I would give this place zero stars if I could but I came in Monday afternoon with my son to buy groceries I had already worked a full day at the factory the cashier an older lady said the whole chicken I bought didn't have a price sticker on it but I had two from the exact same spot so I said can you scan the one twice she said NO ones bigger and she whispered about trying to get something for nothing it pissed me off. So she asked another lady turns out the whole chickens were the same size and same price. Then to top it all off the bag boy was standing around while I bagged 340 dollars worth of groceries. The cashier was basically throwing my stuff around it was a mess. I told my son I should have went in the back and clocked myself in. Terrible experience won't be back.

They WILL sell you rotted meat from their deli. Time and time again. They will even go as far as covering the rotted piece with a sale sticker so you won't see until you get home and open the package. Disgusting place to buy food. And disgusting management for trying to sell it to people.

Got food from the deli fried chicken it was pretty good I have had better from there befor but still it was not bad...my daughter got some doughnuts too....they where awful we both tried one and took a bite and spit it out they tasted stale...we like doughnuts but those where awful

My husband and I went in to shop, we went to the 1 open checkout, waited in line and when we were next up I unloaded our cart. Apparently something happened to the register because two other employees came to look at and next thing we know the cashier went to a different register and was checking people out. No one said anything to us they just walked away so that's what we did, we left our whole cart there and walked out. Doubt I'll be shopping there anymore.Update: spoke with the store manager and after speaking with her I have to say I will be going back. She was extremely understanding and handled everything with respect and didn't just sweep it under the rug and pretend it didn't happen. I have the utmost respect for Ms. Hibbitts. She made a terrible experience turn into a great one! Kroger is very lucky to have her and I hope they realize what a gem they have!

If groceries weren't a necessity, nobody would shop here. Very rude and entitled staff. Evan, was throwing our groceries on the bagging table because I was bagging our groceries since he walked off and I know he seen us. Shelves are rarely fully stocked, holes in bread bags, rats.

Yesterday I stopped at the store and it was really busy as well as today. The cashiers are very friendly and helpful. The girl ( Brandi) that waited on me has always gone out of her way to help being checking prices or opening up for me because I had one item and all the lanes had long lines. She wasn't checked in but she signed in and checked me out so I wouldn't have to stand in the long lines for just one item.

Everything was good overall. One item we were looking for was low on stock (basically we got the last one off of the shelf and we needed another). No big deal, we just bought multiples of a smaller size of the same product. Everything else was well in stock. Very busy. Lots of employees working very hard, yet still would stop and help you when you needed help. Not knocking the south London Kroger (which is very good), but the north London (original) Kroger is the preferred location of my family.

Deli closed at 2:10 pm on Tuesday 9-01-21. Was flabbergasted. Was told ,closer called and no one there to take over. Where is the management. Unreal.Other customers were also scratching their heads. Again, management has totally dropped the ball. You should NEVER be a manager if you are not capable of doing EVERYONES job. Example-Cashier/Bagger/Deli/Stocking/Produce/Dairy, you know where I'm going.Shameful is all I have to say.😝

As usual this small Kroger store was a great place to pick up a few things. It's close to my home and the service is good. An employee in the produce section pointed me to a better deal on an item I was getting. Check out was quick.

This has been my grocery store for years and this store is in of highest ranking in the state for customer service! It is a smaller store than the Kroger on 192 so not as big a selection on some items. But Great for going in and out quickly!

This location is definitely the most outdated Kroger I have seen. It's not as nice as most and it is very small. The cashier was decently friendly, but I could tell she was rushing me out of her lane.

Last few times ive went and used the calculator to keep track and stay on budget and i add up on most prices and account for tax and its been going over by close to $10 when its rang up. A bit frustrating when you're on a tight budget.

Very disappointed in this kroger. My husband went there with a flyer for donations for a kids toy run. The donations get raffles off and toys are bought for needy kids. They had the nerve to tell him THEY DONT HAVE THE FUNDS TO DONATE ANYTHING ....Really a big corporate company couldn't donate a 20.00 gift card. We will do business elseware..

"Nah, let's go to the good Kroger" is a phrase probably said a lot about this place. It's nice , but there's a newer, and larger Kroger just a mile away that has a better selection of goods.

The best place to shopall the employes knows us bt name they are awesome Larry the bagger and Cashier goes out of his way to help everyone and the manager s are great also Sherry Jotce and Larry and Brandi Shabe and Barry are our favorites but they are all nice .

Always a line. Ive seen a maximum of 2 cashiers working ever. Most of the time its 1 and 5 people are standing around chatting while I wait in line for 20 minutes. My least favorite place to shop in town.
