My husband ordered a mini cookie batter, a peanut buster parfait, and a large choclate dipped strawberry. They made 2 mini cookie batter and my peanut buster parfait. He asked them to make his and he had to wait after telling them 3 times. Thus our 2 items melted. When I called to see if they could remake it a man on the other end was sarcastic and rude. We pay alot of money for this I'm disappointed. I just hung up he made me feel stupid thanks for nothing.

The 4 years I’ve lived in west liberty, I have not been disappointed by DQ once. Whoever running DQ needs to teach and run McDonald’s and Lion appeal in west liberty. Those 2 business has been the worst businesses I have experienced and really needs a change. DQ, thank you for serving me and everyone in your community the same with enough intelligence to get my order right for 4 years now!

Dairy Queen is a local favorite. For breakfast there biscuits and gravy are the best, you can even ask for a half order. The staff is great, fast, efficient and they never forget things in your order. I took a star because I think sometimes I have gotten decaf coffee, a coffee drinker knows the difference.Ice cream and slushes are great too! I recommend the blue raspberry slushy and the blizzard, yummy!

Dairy Queen has new staff that are still learning, but they are fair & will listen to any issues the customer might be experiencing.Dairy Queen seems to have very good management.I eat here at least twice weekly.

The food taste good but the last 2 or 3 times I have been they keep getting the order wrong. The food also isn’t that fresh it’s most of the time cold if you go after 5pm.

Wish I could give negative Stars order the hot dog with everything and the only thing I got it with for sauce on it and the chicken strip baskets as advertised comes with Texas toast but if you get a three-piece you get no toast the order was messed up it was very slow service and they was rude never will be pulling in the parking lot again so I hope they don't ask me for a second chance cuz it ain't happening

This is the Best Dairy Queen ever! When my husband and I are in West Liberty, KY or just passing through, we always stop in for our lunch. It has always been clean and the service is outstanding. The food is great and they have a deal meal that is just the right amount for lunch.
