Hands down the WORST tractor supply I have ever been to.Not only are their prices marked up more then other stores , and refuse to price match, The staff at the London KY location are TERRIBLE.The most miserable batch of employees I have ever seen in my life.This is the closest tractor supply to me and everytime I come in the atmosphere is horrific.The store Manager ( the woman ) is rude and beyond nasty to customers.So is the female worker that is there most days.The only two I will say something good about is the male store manager and Camden the cashier. They are very helpful.It sucks that it has to be like this when this is the only local store. I have since started shopping elsewhere.

This is a great farm store for the size. I was surprised by the tool selection, holiday and cabin decor, also clothing, and gift options. I needed a heater and this store had the best option for me. My son is a Marine Veteran & my father was a Army Veteran and I was able to use his discount! That actually earned the total of 5 stars for my experience. As all military families know, if your parent or child serves, the whole family serves. The sales clerk was great. She had entered a mistake in our contact info but, she took the additional time to correct it. Most stores won't do that. Generally speaking a customer would be told to go online to correct it. So thank you. Keep up the good work.

This place is a joke! I ordered 4 bags of horse feed for same day delivery, well the guy delivering it decided not to for some reason and returned my items back to the store! They initiated a refund to my card but without the $29.99 delivery fee. I called and they said, "nothing we can do about it, that's a separate company doing the delivery" even though I paid Tractor supply the delivery fee. I had to go through corporate to get my money back! I will never go back to that WOKE JOKE!!

They take your phone number to make it easier to return items and when you do return item they have no record of you buying it and without a receipt you are screwed out of purchase amount.i would not recommend shopping there

I would have given five stars because Cody and the store is really nice. However, some brown headed smart mouth woman behind the counter was extremely rude to me and interrupted Cody doing a great job. She interfered in our transaction and almost cost tractor supply a customer . I won't hold it against them because she is extremely rude and doesn't know how to mind her own business.

Worst costumer service experience of my life!!!! Shopping in the store kid comes up says where closed you can’t buy anything and runs me out of the store. Very rude employee, will not be spending anymore money there.

People are always very helpful. Never left unsatisfied. They always answer my question. Very happy with the service and will always return to Tractor Supply for all my needs for the outside and for our pets. Just wish you guys were located in Corbin area. But will always return to Tractor Supply. Thanks for all your great and polite employees always a smile on their faces and ready to help.

Shopping at the London store was a big letdown. Prices for cracked corn and horse feed were marked up $5-6 more than the maysville store. With the high prices for all farm related items the small time farmers on a budget are forced to shop elsewhere. They also will not deliver fence or cattle panels

It's ok. The store is a little small and the selection could be bigger. I also noticed that it is the only tractor supply in the area that ISN'T participating in Fall Chick Days or some of the other Nationwide company events. Meaning we the customers have to shop elsewhere to take advantage of the sales/events.They could do a lot better if they tried

Went today 5-2-23 was in and out quickly people are always nice and helpful got my supplies fast...I buy my dog food and cat food here and dog treats people are nice and helpful

This one is going downhill ...Major downfall here is they want to make up their own laws which go against state & federal laws when it comes to your propane tank . we found that despite our tanks which follow state & federal guidelines on inspection up to date that since they don't know how to read the codes they may refuse your tank inspection .We found the stores General Manager to be quite rude and even hung up on us , she also lied about her conversation with Jackson Propane representatives which attempted to explain to her how the inspection codes are read .We have been going to this store location ever since it opened and sadly , ever since it has gracefully declined in customer service as well as a few employees that are simply rude ...They've attempted to sell us a water trough and claimed everyone takes the drain plug out ...Kind of defeats the purpose of a water trough if it won't hold water .All the galv. Troughs were missing the plugs .We just went to another farm store , ended up being $10 cheaper for the same sized tub anyway .We went to buy several cattle panels and they attempted to load up bent ones ... We had to ask them to stop 3 times as we explained we didn't want destroyed property .Throughout the years we've discovered that any type of feed is outrageously priced wether its dog ,cat , rabbit , horse , chicken .... Etc ... You name it , its to expensive here .As an example a pallet of chicken layer pellets was about an extra $100 here over local feed mills ... That's substantial ....We've price compared many things here , we really suggest anyone else do the same .And don't expect good customer service , believe that went out the window some time ago.Update:04/25/2022Seems they're revamping this store location .They've added some special "Veterans" Parking beside of handicap parking so that's nice but its hard to understand why the have the cart return located in the VAN Access cross hatching for the handicap parking . its poor management to do that , those cross hatches are not designed for buggy returns but are actually intended for van wheel chair access . I hope they correct this and placard this spot accordingly as well , as its not properly placard " Van/Wheel Chair Access " .Okay , that's all we found out of whack , rest was good .

The largest Tractor Supply I’ve ever been in is here in London, KY.Very well stocked and employees were very helpful.Needed a roll of 3’ high rabbit fence. They had what I needed and much more . From clothing to chickens in the Spring. This Tractor Supply has it all. Definitely a have to stop for any farmer or wanna be farmer. You all Stop by now.Oh!! And pets welcome

Pitiful. I only saw 3 people working and anout 30 customers in the store. Took 10 min for a clerk to finally come unlock the case for dog wormers. Then, got to the front to check out and only 1 register open and 15 people on line. The poor girl was calling for help but no one showed up. One clerk, the guy that opened the locked case walked by, he had changed clothes and told the girl bye cause he was off now. Smh ... pitiful.

I did the oxy acetylene gas exchange paid to trade in my bottles and they gave me Argo instead of oxygen I just found out now that I'm in st louis. None of tractor supplies out here do the gas exchange normally there great you know everybody has an off-day

Absolutely the worst tractor supply store ever. Staff has no clue about 90 percent of what they sell, much less where it is or if its even in stock. They take zero pride in the store or serving their customers. Even all the plants out side are dead!

Couldn't get employees to help. After purchasing an outdoor, in a locked gated area fence, the clerk tried 4 people to come out. I had to go back in and get someone.
