This is such a great groomer! I'm relatively new to the area and have had a hard time finding a groomer I clicked with for my dog. From the minute we spoke on the phone I could tell she was kind and easy to work with. She fit me in just a day after my call which I was not at all expecting, so appreciated from someone juggling many things that is not the most organized person in the world lol! When I brought my dog in today she was so bright and cheerful and I felt very at ease that my dog would be in good hands. She did such a wonderful job and even sent me the cutest photo of my dog next to her Christmas tree in the salon! Thank you again for taking such good care of my fur-baby!

Jessica is the absolute best. Always very compassionate and respectful. My little guy has severe skin allergies and is very anxious and she works wonders with him. He is always so handsome and calm when I pick him up. Will never go anywhere else as long as her doors are open.

Jessica and her staff are amazing. They take such good care with all the animals. She does cat grooming which is hard to find in the London area. I love the puppy parlor they truly care about all the animals and it shows. These girls are amazing.

They are very friendly and they work around your schedule. My husband gets off at 1:30 sometimes later and I don't get off until 5pm and they kept our dog until 1 of us got off work. They are my go to place for our dog.
