Love the staff! They're super friendly and they love my dogs. Wouldn't recommend the grooming service though. I paid to have my dog groomed and they didn't do everything that was included...I didn't say anything about it but I won't take them back for grooming.

Seems like they should have more products for more options. Walmart is cheaper. The employees are nice but didn't offer much information on a few products that I asked about. They should be more educated on their own items and what they provide.

Love watching the live pets, especially the cats. They usually get new ones in each week. They have been spayed or neutered, had a health checkup and vaccinated. They need adopted. Not expensive either.

They pretty much have anything and everything that you might need for your pet. They can be a little pricey on some things, but that's what you pay for selection and convenience. They are also in a very good location and keep everything organized.

I've got a Maltese that will be 2 May 7th. I go to petsense for almost all his needs. His groomer at petsense Angie is awesome with Ozzie. Other places Ive had Ozzie groomed made Ozzie nervous when I picked him up. But with Angie he was calm and comfortable with her. I give her 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I take my Labradoodle there to be groomed. Angie does a great job and my sweet girl Willow always looks beautiful and so happy.Tractor supply for her food and other supplies. I love PetSense and tractor supply.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The first time I visited the store I wasnt impressed. They had a lot of stuff, but it seemed terribly overpriced. Now, at the time I hadn't had a dog in a long time, and I was used to getting stuff cheap at the bigger stores. But cheap isn't always better. They have a variety of items here and they run from cheap that rivals the big store, to higher quality items that carry a bigger price tag, which the big stores usually don't have. The more I went, the less overpriced it felt. Granted, some items are a little steep, but they do offer price matching, so know what you're going for and research it before hand and you will get a great deal. In addition, its all about what you are looking for and want to get for your pet. Everyone has always been extremely helpful and nice. I've also been very impressed with the grooming. The prices are right and the results have been fantastic! This is a place that I will always return to for my pets needs.

Prices are ridiculous for everything. It’s Petsense by Tractor Supply now and even though TSC is only about a quarter mile away, the dog food I buy is $4 more per bag cause it’s at a “pet store”.

They called and canceled my grooming apt. Said they would call me back to reschedule and never did. I've called back twice and no one was there once for apts and 2nd time they were at lunch. Hardest place to give your business too. Well this will be my last visit here. Came in with my dog, got signed in and they took a lady dog that came in after me and took her right to start and put mine in a cage. I will never be back. Horrible place. You been warned!!!!

We took the Grabdkids with us to Petsense to find my Grandsons a Beta fish. We couldn't find them but the lady working was very helpful & super friendly! Somehow we ended up getting one for him & one for my Granddaughter as well...lol. They also had a divider aquarium & it came with everything we needed to get it set up!Glad we stopped in & we will be back soon!! 😁😁

Cheery and helpful staff. Quite a few selections not found in other stores. This store was recommended by the vet we visited to get all the stuff we needed for our cat. Came here to get urinary health cat food and they had both Purina One as well as Hill's. They even have the calming spray and diffuser for cats and water fountain that we also needed. The cats they have for adoption seem well taken cared of.

We had such a great time visiting! We happened to have our dog with us and got her nails trimmed within 10 minutes and it was $10!! They have a wide variety of treats, grain free, rawhide free, and other options and same goes for the huge variety of dog and cat foods! They have a bunch of leashes, collars, harness, beds and even pet steps! We will be visiting again!😊

Yesterday I made an appointment to have nail tips put on my kittens. I called beforehand and asked them if they sell the nail tips and/or put them on. The clerk said that they don't sell them, but that they put them on. After taking my information, and telling me that it would be $10/$15 per cat, I made the appointment for the next morning. I show up at the store and stand in front of the cash register right in front of a certain redhead clerk, who is assisting no one else, and she will not even pay attention to me. Finally I get her attention and tell her I was the one who called for the appointment. She then tells me that she cannot do the appointment because I did not bring any nail tips with me. Apparently a pet store that primarily sells cats, with a grooming department, does not even have the supplies to provide their services. But I can bring my own stuff and expect someone to do it for $10/$15 each. If it wasn't for the exceptionally sweet cats that they have, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Most of the staff don't even know what the heck they're doing or where the heck they're at. What are they doing hiring people like this?

Great for cats n dogs. Lacking in fish an other areas. Would like to see more variety for turtles, lizards, and snakes. However that would require to better educate MOST employees on proper animal care. A lot bad advice has been given to me by all 4 stores I have visited.

Not a huge selection but had a hard to find item that even big chains don't carry ( Heavenly Hounds Relaxation Bars) Staff was very nice. Prices comparable to a PetSmart or other large chains. Location easy to find.
