I am a Subway regular, but I will not be back to this one. It was the dirtiest fast food restaurant I have been in. If I had not been short of time after waiting 5 minutes or more even to see an employee, I would have left.They had no drinks, no napkins, no bags for the sandwich. The machine to toast the sandwich was not working. Then the meat on my hot sandwich was very cold.On top of that, I was charged for a sandwich cost more than mine. I didn't notice that until I threw the sandwich away after three bites. Then, when I looked at the receipt, I saw the mistake. I was not driving to that place to correct the errors.This by far my worse experience in a large fast food chain.

A visit from May 13th, 2024: The owner of this franchise hasn't walked into this building for a long time - and we can only assume this because any GOOD owner/GM would be absolutely ashamed at the condition of this location, and then they'd actually do something about it. Considering a constant stream of traffic off i-75 must churn them a nice, big payout regardless of its condition, they probably think "why bother?"I will say one positive thing and that is about the solo employee who was overwhelmed today, working alone, probably newer and minimally trained. They were kind and trying to stay positive under pressure. This employee did not deserve the stress of manning the busy store alone, nor did they deserve the rude remarks from customers because there were no lids stocked, the soda machine was out of order, and no toilet paper in the restrooms. There was NO WAY they could have stopped making food to stock shelves, clean, etc. Doordash orders were flying in as well, and I just felt terrible for this young woman.One can only imagine what the food supply/storage is like, if the rest is this poorly kept. The local health department is being notified.

3/17/24 about 1pm absolutely the rudest person working I’ve ever come in contact with slapping the trays with the vegetables are in got a sandwich made we left my teenager was with me when I walked out several customers walked out also no call for customers to be treated in this matter I will never return we do Subway about at least twice a week. Regret spending my money such a business.

They are thieves, do NOT use this store EVER.I ordered food on the subway app. When we arrived at the store to pick up the order, the employee said "we are out of meat". I asked what kind of "meat"? And he said all of it, so he couldn't honor our order. He said he didn't know how to cancel the order or reimburse me, since my credit card was charged for the order. I was told I would have to call the store during the day when there is a manager there. I have called the store repeatedly and no one answers and there is no way to leave a message. I ordered food for my family so they stole over $40 from us.

The food and service were wonderful. The sandwich maker was very friendly. He talked asked us about our trip and we had a nice conversation. It was nice to have a little relax time not to think about everything that we had to do at home.The restaurant itself was a little dated to say the least however it was clean.Parking: The number of spots were DEFINITELY limited. It was pushed aside for the OTG restaurant that touches their parking lot.However the handicap parking which I have to use was perfect! Right in front of the door, easy to get to the sidewalk too.

Came in to get lunch, young lady was working all by herself with no help for whatever reason, true hustler and very polite and fast while under pressure with so many customers coming in hungry. Deserves a raise!

Stopped here to grab a quick bite. Michelle was amazing, patient, thoughtful and super helpful. If I ever take a road trip again this will be my stop for sure just because of Michelle. All the ingredients were fresh, store and bathroom were clean as well.

This particular Subway was "out" of several items. Namely, the stuff I came to eat. The place was grungy, trash outside, and inside on the floors. The bathrooms were worse than any I have ever been in. Toilets hadn't been cleaned in months. Feces all over the toilet had been there a while. The woman helping us was very friendly, and apologized for the outages. But when we were done, she stepped outside for a smoke. She SHOULD have been cleaning up that place

I frequently visit this location because I've always been very pleased with the food and service, however today I was very disappointed. The teenager waiting on me was completely distracted as if she didn't want to be there, fixed my order incorrectly and barley placed any vegetables in the protein bowls I ordered, when I asked for more lettuce because there wasn't even enough to cover the bottom of the bowl she barley put anymore, and the other vegetables were very scarce also. I basically got my meat in a bowl.

Literally. The best subway I have ever been to. The lady that’s been the for five years today is the best and should be the definition of exceptional customer service. I’m blown away. This is literally one of the best experiences of my 28 years alive at a restaurant. Doing great. So pleased. !!!

I was really pleased with my order! The young ladies working were so backed up with orders yet these hard working girls managed to stay positive and kept up with the pace. One of the best sandwiches I’ve had from here as well. Thank you!

I stopped in and ordered a footlong and only got half the protein. When I asked the woman why she isn't putting on all the protein she smirked and said that much will not fit on the bread that was the reason for cutting it in half. Then told me that she could add more but would have to charge me as a deluxe sandwich. FOR THE CORRECT PORTION SIZE! Then was quick to point out at the register that I can choose my tip to leave. Tip? For a full price sandwich with half the protein?

The employees aren't trained correctly, they don't follow food safety well, they're rude, and the night employees are constantly finding a reason to close early or not have to do their job. It's never stocked in the evenings and you can tell they don't even attempt to clean after the morning associates leave.

Typical Subway food (which is fine), and service was courteous and quick. There's a sign on the door that indicates the necessity to wear masks during the COVID-19 pandemic, but half the customers did not , and I cannot really blame the minimum-wage employees for not challenging the customers. However, the way the employees were wearing their masks does not put the store in a positive light. We got a good laugh out of it, but management should be concerned.
