Since the new store manager has been at the Keavy Ky.dollar store it sucks now . I used to enjoy going to this store but not anymore! They won’t check you out even if you holler at them hiding in the front office or back of the store and she is So Rude to people. Her and some of the workers there now . I’ll drive out of my way to keep from stopping at this particular dollar store.

Overall this is my go to store. Very seldom out of the things I buy weekly. Staff could use some training on dealing with the public and be a little nicer. The manager is always always on the phone when she is ringing up everybody stuff. Not professional at all. Really miss the old crew that used to be there

I have never been treated so rudely. My husband and I went into this store around 8:30 am on 9/9/17. We shop here often since it is very close to where we live. On this day we purchased several dollars of cleaning products and a coupon for $5 off $5.01 of printed at the bottom of the receipt as a " thank you for your purchase of $15 or more of P&G products" with the expiration date of 9/30/17. Later that same day I stopped back by to buy a few more things that we had forgotten at our first trip and I attempted to use this coupon and was denied . I was accused of making a fraudulent coupon even though it was printed on a DG receipt. The cashier told me they have never printed those coupons and corporate said that people are making fake coupons like that. I told her that the coupon printed from the register that very morning. She proceeded to take the garbage can behind the register and pull out the wadded up garbage and show me the receipts in it while saying " None of these receipts have that coupon, we have never and will never print a $5 off $5.01 purchase!" All of this took place in front of several customers. I have never been so embarrassed! Dollar General has definitely lost a customer and I will never recommend anyone shop at this store.

I only used Dollar General for the parking lot to meet a family member. I give 4/5 stars because the parking lot did its job, but not 5 cause I was slightly crooked. Anyway, good blacktop and Epstein didn't kill himself.

Great place to drop in and get essential items. (Milk, bread, toilet paper, etc.) Very clean and organized store. Staff is helpful and courteous. Thankful to have the store to save a trip to town.

Horrible customer service from Kathy, one of the stores employees. My son and I was there picking up somethings. And my son who has ADHD, MMD, and down syndrome happened to pick up a toy and hugged it. She literally followed us down the aisle and said" you will have to pay for that toy because I can't sell it now that he's hugged it". I'm not sure if she said that due to the fact that he is a special needs child or if she was just trying to see how much a well paying customer would put up with. But I left my cart sitting right where it was with everything that I was going to buy in it and we left. I've not been back and I tell everyone, drive the extra 3 miles to the other Dollar General Store. Even one of the other workers named William apologized to us for her behavior. But the damage was already done.

Revecca, the manager, is awesome as well as the other staff! They are caring, helpful, and their prices are great! Also, their seasonal inventory & their clearance items are the best around!

I tried to buy something and one of the worker would not let me buy it even tho it was out on the floor! I believe she was the assistant manager her name was Brenda! I would give it a zero but it won’t let me

No help looks like a junk store all dg stores have no help piled up cashiers put stock up clean bathroom clean parking lot while customers weight,
