Used to be excellent now not so much. New system sucks for having prescriptions reads. Now have trouble with insulin and pain medicine every month. Takes several trips to line out. Lots of extra work. If calling a real person they never answer. Will look for another pharmacy in London.

Man, Idk what is up with this pharmacy. They all seem to be working hard when I go by there. They're nice. Maybe it's in super high demand? Maybe there are some management or supply issues? I have no idea, I just know that there's always something that causes a prescription pick-up to almost never go smoothly here...and I HAVE to go here too because of my insurance. It's so frustrating. Some examples are, they are out of the medicine that needs to be filled but never notify me. If you have to call them, I hope you are able to sit on hold for an hour because that's what it takes, if you even get through then. That leaves me no choice but to make the 30 minute drive there to figure it out in person. The app helps some but here I am, with my annual prescription renewal on hold for some reason and the app tells me to call the pharmacy, but of course it's impossible to get through on the phone...so here I go, to hopefully clear it up and pick it up in person and pick it up. If not, that will be another trip. I could have some mailed to my house but one had to be picked up in person so it defeats the purpose of home delivery convenience. Anyway, it's such a reputable chain pharmacy and I hope they figure out their issues soon.

I understand a place is busy but to not answer a phone for over 2 hours is beyond ridiculous. And of course due to my work schedule I’m not able to go by there. My prescription couldn’t be refilled and I had to text to call the pharmacy for details. Calling is obviously a joke.. The app said they are trying to contact my doctor.. My doctor already sent them the refill on 11/1 and 11/6 but I can’t get a human on the phone to find out what the problem is.. I attempted calling the store and all they can go is transfer the call back to them so they can continue to ignore it.. Just maybe when they realize majority of their customers are transferring to other pharmacies they might review their staff..

Would give zero stars if it were an option! They NEVER answer the phone my husband waited an hour on hold and still no one picked up I was in line and when I hit to the window I asked the woman if the phones were working (I didn’t hear ANY phones ringing) she said yes I said my husband has been on hold for over an hour she goes “I believe it”!!!! Are you kidding me?! This place is a joke and they need to get rid of everyone and start over! They are rude and extremely slow and not wanting to help anybody! I have an automatic refill that hasn’t been filled since the 12th says delayed and check back in two business days but it was an automatic refill they knew it would need to be in stock and waiting 5+ days for an auto refilled prescription is RIDICULOUS! My family will be changing pharmacies that’s for sure!!!

I despise this place !! Worst Pharmacy ever! Been on hold over 19 min!! I never had this problem with Walmart pharmacy EVER!! I am so mad Cigna partnered with cvs to make me get my meds here it’s ridiculous!! Nothing but problems !! Worst pharmacy ever!!

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too, issue after issue!! Rude staff!! Prescriptions not filled in a timely manner!! And to top it off, now you have to count pills before you leave the store!!. My last visit, find another, dependable pharmacy!

Customer restrooms is beyond filthy. This is a concern ever since Covid has happened, and the other restroom is locked for staff only when it used to be a separate Restroom for women women and men. There wasn’t any Toilet paper for customers to use. I don’t believe this restaurant has been cleaned in weeks if not months. I like many people who were having to wait for prescriptions possibly need to use the restroom and it is a help hazard.

The whole pharmacy needs to be fired and re-staffed. It took 3 hours to get my scripts. called in at 3. said they'd have it. I get there its not done. said id be back in an hour. still nothing. 6pm rolls around and its still not done. The woman behind the counter has a hearing problem and i had to raise my voice so she could hear me and even then she acted like she didn't know how to do her job. They are by far the most incompetent people Ive ever come across. I'm changing my pharmacy. I've had nothing but issues out of these people. I'm all for boycotting this poorly run establishment. I will NOT be returning as long as you have incompetent people running the pharmacy. Ill be calling Wednesday to speak to the manager and something will get done.

Absolutely horribleSwitched to Walgreens because of them and the rest of my family is about to do the same. They NEVER have anything filled when you need them to or they do too many on the wrong medication when you don’t even need it. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve gone to the doctor and had him send a prescription and them say they “never got it” but when we show them proof they suddenly have it? Not to mention my mom has been sitting here 10 minutes waiting on a human to even answer the phone. Absolutely horrible. And they act like they have a stick up their rear end anytime you speak to them. Horrible.

I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone for anything. They literally lost my prescriptions and basically say they will not do anything about it. I'm on maintenance meds, nothing controlled or bizarre. They faxed them to the wrong store, won't release them to a PHARMACIST that called for them so I have to see my doc early to get new scripts for diabetic meds including insulin, BP meds, .....

My optometrist sent the prescription from the office. I called CVS as soon as I left the optometrist office to make sure they got it and there was no answer. It was not ready when I went to pick it up. I was told it would be 1.5 to 2 hours. I tried to call again at 1:15 to check on it. There was no answer for 25 minutes then the girl that answered said hello and hung up when I said hello back. I tried again and got a message that said something like the call could not be done. Terrible. I called because nothing shows up on the apps.

Can't ever get anyone to answer the phone, can't get prescriptions filled. Doctors, Walgreens everyone ignored and have bad attitudes. At this point it's easier to go to the Physician and put the orders in directly to Walgreens. Do yourself a favor and the save the headache of being told we'll get that filled and its never done.They just said f you.

This is the most poorly run and understaffed CVS pharmacy I have ever been too. I have been using CVS for 15+ years in different areas and different states, but I’ve yet to see one this bad. Don’t try to call you’ll never get answered by a person in the pharmacy. Also if you have monthly medication, be ready for them to have only a portion of the medication to be filled. I’m stuck using them at the moment because my doctor sends prescriptions online, but as soon as I am able I will change to literally any other pharmacy in a 100 mile radius.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I would give them a negative star rating if I could. They have repeatedly messed up my medicines. This month alone the pharmacy filled potassium without filling lasix which can very dangerous. Potassium was only prescribed due to lasix depleting the natural potassium in the body. Had I not been a nurse I may have continued to take the potassium without the lasix. Which would likely lead to increased potassium which can cause dangerous cardiac arrhythmias. FYI my doctor would not prescribe one without the other unless blood work indicated a necessary change. Today my blood pressure medicine was filled for half the dosage I normally take(the 2nd time this has happened) I called the pharmacy to report the error only to be told there is nothing they can do about it “they can only fill what the doctor prescribed”. However, in the same sentence I was told “well maybe your doctor wants you to take two pills until you can make an appointment.” This is ridiculous and on the verge of being negligent. Definitely time to change pharmacies!!!!!! Please know your medicines and your correct dosages as this pharmacy is likely screw it up!!!!

This is truely the worst pharmacy I have every dealt with . The pharmacy techs are always nice but the curly dark haired pharmacist has to be the rudest lady every. I went 3 separate times/3 separate days to get my medicine and 5 days later I still don’t have my medicine. She said it still Had to be ordered and that’s the same thing I was told since Wednesday.

Terrible service. They never have prescriptions filled when they’re supposed to have them filled. The store records are not synced to the app. The drive thru line outside usually involves an hour wait time. If you call the store, it is maddeningly difficult to try to talk to a live human being - instead, you’re looped through ridiculous round-after-round of number-driven menus. Worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had.

My wife had surgery today and a little over an hour away from where we live. The doctor called in her pain medication to a pharmacy just across the street for the medical center. So we could pick it up quickly. When we tried to get it they told us cvs had already filled the prescription. We tried calling the pharmacy for about 15 minutes with no answer trying to get them to cancell so we could pick up there. My wife said she could make it to cvs over an hour away. So we got on the road while on hold. We pulled in to the pharmacy at one hour and twenty four minutes before I hung up. Then prescription wasn’t ready. Because we were told they are short staffed and pharmacist is to busy giving shots to fill prescription. The only reason we use cvs is because our insurance requires us to.

This is the Worst CVS I have ever been to. They constantly mess up our prescriptions every time. I got a text asking to fill one and my reply was yes and it said be ready Sunday at noon. I stop on my way to work and the girl says it was put back. I showed her the text and her reply was I can fill it in 30 mints. I told her I have had several issues getting my prescriptions and her reply was you can do mail order. She is confident in her job cause if everyone did that she wouldn't have a job.I will be using mail order and I hope my insurance gets enough complaints they will switch drug stores.

So..I have now had them NOT fill 2 prescriptions that my doctor has sent to them. This was on 2 separate visits. I will be switching my pharmacy today. They are going to end up killing someone. Luckily my medications weren't for serious conditions. My doctors office even showed me where they sent them to CVS. I'll never use them again.

I am a diabetic that is insulin dependent. I was about 50 miles from home and realized I had grabbed my insulin and didn't get any needles. I called Walgreens and they didn't wantvto help me so I called CVS and explained what happened. They told me to come in and they would sell me some needles. I am so thankful they were so helpful.

If you have made more than one trip to this CVS then I assume your insurance forces you to. I feel for the employees, I would get so tired of telling people it will be 3 hours for a prescription then another hour, then another. It would be hard to be polite all day when I knew I was going to make everyone I dealt with that day mad.If you can I would recommend going anywhere else. Go to Autozone. I know they can't get your medicine but neither can CVS.

Visiting family from out of town and I thought I could get two normal generic drugs refilled here. Boy, was I wrong. They refilled one of my prescriptions with another generic version of the drug without my permission. Then when I asked them to back the refill out of the system, they couldn’t even do that correctly. Spent thirty minutes with them in the store and then thirty more on the phone with corporate who had to call them and see why they couldn’t do the back out correctly. Save yourself a headache and use any other pharmacy if you have the misfortune of needing medicine in London, Ky.
