I've taken several dogs there! They have always done a good job. Even at times when I've picked up a poor dog that was natted up and full of fleas and they got me in the very next day. At times, I have taken my dogs to other places but they don't do the job like this groomer does!

I was referred by a friend about Ultimutt. I was greeted at the door an I knew I was at the right place. The atmosphere is wonderful. My Ozzies first visit with Ultimutt. He looks amazing. He normally gets nervous but he acted right at home. That made me feel more at ease. Believe me our babies since things we can't even imagine. I know he's in good hands. I'll show pics later.

Does not make it clear that they are cash only. Yes you have a dinky light up cash only sign but 10000 other nick nacks, plants and vaporizers in the lobby so it's no wonder my disabled father never noticed it. Bring to the lady's attention and all we got was a "yeah nobody sees that till they come back!" Well fix it! Looks like they did a good job on the dog though. If it were me I don't trust businesses that don't take credit.

Not a very good morning with Ultimutt. They were not very punctual at getting my dogs out on time. Dropped at 1000. Almost 1500 when we got them back. Also the business fails to keep control of their own animals, i.e. kenneling business owned cats away from dogs. We told them that our dogs had special feelings about cats and they still allowed them in a small area with uncrated cats. Then proceeded to physically (strongarm and carry) remove our dog from the business. Our dogs are only trained to be lifted while in their tactical vests, by the lifting handle, not bear hugged and squeezed. So 1 star.

I'm so glad that I found these gals! Not many groomers like to take new cat clients but when I saw their Logo, "Big or Small, We Groom Them All," I knew I'd came to the right place. I just have to say, they did an excellent job with my cat. She smelled great and the cut was purrrfect! We will definitely be back! Thanks y'all!

Someone dropped off a kitten covered with fleas, so I attempted to contact several groomers in the area to bathe and de-flea the precious animal. Ultimutt was the only one that could quickly clean a kitten ...and may I say...they done and outstanding job on sweet Ringo. Thank you for caring and quickly assisting me in getting this precious animal clean, Ringo appreciated you as well.

Absolutely the best groomers around. I have multiple dogs and am a breeder and Jordan Payne Neeley is absolutely amazing with my furbabies, however all of the groomers interact with them and give them an amazing experience.

Man I'll say this. I know people are busy but I dropped my little shitzu off at 11am at he still isn't done. I've wasted my day waiting on that call and missed out working and here it's 5pm and I went by there and he still isn't done. Next time I'll cut his hair myself

I have a golden doodle named Callie. We live in Corbin, and have been to several groomers in town, and have been disappointed. Heard from a friend about ulti mutt in London. And I’m so glad I took a chance on this place. Excellent staff , very friendly , and did a awesome job on Callie. Highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed 👍👍👍👍👍👍

My father in law took his Maltese in for grooming. He was told he would be ready by noon....12:30 rolled around and he called them was told it would be another half hour at least. It was closer to 1:30 when they were actually finished. The grooming was ok....but they need to work on their punctuality....if Snug(the Maltese) hadnt looked halfway decent when we got him back I would be giving one star.
