Absolutely terrible. The portions are so small. The double meat doesn't look anything like a normal subway sandwich. I had the mexicali (first photo) and a steak and cheese (last 2 photos) Absolutely robbery to pay 25 dollars and change for 2 footlongs.

It was our 1st visit at this location for Subway, we found 1 very 😤 frustrated overwhelmed with order's with no one there to help her. According to regulars who stopped in and who wished her well and said they couldn't wait they knew she had been left like this on regular occasions and they didn't understand why the Cooperate heads 💭 thought it could 🙆 possibly be a good idea to lose business, hey! Me either! But, after a 22 minute wait we ordered and she did a great job, had our specialty subs made in a quick minute with a smile ☺ left her a good tip in the jar and a prayer 🙏 with well wishes for a better day.

Got a steak sub with no steak. Called them and Zackary answers and my wife explained what happened and he hung the phone up on her, she calls back incase it was accidental and he hangs up on her again!!! What a business 👏 Even left uncut veggies for us to choke on...

HIGHLY disappointed! Ordered 2 footlong steak sandwiches. Pulled through the drive thru where I was told they were working on my order. No worries. I'll come in, in 5 min. Go in to find out I was lied to! They ran out of steak making my 1st sandwich which was already made. Ask for a refund and they refused. So I changed my order to a meatball sub. Nope out of that too! Again requested a refund. No refunds! Ended up with basically all they had to offer ham & turkey. Got home and my steak was not just cold but almost frozen! Very unsatisfied customer!

Service was fine, sandwich was ok. I got it toasted and it was so crumbly it was hard to eat. I'm not sure if that's normal or not. Here is what got me, a foot long, a small bag of chips and a medium drink was 15$ plus tip 17$ I could have gone to sit down restaurant for that kind of money. Everything was as expected for a ready made pre sliced sandwich shop but, I won't be back. It's just too much for lunch sandwich.

Ethan did a great job taking care of us. The food was great, quick, everything looked very fresh and the restaurant was super clean. All the staff wore masks the right way and made sure of social distancing. It looked like the drive they line was moving quickly too. Highly recommend.

Ordered 6-in meatball sub white they put some kind of sauce on it that I did not ask for I brought it back to the window the woman came to the window I told her they put something on it that was not the melted American cheese I showed it to her she said no that's marinara sauce it comes with the meatballs. I think I know the difference between marinara sauce and some kind of white mayonnaise salad dressing on it that is not the cheese it's some kind of mayo or something I can't eat mayo salad dressing or anything of that sort.... I am allergic.... I think when you show them the sandwich and the mistake they made they do not need to question you especially when it's plain clear and right in their face You can see it with your own eyes. Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I went back to the drive-thru window told him exactly what I wanted gave him the ticket and they gave me another one in its place and the bread was wrong I am not going back in it's not worth my time.

By far the worst subway I have ever ate at. Employees seem the be rude and one of them under the influance. Customer service was poor, my bread was hard and old. The employees were constantly complaining about who they work for. Just over all shift show, I will not come back and do not recommend this location to anyone.

We have eaten here many times with great food and service. Subway has changed lately. First, they eliminated rotisserie chicken, my favorite. Today, I was shocked to see the very limited menu, just the basics. The bread was stale, and the sandwiches were half the size they used to be. The obviously new employee was alone, and the place was packed. I tried paying with a gift card and was told I earned "rewards" but would have to pay for the sandwiches. These were the worst Subway sandwiches ever, and we couldn't even use the gift card (purchased at Kroger) to pay for them! We are done with Subway, especially this one.

Ordered through Doordash. A 3 yr old could have done better. 3 footlongs, sweet onion teriyaki(deluxe), spicy Italian, on plain Italian (deluxe), spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese (deluxe). I've been a customer of Subways for over 20 yrs. Deluxe didn't happen on any of the sandwiches, my bread wasn't herbs and cheese, just plain white, they omitted a coke, sandwiches weren't cut, and looked like someone loaded the sandwiches in a hurry, might as well stirred the ingredients in a bowl and poured it in the bread, result is the same. I am ashamed 😞 disgusted after a hard day of work, and not feeling like cooking this what I get to offer my family for dinner. Subway you didn't have my back.

Terrible experience. The young girl making my sandwich (new ultimate cheesy garlic sub) was unsure of how to make it and asked for help several times. No one came to show her how it's made. Then when she placed my meatballs directly on the butter (no cheese and not toasted), I mentioned that I think it needs cheese and toasted before meatballs, she got upset and walked out and left my unmade sandwich laying there. The other employee finally came over to remake my sandwich. No apology from the manager or anyone else. Very unprofessional especially when we dined in and were there for a bit.

We usually like this Subway but just got home with our dinner ask for small amount of mayonaise when opened the sandwiches they had mayonaise on both sides of bread the bread was not fresh we will choose another place next time the clerk at the window repeated order it was still wrong. Not good customer service.

Worse experience with subway. The store was dirty the staff was unkempt looking, they were out of all bread but wheat and out of most vegetables. Plus the services were very poor at best.

Second submission-get it-"sub" as in Subway- pun intended. They say that there are more Subways in the world than any other fast food place now. My question is why? Why? Everything in there tastes the same...blaaaand. Dress a sandwich up however you want. They're all the same.

It was slow, but it seems to be understaffed. My one star review comes from the most hateful employee who looked like he was about to flip out when told the speaker in the drive through wasn't working. Tyler was his name. The actual worst.

Worst subway ever. I hate going to this location. You never have your food in less than 25 min in the drive through. The drive through is always put off. This place absolutely sucks!!!!!!!
