They have helped me with pets for both my daughters over the past 7 years and have always been great to us. My oldest purchased a Guinea pig that was with our family for almost 6 years, and even helped her out with the cage running a "special deal" for her on her 7th birthday. And now our yougest daughter has turned 7 and they helped her with some tropical fish and accessories that we needed, and even after some of the fish had died (probably my fault. ) they exchanged them and gave me some tips, and the new batch is still alive and well. I'd like to thank The Lord Jesus Christ for keeping business's like Cra Z Pets in our community! Keep up the good work guys!

I bought some Isopods and I am glad I checked the container because there was only 1 instead of 10. I took it back and they did fix the issue. The man working there was not very pleasant. He seemed bothered by us from the moment we walked up to the counter. I can say it is the cleanest pet shop I have been to.

Went to the store during the time it is posted on the door that they are open. No one was there and the door was locked. There were no signs or anything stating why. Not sure how this business has been around 10 years 🤔

The animals in this place are neglected and live in their own filth. I plan on reporting them to whoever I need to to try and help the poor animals.

Friendly, helpful staff. We had a problem with a recent purchase and they were very nice and accommodating to help solve our problem! Also, they very patiently answered all of my many questions and gave helpful tips for our new pet!! Highly satisfied and thankful to have a good pet store in our area.

Went there sep 27 at around 3 that day... a woman and man where there i guess they both worked there both of them where not very friendly....i was going to buy a pet and other things...but changed my mind...i dont care much 4 unfriendly people...when you are working at a place like this you should be nice...its a good way to make sales...but when your not that nice thats a good way to lose a sale and they did lose a sale plus got a bad review...been better to just have been friendly its not that hard...

The best pet store here! Staff is super friendly and helpful, store layout is easy to navigate and well-organized, prices are great, and their selection of reptiles, snakes, spiders, and aquatic animals is great! I’ve been a loyal customer here since I got my first leopard gecko 3 years ago, and I don’t plan on stopping!

I personally love this place. It's the only pet store close enough to me that offers the fish I want and a very thorough selection of name brand aquarium products. I had been using Amazon when I discovered this shop and I'm here to say their prices are either on par with Amazon or cheaper for hardware. The owner is an exotic pet enthusiast, to people claiming he's creepy or rude. How many exotic pet keepers have you met, not including yourself and what were their temperament? He's a great guy, a little backwards like us all in this hobby but excellent people skills considering. He's been wonderful to me and I enjoy every time I go there. He's super helpful and he truly does the best he can to provide this podunk area with a service we didn't have before him.

Bought glofish awful customer service. In less than a week fish died rapidly. New tank set up properly. Fish got sick and died. Sold me wrong size heater. When I asked for information seemingly didn't care.

Love this place :) I have been coming here since they first opened up when I was just a little kid. Now I’m married and me and my husband continue to come here. They have definitely come a long way. They offer everything you need and if they possibly don’t have it they can order it for you. The main guy who runs it is very knowledgeable!

My family bought our first indoor pet that is larger than a fish today. We looked around and seen the most beautiful birds and fish and then landed at the guinea pigs. We went in to browse and left with a precious pet. The staff helped us with selecting a cage and other necessities for our guinea pig. We are very happy with our purchase.

Cra-Z-Pets is a small store with a history of shady owners and horrible business practices, the entire store is filled with an overwhelming stench EVEN BY PET STORE STANDARDS! I have been to every pet shop in the Laurel County area and this one was by far the worst one I have seen IN YEARS.The animals all look gaunt and miserable, the people who run the store can't tell you anything about the animals they are selling to you because they get them second hand from shady "breeders" and they don't even bother to ask the basic questions about the animals they're getting like even their age.A good majority of all their pets in that building have signs of genetic conditions that come from inbreeding, again another BASIC OBSERVATION that goes unnoticed by the HORRIBLE store owners. Either that or they've just been getting away with it for so long with 10 years under their belt somehow.These people are so uneducated in even the most bare minimum basics of animal care the entire place is ran like a trashy outlet store that also just happens to sell pets.It's stores like Cra-Z-Pets that give pet stores all around the world a bad name.

Fantastic store. People there are super helpful. I didn't know anything about fish tanks at first they helped alot. Main thing is that they don't try to make you buy anything you don't need.

Me and my mom have both gotten pets from here. They have a limited selection on there pets but have a vast amount of pet supplys. They are pricey but over all have been satisfied with our visit to this little pet shop and will continue to shop here but if your looking for a reptile or amphibian friend or perhaps a fish friend also farrets as well as birds then this quaint little pet shop might just be what your looking for.

i bought a rabbit from here and 3 days after buying her she died, i called to explain what happened and they said if i wanted them to do anything about it that i’d have to bring the dead body in!!! my cousin also got a bearded dragon the same day and it died 4 days after she bought it.

Wish I could give them a negative 272737277273727272277273737 stars. No animals had water or food. Geckos had nothing in their tanks, maybe a water empty water bowl. Birds had no perch. I could list complaints all day, safe to say they will never get a single penny from me.

Smelled terrible. Most tanks had multiple dead fish. The best part was the collection of horror items they have for sale. That section is 10/10

if I could give them no stars I would, every time I’ve been here the animals have not been properly taken care of. Fish tanks are disgusting and covered in algae; not plants for coverage. Multiple animals without food or water. Ferrets kept in too small of cage. If you can’t afford/don’t have room for proper cages don’t sell that animal. You’re setting very bad examples for first time pet owners. You can’t keep an animal in a small cage and expect the new owner to do the same. Only reason they’re still in business is because they’re the only pet store in London with pets for sale. So sad. Do better.

I have been here several times in the past. For Mothers Day my boys came here and bought me young Iguana. The animals that they sale are all well-kept and healthy. They have amazing prices compared to other pet stores that I have visited. They are very friendly and helpful and I love the fact that they are knowledgeable about their animals. From a lady who loves her animals, this is hands down the best pet store around this area.

I've been in some nasty pet shops, so 5 stars off the bat for just keeping it clean. I use them more for their supplies and feeder insects. Haven't bought any live pets, but I always look around and the pets they sell seem healthy and well taken care of. No signs of ill health or neglect. Staff has been able to answer every question I've had, seem very knowledgeable, nice (one guy gave my son a little dead pool bobble head off the register because he was reaching for it) I like these people, plus I use the store a lot, so easy 5 stars.

Very nice little pet store. The owner was very nice and helpful. I purchased my crested gecko from there. The prices are very reasonable. Only reason for rating a 4 instead of 5 is I would like if they had a wider selection of gecko food. They only carry one brand of the food and my gecko won't eat it so I have to order a different brand online. Other than that, great store!

Great guys and a great selection. Pet stores in the area are hard to find and this is one of the better ones. I always stop by when I'm in town to see what new items they have or what type of things they have on sale. The fish tank accessory selection is very nice and they have a little bit of everything for fish tanks.
