I went here today 2/6/23 at 11am. There was a lady working behind the counter as well as a young man. The lady was BEYOND rude and inappropriate. She was talking on her phone to her mother about family drama very loudly (for a very long time), the poor young man was trying to check out a line of 5 people while she was just standing there jabbering on her phone not offering to check anyone out. The young man asked her a question he had (he was more than likely new) She sighed loudly, rolled her eyes and said to her mom on the phone "Mom I'm gonna have to call you back, bye" and slams her phone down and is very clearly mad that she's having to help her associate. After all that she finally offers to open another cash register. I can't believe what I witnessed. I wasn't able to see her name tag but she had blondish hair, was wearing a cheetah print pull over, and I'm not trying to be rude but for further description she was not the skinniest.

Very clean and on point department store. The cashier Elizabeth is so adorable, sweet, and for sure a little busy bee. The entire time I was shopping she was the only person working the front, as well as putting a buggy full of products away running back and forth. She in my opinion deserves a raise.

Stopped by to find something Halloween apparel for my granddaughter but they didn't have any!! Not even in the boys section. However, they did have some cute things for ladies. I can usually find something in their jewelry or personal care but we didn't have time this day.

Huge selection of apparel!! Great deals on name brand clothing!!.I have shopped at Bealls for years ..where I've always bought my kids school clothes here each year !! Can't beat the prices.!!!

No longer provides a dumpster. Constantly reminding you that your payment is due is really enjoying. Text after text. Stop ALREADY. I got 3 text within a 4 day period. Even before its due.Security cameras are not everywhere. So don't think all your lockers are secure.

First let me say that I rarely ever do reviews. But in this case I thought it was important to let Burke shoppers know. I had bought my granddaughter a pair of shoes the straps broke. I returned them and they would not take them back nor exchange them without my receipt. The lady was not friendly she turned and asked the manager. She said the same-thing. All they had to do was put my phone number in and they could see plainly that I purchased them.Very disappointed I was a regular customer.

You can find some good deals but get ready to dig. They straightened up the racks so it's less crowded, but now there's less selection. Still like going when I have time to look.

Usually alright with their organization considering the huge inventory of outlet clothing and goods. The prices are okay but sometimes you may find a factory defect that is normal price, most everything is out of season so it's nice to be able to shop for things you can't normally find in department stores of the weather is still pertaining to the other clothing. The dressing rooms aren't very private though, that is one thing that could definitely use a face lift.

This place has great deals on men’s, women’s and baby clothing. Also, they have other items such as household items for kitchens, bathrooms and etc. The staff are polite, friendly and make sure that your visit was great as well.

I absolutely love shopping at burks! They have great prices & a variety of stuff that I like shopping for. I juat wish there was a burks cliser to where i live like in Leslie or Perry County.

I just list alot of feelings or respect on how they just did me.....I went and spent over 200 and 50 one day for clothes, and then went back another day and got baby clothes and a blanket one day spent another 50 bucks.....and dont you know because my purchase was over a month when my great niece was born early and ended up not making it they wouldn't give me back my money on my card or cash even with my receipt.....we didnt ask for that baby to die

The best (and worst!) part of this store is that the selection is always changing. What is there this week may be gone the next. Really hope you don't have to use the restroom however, it's always out of order.

I have never been in a place that after 3 buggy I finally found one that didn’t have that much hair around the wheel the others had huge wads of hair all around the wheels and wouldn’t roll. Then I couldn’t even shop for one worker literally laying over me and my mom trying to put close back on the wrack! Then you go to check out and there even ruder not happy at all! I have never complained on a store but this was just ridiculous!

Always find a deal there. But tonite I needed to use the bathroom and it was the nastiest I've seen, feces and hygiene products everywhere and no toilet paper. Girls this is part of the job too. Nastiness.
