We have eaten at Cracker Barrel for years and really love their breakfast menu!Recently, while traveling, we've started ordering the grilled chicken tenders, and they are magnificent 😋He gets the meal with 3 sides: green beans and double okra.I get the child's meal with 1 side: Mac and cheese.They are perfect portions with nothing left over.

Excellent! Great service and awesome food. Best pot roast I’ve had at any Cracker Barrel, they’ve really upped their game! Favorite restaurant to eat at on the road. The loaded sweet potato was incredible. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Service was fantastic,. The restaurant had a ton of gift ideas, trinkets, snacks, candy, and decorations for upcoming holidays. Loved the decor. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of parking!

I generally visit here for breakfast and always have a great time. The atmosphere here is amazing . It has that signature. Cozy cracker barrel curl up by the fire type vibe. That is always really enjoyable and comforting. Combined that with the warm food and the fresh biscuits and gravy along with the friendly service and hospitality of the workers and you've got yourself a great business. The prices are generally averaged to a bit cheaper than most other places and the food always tastes really great and very fresh. And after you're done with your meal, you can walk through their shop and find all the old movies they sell that you forgot existed from your childhood. It's definitely an old-timey country place.. it's always a very enjoyable time.

We were seated and our order taken promptly. Our cornbread was brought to the table and was ice cold. Butter would not melt on it. Then, was told that they did not have the "new fried white fish" was only available on Friday. What did I want in place of it. Well, she didn't bring a menu with her so I could look over it again and the last thing I remembered seeing were the sirloin steak tips, so that is what I ordered. They were the worse, toughest steak tips I have ever eaten. Gross. The fries and slaw were good. This was at the London, Ky location.

The food isn't what it used to be. The waitress don't come as often to check on the customers much. We needed refills on our sodas. The atmosphere is strained. Maybe they were having a bad day. But the food isn't as good as it used to be. The fried hand breaded chicken tenders seem like they come out of a bag now. We eat there often and the food has changed. Go back to what it used to be

The kids and I eat there for Christmas Eve due to a gift card we received. The Hostess Shirley Green was her name. Her greeting to us was very thoughtful, and her smile was welcoming. On a very busy holiday, most places were not curtious yet she was and took us to an amazing table amongst the crowd. However, she was so nice we felt right at home. The service was very good, and the strawberry cheesecake stuffed pancakes were outstanding, my teens said. I enjoyed a robust hearty cup of coffee with hash brown casserole and crisp smoked bacon. We love the London ky Cracker Barrel due to the staff making the atmosphere a wonderful experience. That kindness can't be bought.Vegetarian options: They clearly have the vegetable section marked for you.Kid-friendliness: There are high chairs for smaller children and a fun, safe family environment.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance ramp is designed to be wheelchair accessible. My friend is in a wheelchair and was able to easily enter and get to the table among the crowd of people.

I'm not one to complain in a restaurant, but my French toast was greasy, flat, and burnt on the edges. I made up my mind I would have to say something to the waitress, but she never asked us how everything was (maybe she knew better after seeing what she served), and the cashier didn't ask either. I found the breakfast menu lacking. A lot of the breakfasts included biscuits and gravy, which some of us don't eat. I used to like this place, but no more breakfasts here for me : ( (pic shows French toast after I put sugar on it)

We just had one of the worst breakfasts ever. The bacon was bad, the biscuit gravey had no sausage in it and was bad. Someone cut the food costs down to where the food is horrible. You also need healthy things on the menu. Our server was great and the other workers were good so give them a chance to keep there jobs with good food to sell

Disappointed. My last trip in TN was so great but this one in KY was not. Meatloaf kinda burnt. Bowls half filled. Okra was not edible at either Cracker Barrel, very chewy like rubber. Took order brought food in Ky & that was it. No real servIce.Y’all can be so good when you want to. $80 is a lot to be disappointed.Vegetarian options: Many choices, good selection of country home cooked vegetables. Love baked apples, greens, etc.

My all time favourite place. Stopped here for lunch Enroute to Ohio. Daniel, the host, was very kind. We ordered grilled chicken and southern style chicken. Both the dishes were great.

We were heading back from vacation in Gatlinburg and stopped in for lunch. We had a great meal and continued to drive farther to Wisconsin. Three hours into the drive, I realized I had left my phone on the table and called them to see if they could by chance ship it. They answered the phone kindly and directed me to their manager Vickie where she told me that she could ship it to me. I offered to pay for it obviously, but she didn’t take it and payed for the overnight shipping. When I received it yesterday it was neatly packaged and they even included a package of jelly belly’s.The service was impeccable and would definitely go back again! Thank you Cracker Barrel staff!

Cracker Barrels serve the same food but not all food is served the same. The food at this location was served lukewarm. The watermelon lemonade did not taste good. And, I was told they were out of apple butter? Say it ain't so, Joe. Still, they now serve beignets with some crazy good maple dipping sauce. When the lunch app is the highlight of the meal you've got a problem, Houst...uh, London.

Worst experience ever at a Cracker Barrel. Was told they are out of the two items (chicken) my son and I ordered, then the table after us ordered the exact meals (×2) and miraculously, they had chicken. Hashbrown casserole was too hard to eat. The french toast was small and flat, well done on one side and not cooked on the other. Will not go back.

I am a long time customer I dine in and take out today ordered take out 4/4/24 the lady waiting on customers was terrible asked her for my order continued to ignore me, then asked if she had to scan my receipt well yes you have to pay for it, I said I paid on line still waiting when she did look finally well says it's paid for but not on here then told me Just GO I TOOK MY FOOD AND LEFT. Never have I ever seen someone so disrespectful at customer service than her . Makes me want to stop going here

We had the best and sweetest waitress today for lunch. There were 4 of us and we are visiting London for work. I believe her name was Teresa per the receipt. She was more than helpful, knowledgeable about the menu, extremely kind, and made our day even though we had to rush our lunch due to work. She deserved more than a 20% tip. She seems like a treasure to this location!

The worst food and service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. My over easy eggs came out broken, and my chicken fried steak was grossly overcooked, not even chewable. My daughter had scrambled eggs, which cam out looking like an unfolded omelette. When she bit into them, the eggs were full of eggshells. Her sausages were also cooked hard as a rock. My gravy for my biscuits was a cold paste, and did not even pour out of the soup cup it was served in. The server did not even ask how everything was, nor did the cahier. A manager never came by the table either. I'm guessing they all knew how bad it was and did not want to hear about it from me, Kaylee was my server at 2:07pm on 11/22/2023. An absolutely horrible experience.

Food was favorable but the service was outstanding. Enjoy my visits with these fine folks the make it memorable.Vegetarian options: Vegan meat perhaps would be an option. We are Seventh Day Adventist and it is hard to find restaurants that cater to our healthy habits.
