Charlissa at Tangled Tails has groomed our 2 dogs for close to a year now. With each visit for grooming... there was always something that wasn't up to par for a dog grooming! Toenails not clipped, ears not cleaned, bad haircuts...etc. We ended up having our vet trim back our 1 dogs nails they were soo long. Sadly, it's time for a new groomer after several opportunities for improvement.

Britney did a great job with Marley! Most important when I picked Marley up, she was happy & wagging her tail! And she smelled amazing & her fur was clean & soft again.

We’ve got family near there and every time we come visit we get our Lzzy girl groomed at tangled tails. Lzzy absolutely loves them, they treat my dog like their own, she gets excited when she sees her groomer, the cut always looks so good and she smells amazing. I definitely recommend them to anyone whose wanting their dog treated like royalty

Jordan does so well with both of my Bichon's. My little Harper is a handful and Jordan takes it in stride and does an amazing job! Harper and Mimi get so excited when you mention Jordan’s name. I would not take my dogs anywhere else. They come out looking great with the best grooming job I have ever seen, not to mention how great they smell! Thanks Jordan for taking care of my babies!

When we picked our fur baby up we were astonished at what this lady did! Please don’t take your pet here! Never saw a worse cut in my life! You’ll be very sorry and she only takes cash! Now I know why. This should be illegal! $53.00 to destroy our pets fur. Shame on you!

Called to make an appointment and the woman said she could fit me in today but that my groomer didn’t like when other people groomed her dogs. Mind you I only been there one time before. Could not tell you the groomers name and was months ago. She said she would contact me back and never did. Very poor customer service. I recommend this place to others and will no longer continue to do so.
