence of putting information in the system incorrectly twice!!! I will never use them again!!!

Not our regular pharmacy. However, we do use them occasionally for antibiotic refils and emergent refils that cannot be filled during our other pharmacy's business hours. Wait times are painfully slow, and customer service is absolutely dreadful.

The pharmacy techs are completely unprofessional and so rude. They constantly give you the run around about when you can get your meds refilled...I will never use them again
