Inventory is on the low side but with the pandemic it's understandable. I had gone in one day to order a controller and I completely forgot to fill out the address line 2 section. One of the workers assisted me in getting that fixed. Knowledgeable staff, friendly, and professional.

I've never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgable when it comes to the systems as well as the games. Everyone working always seems to be in a great mood when I go in, and even if it is slammed they always make sure to take time out to answer any questions or make suggestions. Trade in prices aren't always amazing, but that isn't the staffs fault but rather corporate so go easy on them if you aren't getting a ton of money for all trades. However they do have specials occasionally on trades and money you can get goes up. The store is always clean, no weird smells or carpet stains. Games are always well organized and easy to find.

GameStop had a big sale when we were there and when we checked out the salesperson let us know we also were due a 25% discount as a reward member plus we had 3 five dollar coupons lowering our total quite a bit! Some salespersons wouldn't let you know about those discounts but this salesperson did and we thought that was awesome and very helpful! The store was also very well organized and clean unlike other GameStops that I have been in.

The staff are all very friendly and willing to help. They do their jobs well and always have a suggestion if they don't have exactly what you're looking for. Many people complain about what they pay for used games, but they'll give more than anywhere else will, combined with the benefits of the Power-Up Rewards card. I always trade my games for store credit, and I haven't purchased with cash from the store in over a year.

I’ve called this location at least eight times today to ask a simple question. All times ranged from 11:30 until the time this is posted.I’m sorry but how many customers can you have on a relatively early Wednesday morning/evening?I would be more understanding if it was after school hours, or on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, but come on.

Thought the place to be legit and friendly. I was a regular. Then recently got accused of something by one of the employees in front of a big crowd. Extremely rude, I have no plans to buy from this store in the future.

Visited store 1/2/19 and purchased a remote that was tagged 39.99 with a blue sale tag. Charged 49.99 at register. Cashier removed tag and said nothing so when I questioned the price I thought I had misread the tag. I forgot that I had taken a pic of the item before she got it down because i wanted to make sure it was the correct remote. Sure enough it had a tag for 39.99. Went to get the difference back and was told it was a black Friday deal. Black Friday was 11/22 and today is 1/2. Why are old tags on items? Misleading and dishonest. If she had said something I would have not purchased in the first place. They still had several blue tags throughout the store. This is retail at its worst. I will go elsewhere going forward.

I make this post while sitting and waiting for GameStop to open. As a company, they get a lot of flak at times. However, as a community the store I go to is great. They do their job obviously, and try to talk you in to an upsell, but they also early release games so you don't have to show up at midnight, they host Pokemon go events, and more or less don't mind if you just come in and chill for a few. They're good peoples as I would say.

Very rude customer service Grabbed for bag of items I was coming to trade in before even speaking to me. Then chuckles and sighs before telling me they guess they can assist me, but I need to wait for the customers in front of me, but I need to wait for the one in line behind me as well as make sure there is no line before I will be helped.

This staff is incredible. They took great care in helping this Nanny Jane (who knows nothing about gaming) make great games choices for my 13 year old. This Gamestop is the best!

My son loves this place!! I recommend getting all your games, and novelty here!! Wonderful atmosphere. The workers are extremely helpful, informative, and patient, especially with children!!

one word gus is da man he cares about his customers which makes him a great manager. I have heard the corbin store dog gus because he is not the best to them well he is great to his customers so thats what matters to me. London store is awesome corbin store sucks. The corbin manager is really really bad and he takes all games as needing resurfaced watch out if you go there.

I have called and called for the past cuple of days now and no answer what so ever, the phone will say press 1 to speak to a game stop employee, so I did over and over n over it rings 1 time and says sorry please call back.If I owned a company I would have employees answering questions and the phone. I guess around here there all to high to figure out what that ringing sound is. Lmao it took them 15 minutes to ask me if I needed any help with anything or have any questions. So I went to walmart that I hate more then anywere besides gamestop's now for there rude service they provided. I bought my game system and 20 games ect all from walmart thanks to gamestop's lazy people, I guess they were just high or something who knows...I would never recommend them to anyone for as long as I live now ...thanks gamestop for the great service you did not provide to me and lost my business for life n money lol...

I live in Lexington, but do most of my game shopping at the London location. Gus and his crew are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended Gamestop location.
