My mother uses Pampered Pets and the last 2 times I have brought her dog to be groomed th smell alone will knock you down. It's nasty and that alone is why I've talked her into trying someone new.Update—I didn’t say they did a bad job. Only that it smells like fish. This is my opinion and who knew someone would bash me online and on social media just for giving my opinion. I shouldn’t have to explain why my mom uses her. But if I must it’s out of shear convenience and now goes somewhere else.

I find it really funny that Janna Felts gave a bad review when her mother's dog has been a loyal customer since 2011 and comes on a regular basis. In fact Jonah was here last week being groomed, and they always leave a very nice tip. Does that sound like someone that is unhappy? Janna Felts needs to get her facts straight before leaving a bad review.

I have used two other pet groomers in the area. One had done a terrible job over all.TLC had burned my dog's cheek so badly I had to take him to the Vet who said it wasburn from too hot of clippers.Then I took him to Pampered Pets on West Laurel Rd, London and he came out sohandsome he looks like a "prince" of a dog.
