After moving in a new home I wanted to buy my son a new bed and mattress but at a great deal. We went to big lot and got a mattress and bed and frame. Not even 30 days after I bought these the bed was falling apart. I tried to take it back and they said no. I just threw the whole thing away after spending almost 1000. do not buy from them never ever will I again it literally fell apart

It was a nice big store but nothing was marked, their clearance section had just a lot of broken junk, and the items that were sellable, again, didn't have a price. What's the point?

It's a little run down couple of the food items was expired but what can you expect it's a place to buy furniture the prices are extremely High for something that isn't made of real wood further more the staff wasn't friendly at all they're pushy and if you buy furniture expect to wait hour or so before you can even get the damn thing loaded into your truck.

Worst experience ever! Me and my mom went there to look for a recliner. Anyway mom finally got someones attention in the furniture department and the employee instead of working she decided a phone call that she called is more important than the customer. I mean this is ridiculous!

Customer service was terrible! And it's not the employees fault. It's because corporate won't give them any hours to work with. When we finally did get service, Jake was awesome! I give him 5 stars

Although they are not the lowest price in town this is a great place for getting in and out quick if you are in a hurry. They have basic food items, soap, cleaning items etc. Also they have a good furniture selection at reasonable prices.

It's one of the nicer Big lots towards we have visited. Their selection is pretty good as well. As always the prices are very very fair. I definitely recommend.

Website said they had 1 desk in stock I drive 30 minutes because I needed one for work and the refused to sell it to me ....well guess what I thank you so much it was your loss and I purchased a much better quality one at Office depot. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!!!

If you haven't been to big lots in the past 5 years because maybe you have ex in laws who live near there and you just don't want to run into your ex 😂😂😂 then.....You should check it out! Its completely different. Not as generic as it used to be. The merch I mean. I went looking for chewy spree. Unfortunately there must be a chewy spree shortage. Darn you Biden!!!

Clean, well stocked store. Couldn’t tell who the associate was when it came to check out as he didn’t have a name tag or anything, however, he was very friendly and had great customer service.

Lots if various items such as coffee mugs, pots a couple of furniture items, chairs,couches but no groceries, except some cereals. Ok for me occasionally but wife loved it.

This place had no line to wait in..helpfull and friendly staff..lots of cool stuff at great prices..this was my first time going there..i will be going back when i got more time to get some things..they even had couches and furniture at good prices..cool place
