Passing through on a business trip, I spent $150 here and it is a really great store!It's a small footprint, to be certain; but the variety and selection inside are immense!Really friendly staff and helpful people throughout.The self-checkouts, however, are an older generation, and it takes forever for it to weigh every single item before you can scan something else. Very sensitive, but people steals, so I understand....

I’m in this store all the time. Every other day the food selection is good the staff all but the managers some are rude. Now anyone who goes down the aisle to where the pasta sauce is you’ll find rat droppings right on top of the tortillas and it’s known by the staff and managers and nothing is done. I know it’s hard to keep critters out but you can certainly do better this! So before you decide shop here have a close look!

Went to self checkout had a cart full of mnt dew as soon as I went to start ring up the employee stood right behind me staring at me while I checked out she didn’t move. After I had gotten my receipt she asked me did I pay for all 6 of the cases and asked for the receipt after. I mean if you had enough time to count my items in my cart you should have known I rang up everything. I don’t recommend this Kroger to anybody

An employee in the deli today at the Kroger at 1732 W Hwy 192 London,Ky was argumentative with me about slicing my salami super thin and I didn’t appreciate her attitude! She showed me a slice and said she couldn’t get it any thinner, I told her I worked in a deli myself for 4 yrs and I’ve sliced it super thin myself, she said she worked there 8 yrs, all the more reason why she should know how to do her job!! I told her not to push down on the slicer handle and guess what, it was super thin! You might want to retrain your employees despite them thinking they know it all! Whatever happened to customer satisfaction?? I get it super thin at other delis out of town but the arrogance of the ppl in this town and LAZINESS is ridiculous

The absolute worst customer service in the bakery. Whomever had made the cake , done horrible. We asked for it to be fixed and they wouldn’t even take the time to fix it properly, we were told to fix it at home.

Sad to see so many flowers dying instead of putting them on sale sooner. Good prices. Employers are slow and don't help customers as much as they should at self checkout not very attentive .. but clean store and fully stocked.

I forgot to order my 5 yr old son's bday cake. I needed it today. I called everywhere yesterday. Walmart wouldn't answer the phone, in any dept. Or location. Not the London one or corbin one. This Kroger here in london did what they could to help me. Aundrea from the bakery, and the person who decorates the cakes....are Super Amazing. I spike to Aundrea, she went above and beyond what she had to do. If not for this Bakery and the ones they employ, my son would have been heart broken. So a huge Thank you from one Happy Momma bc you made my son one happy little boy on his 5th birthday. This lady needs a raise, imo. She didn't have to do anything bc it was late in the day. They had less than 24 hrs to do this, and they did. So I'm forever grateful to her kindness and understanding.

This establishment refuses to give reason for their applicants to be denied when their background is clear from any charges along with the work history clearly matching the requirements needed for a position. They've denied me for the past two year's without any reason whatsoever and it's technically by law discrimination if I wanted to waste my valuable time I'd for certain bring up a lawsuot but what would I gain from a supermarket that treats their customers like garbage and never keep product stocked

I like to shop at Kroger as they usually have a good selection at decent prices. However, I absolutely hate their self checkout system as it absolutely will not let you bypass using your pin number for your debit card. As much as I completely detest Walmart at least they don't force me to use my pin!!!

Employee Customer service is nice, they will do anything to help u with anything u need. Most of the time one or more employees will greet u all thru the store asking if u need any help. Kroger is clean and well organized. This Kroger is probably one of the best, probably in the Top 10 or 15.The only thing is when it comes to coupons, it's getting harder and harder to use even though they help my family out tremendously and they are legit coupons not copies. This is the only reason I give a 4 star instead of 5.

My Kroger's of choice. Great store. Fast checkout. Curbside I cannot comment on except the associates that pick the orders dont pay attention to customers in the store shopping. Majority of the time you have to dodge them or their carts to get around them.Pharmacy is very busy. They give great service except they will never answer phone calls. Text alerts would be great when medications are ready. Very inconvenient

This Kroger is a great place to shop! You can always find a wide variety of foods at this location. The store was very clean and they are upgrading their deli which will be nice when complete. Chris in the meat department was very helpful and kind. Brenda the cashier got me out super quick and was very sweet. I highly recommend this Kroger.

The store could not help the crowd. It felt unorganized to have frozen items in the middle of aisles that needed no refrigeration. The staff was very helpful though, and I appreciated their masking appropriately.

One of the worst self checkout systems I’ve ever seen. Constant nagging about items “not being in the bagging area” one second after I have scanned the item. No price guns to help with heavy items such as dog food, so have fun lifting that onto the scanner. If you must shop here, absolutely use the pickup option.

First time here, I done some shopping while my husband was waiting for them to unload his trailer. Being on the road we tend to shop more at Walmart since its usually more convenient. Shopping in this store today made me realize how much we are missing. There are so many varieties of many items we usually buy vs what Walmart has. I love the layout of this store. It was very clean and I noticed several employees all throughout the store cleaning/disinfecting. I used the self checkout and the lady working in that area was very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. I will definitely be making it a point to find a Kroger out on the road to do our grocery shopping.

Love Kroger. The meat department is great. I have never gotten a bad cut of meat there whether it be beef chicken or pork. The flower department is top notch and Kim Coffey does a great job there. The Private Selection brand is as good as any name brand and may be better in most cases

Found a few good buys.But make sure you are willing to wait in line.Two cashiers,full self scans.With a supervisor watching the lines snake down the aisle.Be ready to bag your own groceries.When you check out with cashiers.Wait time for me 1hr and 30 min in line.So make sure you are not in a hurry.

I cash my payroll checks here even though I live in Corbin. I always get great customer service, a smile, and have never gotten any problem with the service desk being closed. The Corbin store on US 25 South is always a hit and miss. I just wish there was more parking spots at the London store on 192.

We had accumulated 4000 points for June and planned a Florida trip around Kroger Fuel stations where we could save $1.00 / gallon. After filling up we stopped by the deli for a quick lunch. The woman at the deli was very friendly and helpful since we were just getting small amounts of a number of items.

The waiting in line at the pharmacy with 5-6 employees working is exhausting. I felt bad for the elderly gentleman behind me. They need a better way.Other than that the store was great.

Uses to like shopping here until i noticed the total of my order was 10-15% higher than it should have been. The last 6 times I've shopped here I've been overcharged. Prices with card that advertised to get you to buy product isn't the actual price. Basically they lie about the price and hope you can't count or use a calculator. I got 4 half gallons of OJ today and it was on sale $1.27each but actual cost was $2.57each and this isn't the only time I've seen this type of deceptive tactics. DG also does this. My total should have been $50 but actual price was $71. I suggest others check for themselves and go somewhere else. STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ABOUT PRICES! And when asked for help using QR code because that's the only way to save there I was insulted by an employee claiming us customers quote rip them off.
