Always stocked with goods and staff is very helpful and friendly. Amanda is the kindest person and all the staff treat everyone with kindness. 501 Dollar Store is the best one there is. They work hard to keep the shelves full and they're always happy with a smile on their face.

I was excited when the store opened. Convenient and I am there 2 or 3 times a week. But it is now the most unorganized, filthy, worst Dollar Store I’ve ever been in! The workers are nice enough but they are so lazy and slow and don’t seem to care about the mess. Someone needs to come from corporate and check them out. I go to the new one in Russell Springs now.

I love doing my shopping here. Great service with friendly people. They have all kinds of groceries and comfort foods for low prices. They have clothing, make up, and other cosmetics. They even have toilet paper.😁 If you are sticking a birthday party or holiday parties they have all you need in due season. They sell dvd's and electronics here as well. Stopped at store @ 9:40 twenty minutes before closing. My young daughter had to go to the bathroom. Her and my wife went in for her to use the restroom and my wife was going to pick up a few things. They asked for the keys to the bathroom and a male employee informed them that the restrooms had been closed down for the night. I have spent hundreds of dollars there and we stop there quite often but I won't be back.

Such rude workers! Never go shopping here past 9:30, 30 minutes before closing time. "10 minutes!, 10 minutes!" is what they yell throughout the store. They'll run you off. I've never seen such rude, hateful customer service in my life. You serve people until closing time, which Dollar Store on 910/501, the closing time for the store is 10 p.m., not 9:30-9:50.

I shop at almost every Dollar store between Liberty Ky and Albany Ky weekly. I really like this particular Dollar General because it carries a bigger selection of the "regular" Dollar General Store product stock. Say, for instance ur at a D.G.S. "in town" and u are looking at purchasing a 'Blanket/Throw' and the price is right for ur budget but the store doesn't have the particular color/pattern that ur looking for. Well, the D.G.S. located on 910 has Exactly the same ones BUT 2 or 3 more Different kinds Too!! Now, I'm definitely NOT saying ur gonna find the exact color or pattern ur needing/wanting, only that this store happens to offer a few more selections in a wide array of the typical D.G.S. products. Also, the staff have always been really helpful to me, they don't mind if I happen to bring 5or6 items to the checkout for a price check because I found them stuck n a place that there isn't a price sticker for them. I usually have my lil dog with me & they have even kept an eye on my vehicle (from behind the end register) while I run n and get something really quick. I always try to stop n and check out the newest products on my weekly commute. However, there is just 1 lil problem with this particular store, the public bathroom. While I understand that there is a reason that this store has had to implement a "locked door policy"on their bathroom (Shoplifters), I must say that I Absolutely DETEST the actual bathroom door itself!! I actually had to have a store employee come unlock AND Push the door open for Me!! There is a trick u HAVE to Know to get the door to unlock & open and even after a few times using it, it still took me ALMOST(LOL), too long a time to get it open. Let's just say that after traveling almost 2hrs straight, figuring I'd just use this bathroom because I had to stop there anyways; I could win almost any Dance Contest featuring The Pee-Pee Dance!! But OTHERWISE, I find this is an excellent store for Low prices & Variety of products. Definitely will be returning!!

Other than the manager lorreta we live shopping there. She i very rude snd lazy. Does notcwant to helo customers thwn they need help. The only nice peopke in the store is a lady named cindy a d Becjy. They are amazing andvthey always emile and very helpful

It always seems to have stuff all over the place. The aisles are Junkie and they always have their work carts out even when they are not doing anything with them and in so many places they constantly seem to be in the way

Went into this store today 12/03 @ 4:20pm. I suppose they are unaware there is a National pandemic since 6 of the 10 customers were not wearing a mask as well as the cashier. Needless to say with this distracted to human life I will not be shopping here again.Just thought you should know.
